Terrible company to deal with. Items on their website contain the wrong pictures, to lure you into thinking you're getting a great deal ***AVOID***

Absolute disgrace. No communication. No customer service. Unable to fulfill orders Over 2 months I have been waiting for delivery for a shower tray, constantly told itll be with you next week. Its not our fault.  Issues with supplier, COVID restrictions,  all very much understandable, but to continuously 'string' us along to say itll be here with us 'next week'. Bearing in mind I didnt get any communication off yourselves, myself and my partner had to chase this at least twice weekly, phone calls and emails. To which we were told - we will phone you back and update you - never once happened!! Then you ask if we would like an alternative, not a problem I guess we'll have a different one - obviously not the one I wanted. But I thought yes ok, resonable if they are unable to deliver the product I wanted then I dont mind having to change, As I need my bathroom finishing (last month).  Then to go charge me the difference of +£120 for being unable to supply the product I wanted in the first place. Unforgivable. Will be advising everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Worst company I've ever bought a product off. (Well tried) A call off the manager or director would be appreciated, but seeing how the call handlers are unablee to call us with updates I know this is as likely as Aston Villa staying in the Premier league and winning it next season.

Absolutely shocking service. Paid for a toilet including cistern and toilet seat. Item were delivered 15 days later with the exception of the toilet seat. When I followed this up with the Customer Services team, I was called by a Mike Gallagher who claimed to be the owner of the business and suggested the toilet seat had not been paid for despite the fact that the toilet seat was clearly listed on the order confirmation and attempted to charge me a further £74. Having got nowhere with the so called "Customer Services Team" I decided to cancel the order and have requested that Nationwide Bathrooms collect the goods. I am not holding much hope of a refund. A "Del Boy" outfit at best!!! Avoid like COVID-19

Wouldn’t give it even one star. Bad communication, no updates. Long wait for a product as been told it was out of stock after 10 days of waiting. They were unsure of delivery date.

Placed order back in March and paid up front. Quite happy to wait considering current situation, but I can't get any reply by phone or email. Beginning to wonder how safe my clients money is with this firm.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order over a month ago with them, no email confirmation nothing received but money taken straight away. Sent numerous emails no replies at all until one confirming my order would be with me that week, another week goes by no order received. Again chased and chased finally another reply saying my order would be with me this week, still no order. Sent numerous emails requesting a refunded and no reply received! I expected some delay due to the current situation but not this extent and to be told incorrect information over and over or just ignored.

Avoid at all costs So, after supplying a product that wasn't as described, we requested to return it but offered to buy 4 alternative items. Sadly Andrew, the person to reply, is completely unaware of the actual consumer regulations but showed the companies true colours by trying to weedle out of accepting the return, despite it being mis-sold. Andrew's reply below. Poor show Andrew but thank you for allowing people to see how you truly look after customers when the push comes to the shove. better luck next time guys. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Dear Brett Thank you for your email in relation to your recent order, I have looked at your return request email today & after careful consideration I am sorry but we cannot accept return of the item mentioned, this is due to your request being outside the specified returns policy published on our site online : Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.

I have been waiting for my order deliver for one month now.I have contacted customer service a couple of times and the operator hung up on me while I was talking. I have sent a couple of emails requesting to advise delivery day as long as the money were taken right away and I was given different reasons which did not match with the answers given by customer service.I am not the type of person to complaint and I understood the situation right now in the entire world however the service I have received made me write down my own experience so people will know what to expect.I finally received my order today, one month after and the toilet basin has a leak, manufacture defect. This is really frustrating having to wait for so long for something which I can not use at all.I have emailed again and I hope I do not have to wait too long for the answer taking in consideration that I have had to wait one week for answer after each email I have sent.My last email have been ignored completely!

Ordered a 50mm shower waste outlet and paid with Paypal, received a 90mm shower waste which of course was useless, requested a refund but was told that I had to pay for the return of the incorrect item before they would issue a credit. Went though the Paypal resolution process and 4 weeks later got a refund but only for the original cost NOT the £7.34 it cost me to to return an item that was incorrectly sent. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CON ARTISTS

Ordered and paid for a shower tray to be delivered within five days, 4th day a text says go to delivery link, I did, and pressed link, order is cancelled, nothing else, no explanation, nothing. Half hour wait on phone to them, oh its deleted from manufacturer??. you'll get a refund, When I wonder? S--T customer service don't go there, Luckily I paid by credit card First and last experience Worst part I'm a Yorkshire Lad!

will even give 0 stars if i can give. worst company ever. they are total fraud only. first they will take your money and never give satisfaction in products and delivery. All people are fraud including their managing director too. Never recommend. please ignore buying from here.

I'm afraid I am yet another customer who wished they had read these reviews before going anywhere near this company. They advertised an item's dimensions as 18cm high. The item I received was 26cm high, which meant it did not fit. It took until I tried to fit the item to realise that it was too big, and by then I had opened the packaging. Nationwide Bathrooms refuse to refund the item because the packaging is open. They also claim the a seal is missing, which I am sure I returned. They refuse to acknowledge the incorrect information on their website and just keep repeating their stance that they do not accept opened items for refunds. A truly awful company, their two point something stars honestly flatter them.

Oh I so wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot Oh I so wish I had read the reviews here before dealing with this outfit. They took my money in November, delivered only half the order, gave only overnight notice of delivery the next morning leaving me no option but to cancel my appointments. Finally the rest of the order arrived in their warehouse beginning of January and I have struggled since then to arrange delivery. Despite telling them I couldn't be here the first slot because I was away all week, they still tried to deliver later that week. After two attempts they seemed to give up. Six phone calls later with broken promises of call backs, they have, this morning, finally confirmed delivery for this afternoon. Just as well I had to cancel meetings because I have one of these viruses going round. Never ever again

Ordered a bathroom sink unit 03/01/20 - still waiting for delivery and every time I call I am advised the order is coming into the warehouse tomorrow and will be delivered within 2 days - still no delivery and fed up with being told information that simply is not true - will call again tomorrow and cancel if no deliver

Ordered a bath and had to chase delivery. When it eventually came the delivery driver wanted me to help carrying it in. He said that I should have been told. I have arthritis and no way capable. I ordered my sink and loo from Victoria plumbing and they had a two man delivery. Absolutely disgraceful service.

Terrible experience. Purchased two identical toilet seats for £175 each after checking return policy which never mentioned that any of the items might not be refundable. After just opening one of them and realising they were not a good match I requested refund just to be told I can’t return them for hygiene reasons. That is fair enough but one box hasn’t even been open and it was not at all clear this will be the case in their return policy and you would think you are protected by the distant selling act. Not very friendly and I would never buy anything from them again. Now lumbered with £350 worth of stuff I don’t need.

Avoid! You make a purchase, pay for it, they then respond stating order cancelled, apparently out of stock, yet after this, checked and still present on their website. They did not offer an alternative, there was no Customer service at all. Now I have to wait for my money to go back into my account before I can go and re-purchase from a "Reputable Seller" I did complain, but got no response to that either.
