“Product is high quality, however their site positions 1-4 days of shipping window and they are not even near that.
I understand during COVID and holiday season shipping delays are bound to happen. They should clarify they are struggling on their website to ensure a good experience for the customer. I ordered some tights for my girlfriend in end of November, for a Christmas gift. It's two days before Christmas (28 days since my order was placed) and I still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation.
It's pretty frustrating they sell such a high end and expensive product but don't seem to care about setting the correct expectations for their customers. Won't be buying their brand again.”
“I guess I got lucky.I bought the men's leather high tops. Called to confirm my order was received 0n a Sunday. Nobull confirm on Monday order shipped out on Tuesday. Ups detailed in Rl. Received my shoes the following Tuedays. Perfect fit. Very happy.”

“I did not do my due diligence before purchasing 2 jerseys on November 25th. Didn't think the jerseys would take more than a few weeks for delivery. It is now December 21st and the shipping info says it reached destination port a week ago with no other info. They show a Philadelphia and California address, but don't be fooled. This is a Chinese company, and one thing I have learned from the Chinese is they don't care about customer service or ethical behavior. Lesson learned. Hopefully others read this before ordering.”

“I too have been trying like crazy to reach someone about a return I made. No one responds to me through the text message system or email. If I randomly get a response it definitely sounds like a robot response and it’s of no help to me. Then I respond and they don’t respond back! I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me someone else’s order. I had to return the incorrect pair and buy a new pair. I’m disputing the other charge with my bank and letting them deal with nobull. I like their shoes but it’s not worth it. Terrible customer service! Buyer beware!”

“Unlike the other reviews here, I am absolutely astonished how good the trainers feel on my feet. Squatting felt better than ever before. I had to wait for the order for 2 and a half weeks, but that's only rational since I live halfway across the world from Nobull. I almost got worried since my tracking link didn't get updated for four straight days, but I contacted customer support and was satisfied on how my question was handled.”
“Nobull customer service might as well be a robot. I've spent close to 1K with the company and shipping and customer service is abysmal. The clothing is nothing special and the shoes are uncomfortable and poorly made. Don't bother buying anything from them.”
“This company isn't set up for international business. I live in the UK and naturally ordered my UK size. At no point did they warn me I was ordering the US sizes. They only accept returns from the US so international buyers have to pay to return any items.

I sent Royal Mail signed for and tracked and can see that they have delivered, however Nobull are saying it hasn’t been received. I have contacted my bank fraud team and I’m hoping I can get my money back. So disappointing but it is a SCAM!”
“Really lousy service! I won't ever purchase any shoes again. I ordered a pair of shoes and after seeing them and trying them on I decided to exchange them for a different color. I tried reaching them when the system wouldn't take my request. You can't speak to someone, the phone number has been disconnected. E-mails and customer chat don't lead to anyone. Worst service ever. I have spent way too much time today with this matter.”

Maybe they are incredible shoes worth the overpriced tag, but at this point I feel I’ll never know.
