“National Mattress gave us exceptional, personalized service which really helped us pick out the best choice for us. Our salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable and not “salesy”, just honest to goodness helpful. He advised us that even labels like “medium” or “soft” can vary per mattress, so he made sure we got just what we needed. I have a bad back so that was really important and made all the difference to us leaving very happy. Don’t hesitate to go with National Mattress, it’s the best experience I’ve had at such a store with great prices too. Win win!”

“We have purchased 2 mattresses from National Mattress so far, and both have been amazing. The service in store was extremely helpful in terms of helping us choose and organizing the delivery. And the king mattress that we purchased helped the back issues that my partner had, and the queen mattress is going to be for our guest bedroom”

“The staff was very helpful and the variety of matresses was just phenomenal. On top of that, the staff helped me choosing the right matress for me being a side sleeper since that was the issue I had with the previous matress. Looking forward to beautiful sleeps ahead. Highly recommended.”

“I had stumbled across the store online and to be honest I wasn't sure what to expect when I pulled up because I had only been to Sleep Country and it was a much different first impression. I was a little surprised when I walked inbecause it thought maybe it was more of a second tier store for either older model matresses or unwanted over stock. Also the staff was pleasant and greeted me but wasn't really aggressive with a sales approach like i had found at the other stores I visited. I asked them about what I was looking for and was transparent that i didn't know too much about choosing the right mattress. Let me tell you, that's where my entire perspective of the store changed. John at the Steeles location was SO HELPFUL! He educated me on the types of mattresses, the diffrences between brands I was looking at, highlighted some top sellers and features, pulled stock that wasn't on the floor and just made the experience so easy. I didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase (but ended up leaving buying two beds). He arranged delivery and made that a seamless process as well, just a few days later. I've already sent over two friends, my aunt and my neighbour to purchases their mattresses. If anyone asks me, i would certianly refer this store over any other.”

“The service in the store was very good, and the overall organization of the store was well done. There were several options to test out, which was nice. There were also so many budget options, which provided flexibility to shoppers. This is my second purchase from this store, and I highly recommend it to people for the affordability and wide range of mattress options.”
