Quite disappointed at the service. Its been a week and i haven't received my items. I changed the address due to their delay and the delivery still goes to the wrong address. Im wasting my weekend waiting for a package... Ridiculous

Beware noon before shopping. they have no vendors but many product displayed in portal. No shipment after 10 days also Also refund take place more than 30 days. pathetic service

Ordered iconic headphone which stopped working after 10 days. I applied for return or exchange since the product had 1 year warranty. After 14 days I received call saying that it can't be exchanged since the product was broken. I already submitted the picture of the product in perfect condition while requesting for exchange and the pick up boy also checked the product before taking it. I was denied refund an when I received the product back one earplug was actually broken. It seemed as if the company broke it itself just to deny refund. Worst customer service. Will not purchase anything again and suggest the same to other users as well.

The worst customer service!! They never have answers to anything, be it your order information or their return policy. Just read the previous reviews and im Wondering how this company is surviving!! Never buy from them.

When you follow up your orders with there call center they will Tel you will deliver within 48 hours, Don't trust them they don't keep the word that they saying, Until now I don't get my order

Very bad customer service if you call 80038888 don't worry no one will answer you have only one option give call back request- that also will go to heaven. Don't worry no one will contact you. if you send mail also to care@noon.com no reply will get. I don't know what type of customer service they are doing. my order ref#NAEB00437447

very big bad teams.creating false commitments are their weakness. never compare with souq(Massive), Placed an order which was supposed to be delivered day b4 yesterday still no comments. what people you???

Noon.ae = Trap. Once you are in, there is no way to come out. They have alot of excuses to make but no actual product to deliver on time.

Ordered on Noon.ae for a watch, kept on waiting for few days and then eventually told that watch is out of stock. Poor commitment, poor customer service didn't even they bother to call and suggest any remedial action. Last time I order with them unless they rectify the issue.

Wrong / False commitments. Worst Delivery team. They will not deliver your order on time 1 day equal to 7 days. i made a mistake to order on NOON i will not order anything again on Noon.

Worst delivery service do not believe the 1 day delivery option they do not delivery even in two or five days time... Tried it for the first and last time....

Unproffesional guys, i regret ordering from noon.com. Noon now features immediate delivery of products and last six days i am only following up to their hoax commitments. The call centre support team is half unaware of processes, they jst hv one answer to delay, we will take down your complaint man and later during delivery time and auto s delay in order. Thatz what thry have been doing, take complaint, hoax delivery timeline commitment followed by a delay sms every other day. Why mislead ppl to immediate delivery feature when u cant keep your words. I only hope and pray the product to be genuine when i recv it😡

Horrendous customer service. No indication sent to me of a delay. Once I started to track my item that didn’t arrive using their ‘now’ service I had great difficulty getting intouch on Monday 26th I called 3times - no answer, called twice and requested callbacks - still no call back, messaged using their WhatsApp channel - never any response, emailed - still no response and finally Facebook - still no response. On the 27th I called again and finally got through, they informed me that they are having a busy time - which is fine but there was no indication of this on their site and I didn’t receive notification of any sort that my item isn’t going to arrive when promised. After talking to 3 different advisors they all gave me different information and promises. None of which ‘your item will be delivered’ I did not get my item in the end because it would have been delayed for up to 4 days when I had originally used their ‘now’ promised service for convinience. If I had known the company was experiencing backlog o would have factored this in or chose an alternative method. I have used noon before and was pleased with the service when it was a new company. It seems as they become more popular that they cannot handle the volume of orders, they don’t inform customers about their item, they aren’t honest with their service with you and they don’t seem to know how to resolve things. Great concept in the early days but I feel they have outgrown themselves already.

Absolutely horrible experience! Never ever ordering from them again. Been waiting on my deliver for 2 weeks, every time it keeps getting delayed. They don’t even have a delivery time slot, so they expect you to wait for them from 8am to 10pm at the delivery address!! They tell you the deliver guy will call but he doesn’t! Their customer service reps are rude and lack knowledge of their own products and offers. Avoid at all costs. The low price is not even worth it.
