Agreed on same day delivery and paid for it. They emailed to confirm the same.
Oder lost for 4 days and 3 Customer service people can't agree if it was delivered, when it was delivered.... No way to contact by phone and lies after lies (all on email so I shall for sure use them) as to where the order "is".
Useless and refusing an apology and the refund as they sent a super grainy picture of what they claim to be the recipient's building... uh.. really?”
“I ordered the pink rose bouquet for a family friend who just had a baby girl. What was delivered was a sad joke. Instead of fresh pink roses with gerber daises, as per the image, they got an arrangement of 90% chrysanthemums in various shades, and the pitiful few roses looked like they were a week old. Fully opened, brown and wilted petals. I am beyond disgusted that this was what I paid $100 for. When I reached out to customer service, hoping to just have a better arrangement sent, they said in their opinion the arrangement was fine and they weren’t going to stand behind their products. Buyer beware.”

It is now the 16th, she has yet to receive her items, no text, no call, no email until 12:26AM to tell me the item was not delivered.

“I ordered from Newjersey blooms, they promised same day delivery while ordering. The order was supposed to be delivered by Feb 14, it was for a special one. The order was not delivered by the said time, now it's Feb 16 and no information about the delivery or a mail from them regarding the order.

They didn't begin processing until day 4, and the arrangement received on day 10 was not only unrecognizable from the website pic & description, you couldnt even tell it was once a plant. The company offered no explanation other than to blame me for not ordering one day delivery for a perishable item (as if one additional day in the guaranteed timefram could make such a difference). Do not trust this company!”
