“The staff at National Mattress was helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to lie on a good number of mattresses to find the best one for us. However, the delivery men’s truck knocked two large branches off of our maple tree and they just tossed them onto the lawn and left.”

“I loved the selection of mattresses at the National Mattress store, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was not able to find any mattresses that suited my needs in my price range until I found the website and decided to visit the store in-person. The quality of my mattress far surpasses that of comparably priced mattresses at other stores and it is so comfortable. Delivery to my door was very inexpensive and the waterproof and bug-proof mattress cover I purchased with my mattress fit the bed like a glove. I will be making future mattress purchases here and have already recommended National Mattress to my friends and family. I am happy I found this resource for such an important necessity.”

“The exchange process was very simple and we took a lot of extra time with an associate choosing our replacement mattress. The employees at National are extremely knowledgeable and made it easier for us to make an informed choice. I’m very grateful for the handholding.”

“Purchasing a mattress from National Mattress was a smooth and pleasant experience. They answered all my emails beforehand and gave excellent advice in the store. Those in the store were very honest and transparent about the pros and cons of different mattresses. Delivery was on time and well organised. They delivered the well-packaged mattresses and, when I wasn't able to meet them, the deliverers put them all in nicely stacked in my backyard. Highly recommended!”

“This is the fourth mattress we have purchased from National Mattress Outlet. Logan is an excellent sales person and we appreciated his help. All the mattresses have been great! I do wish the store had a more forgiving exchange or refund policy. The last mattress we purchased is slightly too tall and I didn’t realize it until after I opened the packaging, now I am unable to exchange it and even if I could, I think I would have to pay $150 exchange fee. But I would buy a mattress from here again because of the quality.”

“I ordered a mattress online for my daughter. Very easy site to place my order. I had also ask a few questions by email to a staff member who was very pleasant & helpful. The mattress arrived at my daughters home & only took the delivery guys a few minutes to take it upstairs & then remove the old mattress to outside her home. Everything went quickly & smoothly. She has had one nights sleep on it so far & seems to like it. Thank you.”

“National Mattress made this purchase quick, easy and painless. When we walked into the warehouse, we were overwhelmed and not sure where to start, but we were greeted and out at ease immediately. All our questions were answered and we were provided with the info we needed to be confident in our choice. Would definitely return when we need to replace another mattress.”
