“Bought a gift card from Nike. Went to use it and it had a 0 balance. They were able to track the fraudster who used the card somehow before I even got it. They told me they would mail me a new gift card and apologized. Shortly after I received an email letting me know I was just out the money, they would not be sending me a new gift card. Even though I'm the victim and they know that. There just isn't anything they can do. Why take a chance in buying gift cards from Nike then? If you are unfortunate enough to purchase an already tampered with gift card. Which there is absolutely no way to tell. You will be out the money. Not the criminal and not Nike. That's right it's on the victim/customer.”
“Purchased extornionately expensive Airmax 270's at the end of December for a 12yo who needed a good indoor gym/training shoe. Not even five months later, the airbag in one shoe deflated. After being bounced around all over the place, finally received a warranty claim # and returned the shoes in close to new condition having faith that Nike would stand by their 2year warranty and claims to stand by their products. Received a denial stating the shoe was worn and that's what caused the defect, not manufacturing or product! 1) how can only one shoe be worn ( I assure you - the owner has two feet) and 2) "AIR"max... the whole purpose is the cushion! If that fails, how is that not a product defect!?
Absolutely shameful that a company would charge so much for something, not stand by it and provide a ridiculous response! It's also virtually impossible to get a hold of a person for further discussion.
ZERO starts Nike.”
“As a loyal and long-time buyer from Nike, I am appalled by the incompetence of Nike's Thailand customer service team. They should be held accountable for their poor performance. Despite my clear right to a 2-year warranty, they continuously refuse to honor it, demonstrating a complete lack of skill and respect for customers. This team needs to be either retrained, punished, or fired. Their refusal to address legitimate issues is unacceptable and goes against Nike's standards. Avoid dealing with Nike Thailand if you expect any real support.”
“Brutal shipping. If I knew the order was coming from The Netherlands I wouldn't have made the purchase. Was supposed to be here (Ontario Canada) yesterday afternoon. Arrived in Memphis a few days ago and fedex is simply saying it's delayed there. No update or new eta. Will never order online through nike again.”
“Here are the details of my purchase:
Order Number: NAE0295008-3221
Model: Nike Court Vision Alta
Size Ordered: 36.5
Size Requested: 36
I recently attempted to process this exchange at a Nike online store, due to the shoes got loose as I wear them for one day and which was initially a fit and now it slips of my feet but my request was denied because I no longer have the original box. I understand that original packaging is preferred; however, I have reviewed Nike’s exchange policies, and it is my understanding that exchanges should be accommodated even without the original packaging, provided the item is in acceptable condition. The shoes are in excellent condition and have only been worn one time.
But the team refused to assist in exchange and keep on sending an email link for return policy as my case was to exchange for a new size and not returned item.
So despite my multiple attempts, I was left with a bigger size shoe model and my money was wasted and it was my first exchange with nike and even that was not accomoodated and i was very disappointed and had deeply negative experience.”
“I am still waiting for a call back from a manager ! I received my order (a pair of track suit bottoms ). They arrived in a brown bag/ package . No plastic bag or other covering . On opening there was biscuit crumbs all over the clothing . After looking closer I saw there was also crumbs in the pockets ! Clearly had been worn ! Not happy at all …….”
“they charged me twice, didn’t give me the product because they canceled it twice and told me that i will get my money back after 10 business days. what a shame company. i will never buy their product”
“I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Nike. On July 1st, 2023, I purchased a pair of LeBron 20 shoes, expecting the premium quality that Nike is reputed for. However, within just three months, a swollen bump appeared beneath the left shoe, which is something I have never experienced with any footwear before.
Two months later, while playing indoor basketball, the bump punctured, causing an audible escape of air with every step. Given that the shoes were still within the manufacturing date, I sent them back to Nike for inspection, hoping for a fair resolution.
To my dismay, I received a response stating, "We have received your claim product and after a thorough inspection, we've determined the issue with the Airbag is a result of contact with a sharp foreign object. This is not a material or manufacturing fault per our returns guidelines, and we're unable to issue a replacement product. We're returning your item to you."
This is utterly unfair and unacceptable. I paid over $300 for these shoes, expecting durability and quality. Instead, I received a defective product that Nike refuses to take responsibility for. It is beyond disappointing to be blamed for a manufacturing flaw.
I am boycotting Nike and will be sharing my negative experience with others. I have never spent so much on a pair of shoes, and this incident has taught me a valuable lesson. Nike's handling of this situation has been unprofessional and disheartening, and I will not be purchasing from your company again.”
“Ordered a pair of shoes for my three year old and they were too small so I called, as it states, and got an exchange started. It’s been a month and still nothing. The warehouse they got returned too has HORRIBLE reviews and I’m very sketched out. Just checked again and the exchange was canceled because the shoe size I needed is now sold out which I’m livid about. So now I just want my money back and still no update. I also wrote a good review which I was going to delete but it’s not even on the website. I will not be ordering from the Nike website anymore. Something sketchy is going on and the way they go about things is not good. Get your Nikes at other stores!”
“Upon purchase I accidentally typed the delivery address wrong. Tried calling them and ups to change the address, neither one of them was helpful. The item was shipped back to Nike. I called Nike to see if they can update the delivery address and resend the item and they said that they can’t do that. I had to place a new order for it, although the item was no longer available to purchase. They refunded the money a week later.”
“I recently purchased a pair of Nike shoes, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Each time I buy Nike shoes, they don't last long at all. The quality is consistently poor, and the materials used seem to be of very low quality. Given these issues, I cannot recommend Nike shoes to anyone.”
“Bought a pair of tennis shoes had them a year and a half and I wore them approximately 10/15 times, There is no ware and tear on my shoes, But the sole has come unglued. I sent them back to Nike, which cost me $30 to ship. They sent them back saying that they could not honor the repair or replacement of my shoes again it’s a gluing issue not wear and tear issue. I am very disappointed in Nike as I thought they would honor Defective sneakers . Don’t think I will be buying Nike again and will write a review on every social media platform that I possibly can as I am so disappointed with the customer service I received when I shipped back”
“Do not take the risk to deal with Nike on delivery. After 45 days of placing the an order and they collected my money and after 4 times of contacting them they are not able to confirm when will my order will be delivered”
“Missing items using home delivery service, subcontracted to DPD.
How can you advise customer to use Post Office delivery if you want to ensure good are not stolen in transit?
Cleary a known issue of theft! Awful customer service.”
