I am charged over 1.3k every month for service charges including my monthly fee of R389 Second year in a row I am experiencing this, I am switching banks asap

I am banking with them since 2023 business banking account, I am a small business owner, yet I get charged R345 monthly fee which I really don't mind paying but month after month charging me R1400-R1800 for service fees... Pathetic, I am switching banks immediately...

I just want to close my account and be done Did FICA over a week ago but still can't transact I had to redo it today because they did not upload the documents or some crap I've been calling everyday I hear different stories

Nedbank worst bank ever. From Thursday 20/3/2025 I have been struggling to get my account sorted. First they say ( pending activation) after going into the bank physicality, it changed on my app to (verifying your details) After me calling daily. Spoke to Goodlie, then next day to Gombie, next day to Ayanda. Twice supervisors said they would escalate my issue. Beverly Govender also could not resolve or had the decency to come back to me ,after saying she would . Very poor customer service.

Nedbank has disappointed us many times. I really don't recommend to use them for your business. They charge the world and give you bad service and a bad attitude.

Nedbank square, is a waste of time, I've arrived at 10:00 now is 12:20 they were able to assist only 2 clients to open an account. Still waiting, i think nedbank needs new fresh employees.

Urgent Concern Regarding Business Banking Support at Nedbank Gauteng I am deeply disappointed with the lack of effective business banking support at Nedbank Gauteng. Despite being assigned a business banker, Sealan, who reports to Thurusha, I have repeatedly experienced poor service and unfulfilled commitments. A recent incident highlights this ongoing issue. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to repair my phone while traveling, which temporarily restricted my access to the Nedbank app. I requested my banker to hold a debit order, a simple task that he agreed to but ultimately failed to execute. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered such inefficiency. These repeated failures have caused unnecessary inconvenience and financial disruptions to my business. I am addressing this review directly to the Regional Head of Nedbank, as the current support structure has proven ineffective. I expect urgent intervention and a resolution to ensure that business clients receive the reliable support they deserve. I urge Nedbank to address these service gaps and improve the professionalism and responsiveness of their business banking division.

Nedbank Protea mall the service there is very bad,the stuff look very tired to assist,they spend over 15 min assisting one client,you sit there for over an hour just to collect your bank card.

I went to Nedbank Greenstone on Monday to apply for new bank cards after an unauthorized payment went off my account. I had to call at the bank every day of this week since then to get all my matters resloved. I was shocked by the unprofessional manner of the consultants. I was asked to leave a note for the person doing exchange to foreign currency and was told that she will call me when she's back from lunch and set up an appointment to help me. I did not get a call from the lady and I had to go in personally. When I asked the manager why the person didn't call me she said she does not know. A consultant helped me to activate my new card and told me I could leave. It was ready to be used. But I tried the card and it was not working so I had to call at the bank again. Today I went in to discuss renewing my fixed deposit with the bank. The consultant who attended to me was most unprofessional. She asked me to come and stand right next to her while she gave me instructions on how to change my investment on my banking app. While she attended to my need she spoke to 6 different clients making me wait each time while she attended to them. One client even sat on a stool next to her. I had no absolutely no privacy in all this time. I get the impression that Nedbank does not value their customers any more! This was the worst service that I have ever experienced..

NEDBANK LA LUCIA I purchased a home with Nedbank. The first debit order was fine and went off correctly. The second month Nedbank debited my account for the home loan on the 7th and then AGAIN on the 8th!! They never picked up the error and when I finally did 8 days later, they only refunded my money then. I have requested that the debit order be cancelled so I can ensure they don’t double debit me whenever they feel like it. To this, I was declined. As they say, they have a mandate to debit my account… to which I would like to know if it is mandated to debit my account TWICE a month!?! Horrible service, disgusting attitude towards a customer & they held my money for that time with no interest! If you take one cent from Nedbank, you pay interest from day one! Amazing that! Let’s just say I will NEVER open another account with this bank again! You should be ashamed!

Nedbank fourways is the worst bank. I was number 4 on the queue and queued for 1 hour to be helped. They have 3 teller desks but only 1 teller available to assist. This is pathetic for a banking institution.

Following an unsuccessful attempt to settle additional charges, my account was suspended, resulting in the loss of (initial deposit) that I had invested.
