No Bull was my first purchase outside my happy bubble and I am nothing but very pleased and would have no hesitation carrying this brand in my own store the product is amazing and the delivery was so quick I ordered on a Friday living in Canada once again, and received at 7:45am in Wed just in time to wake up and work out. I purchased the all black ripstop runner I also am between a 6.5 to 7 while reading reviews I decided to order 6.5 and it is a perfect fit honestly I donāt want to take them off š”
“For their price point, their shipping is atrocious. You can order from Lululemon, Nike, Born Primitive (small company) and Violate the Dress Code (also small) and get it 10 times faster than NoBull. This is not just a pandemic issue. Last year I received a gift card for Christmas...was first time ordering from them. First, you cannot exchange on a return...if you get something and don't like it...you can only exchange it for a different size...OR return it and then wait for a credit (which for their shipping takes about 2 weeks). THEN you have to contact them and request a new coupon code to use the return credit and place an entire new order. Christmas 2019 gift card took me until March 2020 to actually get shoes that fit properly (sizing is not true to size). However, I LOVE the shoes and decided to try again this year. With their return and exchange and shipping times, it's really not worth the effort anymore. It took over 2 weeks to receive the package...wanted to exchange and have to return and wait for the credit again. I'll get new shoes.in February or March now. They really need to up their shipping/exchange game. Will not bother with them again until they do. No stores to return to and you are stuck in a waiting game for 6 to 8 weeks if you need an exchange.”

I tried to change the shipping address long before they shipped to our home so that my son going back to college from Xmas break could receive them on campus since the shipping time was so long and they wouldnāt make it to the house before leaving for college. Even though they charged by charge card on the 23rd, they did not send the digital cards via email. I filled out several requests for them to send them, I didnāt have success until I placed a dispute on my credit card. Then two hours later they sent the digital gift cards . This company should be called Yes Bull because they are full of Bull S- - t!!!

I understand during COVID and holiday season shipping delays are bound to happen. They should clarify they are struggling on their website to ensure a good experience for the customer. I ordered some tights for my girlfriend in end of November, for a Christmas gift. It's two days before Christmas (28 days since my order was placed) and I still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation.
It's pretty frustrating they sell such a high end and expensive product but don't seem to care about setting the correct expectations for their customers. Won't be buying their brand again.”

“I did not do my due diligence before purchasing 2 jerseys on November 25th. Didn't think the jerseys would take more than a few weeks for delivery. It is now December 21st and the shipping info says it reached destination port a week ago with no other info. They show a Philadelphia and California address, but don't be fooled. This is a Chinese company, and one thing I have learned from the Chinese is they don't care about customer service or ethical behavior. Lesson learned. Hopefully others read this before ordering.”

“I too have been trying like crazy to reach someone about a return I made. No one responds to me through the text message system or email. If I randomly get a response it definitely sounds like a robot response and itās of no help to me. Then I respond and they donāt respond back! I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me someone elseās order. I had to return the incorrect pair and buy a new pair. Iām disputing the other charge with my bank and letting them deal with nobull. I like their shoes but itās not worth it. Terrible customer service! Buyer beware!”
