Do not order from this company from Ireland. They profiteer on postage. They charged 46 pounds to send me an A4 from Wales to Ireland. Scammers, hoping to slip the postage costs past you.

These guys are crooks!!!!!! Do not have them ship anything to North America they will charge you twice for shipping. Their customer relations is horrible. When I called to ask why I had to pay shipping again when it was delivered, the rep said if I full read their terms and conditions (networldsports.ca/terms) I would have seen buried deep in there that they charge extra on top of what they already charge for international shipping, shady!! Maybe just add that juicy tidbit when you got to cart check out. Guess then the customer would see what the real cost is and they would be out of business. They hide the additional "Shipping fee" deep in their Terms and conditions amongst their legal information about their website I wouldn't waste my time with these crooks. All their 5 and 4 star rating and comment 100% fake!!

This company should be avoided, they have not delivered the ordered item, and when it became clear it wasn't going to be delivered anywhere near on time it was cancelled. I've had to raise a issue with PayPal to get my money back.

I am waiting for you to justify why you have sent me two networks of inferior quality to the one offered. I insist that advertising a product for sale and sending another of inferior quality, unless you have a justified reason, is a crime of fraud. Even in the event that they had not been able, for whatever reason, to send the product offered, they should have offered me the possibility of canceling the order or placing it under different and appropriate conditions for the product they had. I urge you to offer me the appropriate response. If this is not the case, I will be forced to initiate the actions that I consider pertinent to denounce this fact. Order Number: 1400016012.

I was sent a golf net 8 feet shorter than what I ordered. No response from customer service after sending requested pics of the net. I am now being ignored. Stay away from this company!

Exceptionally bad experience, primitive processes. Also see their returns email below (worth a read as unusual, they knock of 25% "handling fee" on some items, and 40% restocking fee if your item is "dirty") Customer service by far the worst i've experienced. I paid £10 for next-day delivery for something needed urgently. They never sent it special, however the worst part was trying to claw back the money for that postage. When the item eventually arrived it wasn't needed (or in fact any good) so I started returns. No automated returns, I had to call up (8th person in queue when I called), had to post tracked, plus email them with the tracking number. HERE'S YOUR RETURN INFORMATION Hello, Please find below instructions of how to return your item to us. Please print off the attached form and ensure it is returned to us along with your item. If this information is not included with the returned item, we will be unable to process a refund. Please be aware that we are unable to refund shipping costs and you shall be refunded only the subtotal; providing your item is still in new condition, has not been used and is still in its original packaging. Higher value orders may be subject to a processing, handling and repackaging fee of 25%. If this applies to your order, you would have been informed. All items are thoroughly inspected upon return, and if it is judged the item is not in original condition, is dirty or has been used, a restocking fee up to 40% may be applied. Please return within 14 business days from the date of the return request. If the return is not received within 14 business days then a refund will not be processed but a credit note will be issued. We recommend sending this back using a service that provides tracking information as we are not liable for any items lost/damaged in transit. I wish I’d seen these reviews before purchasing. My son purchased on Christmas Day, turns out his granny had got him what he ordered, so cancelled within half hour, response saying order already processed (on Christmas Day!!) first lie. Same as others, every response contradicts the previous, I bought goal posts and ironically they move them every time they get in touch. Post office confirmed delivery, they say I need proof, even though they don’t stipulate this in Ts & Cs. My son has lost his Christmas money and is very upset. I’ve now asked for complaints procedures 3 times! Unfortunately I can’t go to payment source as my son used his Xmas vouchers. Bad, bad, bad

Ordered a soccer item and it was lost in transit. Communicated this with them and they expedited another one and with good communication. The second order arrived exactly as they told me.

THEY TOOK $3000 from for a ball launcher and I never received WHAT I PAID FOR. THEY WONT REFUND ME MONEY THEY DONT HAVE THE PARTS FIRST THEY SAY PARTS WERE LOST IN THE MAIL NOW THEY SAY THEY DINT HAVE THEM. CROOKS WATCH OUT YOU WILL SEE OVER AND OVER 28 EMAILS I GIT THE RUN AROUND!!

Ordered some netting, and chose this company rather than getting from eBay or Amazon as they said last Monday that it was guaranteed delivery by last Friday. Checking order tracking, Evri had the parcel out for delivery on Wednesday, brilliant I thought. NO, that's where it starts going wrong. Did not turn up that day, or the next, or by the guaranteed Friday! Contacted the company who blamed Black Friday & Royal Mail strikes etc. Asked me to wait a few more days which I have, contacted them again, and go no reply, so went to the payment provider to complain, yes, I got a reply then but, still more bluff from them. To be honest, I'd have been better off, I'd have got my netting, and it would have been cheaper if I'd got it from eBay. Indeed, I've bought other items since this one, from other shops, and they've been delivered, some even from Evri surprisingly. In a nutshell, non-delivery, expensive delivery for something that did not turn up when it was guaranteed to, and poor customer service! Really can't recommend this place, you can get everything they sell on eBay & Amazon cheaper, and probably faster!

Hidden cost to buy a mat from New world sports I recently buy a golf hitting mat from New World Sports but have a very bad experience. Their website only showing the price and shipping cost and I paid in full while they let their currier send me message with a link to pay extra duty tax which they don’t indicate everywhere on their website and reminder customer need to pay extra duty tax before checkout for payment. I emailed the company and called twice which one gentleman told me that for my order they will cover the duty tax and another lady told me they will not pay the duty. I told them either give me the product I buy or refund all money I paid back to me. Very bad experience and I will keep updated when I get something from the company. Thanks

I ordered a fire pit table and rattan furniture absolutely superb but wished I’d ordered another set without fire pit table. Unfortunately I’d ordered a small rattan sofa with coffee table and the cushions are so uncomfortable. The company would have taken it back but I’d thrown all the boxes away. My fault.

I ordered the wrong item. Tried contacting them to abort shipment. That didn't work. I refused delivery, and had package returned to sender. Company refused to credit me, so I filed a complaint with my credit card which took care of the matter. Two months later Net World Sports is trying to re-charge me. I have a video of the attempted delivery and me signing for a return to sender. I have the tracking number, and still New World Sports is attempting to re-charge me for the item. Beware! Sleazy company.

Fantastic customer service received from Sammie...he quickly took care of resending a couple of items that had arrived broken in the delivery. All other items arrived in great shape and we look forward to improving our soccer practices with our new training equipment!

Horrible and most likely a fraudulent company. I finally contacted my credit card/bank and filed a fraud claim to receive a refund after an item I ordered didn't arrive for two months. Avoid doing business with this company.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this awful company. I purchased a 12x6 PROFLEx Pop Up goal around two weeks ago. Upon delivery, I noticed that the back bar of the goal was bent and would not sit flush with the floor. I contacted the company to get the item swapped - I’m aware that things often get damaged in transit, so this was not an issue. Net World Sport then tried to enter into some sort of strange negotiation with me. They stated that the damage does not affect the use of the goal… granted, but you wouldn’t accept a new car with a dented door panel would you!?! They first offered to refund me 10%, then they tried offering me a 20% discount code and now they have gone quiet and are not replying to my emails. All I want is for my item to be exchanged, or a level of compensation which is fitting, which I am entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act. Please shop elsewhere, companies cannot operate like this in 2022!

We had to order a soccer net July, 2021. Due to a rather busy summer we were not able to assemble the soccer net until April, 2022. A part was missing from the box (due to a damaged during shipping). When I phoned, Sammie explained that they don't cover any missing parts after 30 days. When I explained the situation, she made an exception and is shipping us the missing part! I really appreciated her understanding and help. Made my day better! Thank you for the great service.

Items arrived damaged. Networld accepts that they are damaged but has said that it doesn't affect the performance of the product so they won't take them back. The customer service agents are polite but sticking to their "policy". So now I'm having to return them at my own expense which is leaving me £30 out of pocket - not happy.
