“The prices at this store are great. The staff is very helpful and doesn't pressure you. The delivery is very quick from the date of order. Mattress is good quality. Highly recommend.”

“To be completely honest, we didn't have high expectations when we came to National Mattress considering how good the pricing was. But WOW, we were blown away by the customer service. Our associate Arnold told us he isn't on commission and helped us with valuable info on each model. He wasn't pushy in any way. When it came to buy, he checked all the promotions to ensure we got all the discounts and arranged for delivery within four days. When we had a couple of questions, we called customer service and again they responded immediately. You don't get this level of service at a luxury hotel today. It was incredible. Highly recommended. We will definitely buy from National Mattress again.”

“The website is easy to use and practical. I've been on all mattress companies. yours is the best Great customer service fast delivery Mattresses could have better labeling A handle to carry would help a lot. Even on the plastic wrap I bought a firm mattress but it's medium to firm at best. Quality wasn't good”

“I recently purchased a mattress from National Mattress, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The mattress is great—comfortable and affordable, exactly what I was looking for. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the selection process easy and enjoyable. While I haven't had any complaints about my purchase, I don't have any experience with their return process, so I can't comment on that. Overall, I highly recommend National Mattress for anyone in need of a quality mattress at a great price!”

“This was our first purchase at National Mattress after finding NM on line and seeing that they offer the Stearns & Foster line at such deeply competitive prices that wipe out the competition. These are expensive mattresses and their prizing was significantly below other national mattress companies. The store was very easy to navigate, cleverly laid out by price and brand. The service was welcoming, conversational and educational - not aggressive and pushy. We were left on our own to try multiple products as we wished and when we decided and made our choice all questions were answered easily and they sales agent Arnold obviously knew his products. Additional offers where investigated to give us the best price and the Black Friday no tax saved us a bundle on top of the very good price on the mattress. They even offer 3 different delivery options, one which includes delivery right to the bedroom and your old mattress pulled to your curb. We couldn’t be happier and have already referred 3 friends.”

“Originally did business with the Markham location when the Barrie location didn't exist yet. Our first visit to the Barrie location showed us that no matter which location you visit, you'll come out satisfied. The staff is always ready to help, with a smile on their face.”

“I visited Mississauga (kitimat branch) store and met Tristan, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. we spend around 30 minute and learn so much about mattress science by him. Decision making was so easy in his guidance. there is Huge selection of mattress and related stuff. absolutely recommending them for anyone who is looking to buy this big investment.”
