Over the last few years we have bought 4 baths from this company, but when things go wrong not so easy to get it rectified, I sent them all the info they needed on an email but it apparently it has to be on a form that won't send on from my computer. Really really disappointed as it has left my elderly parents without a bath now on two occasions for long periods having to boil water in pans and tip it in the bath!

I telephone first to ensure an item was in stock and was told that it was. In the course of 5 weeks I was lied to and misled. The item I ordered failed to be delivered and I finally cancelled the order. I would not use this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Twice I ordered from Nationwide Bathrooms and not only did they get my order wrong both times, their customer support was appallingly unsympathetic and rude, despite admitting they were at fault. The 2nd time, over £5,000 was debited rather than the £225 I should have paid resulting in me going overdrawn, getting bank charges and direct debits being returned unpaid. Their response - "we do not pay bank charges". Totally unprofessional and unreliable. I would never recommend them and would in fact warn people to avoid!!!!!

Ordered a shower screen from this company because it was on offer and they were the cheapest, compared to other companies. Few days later I received an email to say this item had been discontinued. I checked PayPal and they had taken the payment. I then received an email saying that I needed to email them if I required a refund. I phoned them as I prefer to speak to someone rather than emailing. I asked the member of staff if I could quote the Order number He said "no" which took me aback. I said I was calling about a refund. He replied that I needed to email as they didn't deal with refunds on the phone. He was so Bolshie and arrogant and wasn't interested at all. I asked why had they taken payment if the screen was not in stock. He replied that they take the payment & deal with the matter later. I then asked for him to put me through to someone else who could help me.He refused. I then asked for his name . He said David and was a manager. He then said" you have an attitude".i sent an email of complaint to them copying in the CEO & he hasn't had the decency to reply. Luckily I paid via PayPal on credit card & have reported this company to them & they have raised it as a dispute case. I have since received a reply from Nationwide, with no apology whatsoever, and stating that this is not a dispute and a refund will be given in 14 days, therefore they will be refunding me three weeks after taking payment from my account which is totally unacceptable. If I hadn't raised it with my credit card company I would have had to pay for this screen otherwise interest would have accrued. I do a great deal of shopping on the internet but never have I dealt with such an appalling company. I advise all readers to stay well clear of them. There are plenty of other bathroom companies.

Have of recent been doing alot of online shopping as doing out two bathrooms of all companies used to date Im supprised that this one puts it self forward as one of the best as have found them to be absolutly pathetic . Ordered a bath and bits on the 18th of Jan as advertised with 7 day delivery and priced fair moneywas taken from my account within seconds . I received a comfirmation email and invoice stating bath would be delivered in 7 days .On the 20th received another email advising me that the bath could not be supplied until the 20th of march .On cancelling order I then get told although there was no goods to return and it should be a simple case of just returning my money through paypal that this is going to take 3 weeks no reason and no care in the world . I have since purchased the same bath on a two week time slot £80 cheaper before they took my money they actually rang the maker and checked on supply . So in a nut shell there is alot of bathroom suppliers out there please look around before using this mob as personally dont think they give a dam hence in this competative age of online shopping I sum Nationwide as in one word pathetic Here we are now the 2nd of Feb and still no money back only response of them was another email saying we told you it would take 14 working days we will send you a email when we get round to doing it

Delivered product. Went on wall. Found a pinhole in the radiator Which leaked water over carpet . Firstly they refused to exchange, saying I had to go to the manufacturer as it wasn't within 3 days! Who sees a problem with a rad within 3 days. Then they said they'd deal with it as a go between me and the manufacturer, but email upon email they refuse to actually answer any queries. Now they give me 24 hrs notice to exchange rad. So I have to pay for a plumber to come to take useless one off the wall, and pay him again to return to put replacement up. Totally unhelpful. Will NEVER USE AGAIN.

I ordered a Bath and side panels,was told it would be 2 weeks delivery, this ended up as three weeks. When the delivery driver said there is the bath, but no side panel it will be another 2 weeks. Nobody bothered to email me and let me know beforehand. I ordered one from another retailer, it arrived in 2 days. Still waiting for a refund since the 5th of October. When asked when I was going to get my refund, the reply was blunt and rude. Do not use this company, terrible support centre, stay clear.????

I was charged for discontinued items that the manufacturer no longer produces and they couldn't have sent me. It took 3 weeks to process a 'refund' which despite paying by credit card was in the form of a cheque. The bank is 15 miles away so I tried to cal someone to be tld their 'customer support' is by e-mail only. Not to 'supportive' really. The lady I spoke to was more unhelpful than the e-mail address and by the time the cheque arrives it will be over a month before I get the refund. Certainly won't use them again and looks like many others have had poor service as well. To much competition out there to waste time with these cowboys.

We placed & paid for an order of 4/12/15 & received the relevant order received & paypal receipt emails, the order failed to arrive within the stated 2 weeks, When contacted they couldn't find our payment & refused to re order, after sending them the copies of our receipt emails they accepted that the order had been placed. Ed at customer services was inept & Rachel was rude & unhelpful, we eventually had to order from another company (who delivered next day). Nationwide Bathrooms incompetence resulted in our project being delayed, losing us business & a non matching suite. We waited 3 weeks for a refund & have never received an apology for their mistakes. We have dealt with WD Bathrooms for years & have put in 18 bathrooms across our site (holiday homes) using them, however since they have been taken over by Nationwide Bathrooms we will never use them again. One star is a star too many.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TELL LIES TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE THE DELIVERY HAD BITS MISSING WHICH THEY INTIALLY DENIED ONLY TO ADMIT TWO DAYS LATER THEY WERE NOT IN STOCK ALL DELIVERY TIMES WERE MISSED SOME PARTS TOOK WEEKS TO ARRIVE RUDE MANAGER (RACHAEL) ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME TWICE DO NOT USE

I ordered a shower tray and plinth kit on the understanding that the plinth could be returned if unused. The refund was refused because they said it was not returned before the statutory (sic) 14 days! Rather sharp practice methinks because this was discussed over the phone before I bought the item and returns policy was not mentioned I shall not deal with this lot again.

I bought a brand new Duravit bath from this company. the bath arrived cracked in at least 2 points. I reported the damage after 10 days from delivery and requested an exchange. Natinwidebathrooms refused to exchange or refund and blamed the manufacturer for the cracks. They said that the manufacturer refused to exchange. Therefore I contacted Duravit that replied that they have their own agreement with Nationwide Bathroom but that they are not involved with the transactions between this company and the customers and therefore the eventual exchange or refund is the solely company decision. I contacted Nationwide Bathrooms again to ask why they have given false statements and to request their complain policy. They cannot be contacted by phone, only by email. They were not able to provide any sort or reasonable explanation. They refused to provide a refund or exchange and did not provide their complain policy. I have sent them several emails and 2 letters. I have raised a claim against them and I am taking them to court. Please stay away from them. They are not serious. There plenty of other companies on the market. Avoid this one. It is scam
