Net World Sports were good on delivery but sadly have really disappointed me with subsequent customer service. After only 13 months of use (and we live in a country where it hardly ever rains, so it hasn’t been exposed to English damp), the catching net we bought for my son for his birthday last year rusted away completely so that one of the corner pieces of the frame snapped, making the net unusable. I wrote an email with photos of the damage, asking for a refund, but was told that because my request fell outside of the 12 month warranty period, they would do nothing. I find it astonishing that they are content to let it be known that their products last such a short time. Please, go elsewhere to buy a net and wherever you go, check the warranty situation before you buy.

Absolutely shocking company. Zero appropriate customer service channels. You cannot contact them. This type of approach should be banned. I have not received my items and their email form states 5-7 days to reply. Their live chat is not live. They have no one on the end of it and the waiting time is over 45 mins and you eventually lose connection. They do not answer their phones and their stated customer service hours on their website are a lie! They have no customer service. Do not buy from this lot. Your product will not arrive. If it does it will have pieces missing or faulty and you cannot contact them once you have placed your order Seriously. Avoid! If you must use them use PayPal to pay. At least you can get your money back that way

Never use this company, I bought a scooter and it first work and they will not sort it, you cant get hold of anyone they don’t answer e mails nothing, don’t get ripped off.

purchased what I thought was a Lacrosse backstop net based on the advertisement. Well the holes are 3 sizes larger than a Lacrosse Ball. They will not allow me to return the net claiming is customized although it's not what's advertised. Either way, I wanted to let you know to be very weary of this company as many of the below posts indicate.

I ordered a baseball net two weeks ago, with a promise of delivery within 5 business days. I have not received the net nor any communication since the original email confirmation of my order. Besides charging my bank account more than what both the receipt and email confirmation show!!!, all of my attempts to contact them through phone and email have been ignored. I even emailed the CEO through LinkedIn, but I have little to no hope that this will help. BUYER BEWARE!

I haver been calling and emailing them to buy about £4,000 worth of goods. Have they called? Have they followed up? No. Makes me think they may go into liquidation? Be careful what you buy / order, you may pay for something that will never arrive and you don't get your money back?

I bought some 'in stock' chairs that would be delivered in 5 days or less...nothing happened. After 1 week of no email reply and not being able to call them (direct to pre-recorded message) I spend 1 hr in a queue to speak to someone through chat. They said the order would be dispatched that day and a consignment was opened with Yodle, but never collected, they purposely did this to make it look like it was being dispatched. The status was the same for three days. Webchat again, 2.5 hr wait this time. they couldn't provided any proof of dispatch and eventually said they would give me a refund, one week later, nothing. They are scammers, do not give them your money, luckily the items were over £100 which means I am covered under section 75 of the consumer credit act.

We ordered a patio heater on 10th May, it said it would be delivered no later than 11th June. Phone line and instant chat don't work. Emails unanswered.

I would like to give no stars- faulty goods then no customer service at all! They should not be allowed to trade! Do not buy off this company!! They don’t take phone calls, don’t answer email and live chat not available DISGUSTING COMPANY!

Yet another day and another email - still no response from NWS about my useless hottub. Still no phone lines available or chat lines open. Love the way they state queries resolved in under an hour! I purchased back at the end of January, and its now mid June, so I make that 5 months!!! Appalling service.

Sent wrong equipment, rest of order not in stock, charged £350 for delivery that they won’t refund. Customer service number doesn’t work, neither does customer service email or instant chat. We have started a court claim and reported them to the customer standards agency - please let us know if you would like us to include your experience of them for evidence. The more examples we have the better and we can already see from google that there are many.

Please do not purchase from this company. I received a damaged table tennis table. but haven't been able to get my money back and struggling to contact them for the past 2 months. Now decided to go through Fair trading.

Terrible customer services. They sent wrong invoice on shipment which cost me custom penalties and shipping admin fees. Had to pay double for the product in the end to resolve and get my parcel delivered. They also wanted to charge me restocking fees and have the order shipped back to them at my own expense.

My order has not arrived, they are not contactable, don't answer their phones or emails and cannot make contact to receive a refund. Non existent customer service - would avoid purchasing from this company as you are not likely to receive your goods or refund
