I bought a Nikai Smart TV and not even six months that it's display went blank. When I sent the tv to the noon service center thinking that it was under warranty, the agents from warranty department kept shouting every time I called and literally refused to help or connect my call to a manager. Same information have been given every day almost two weeks now that the tv has an internal damage and is out of warranty. I swear that this will be my last ever experience with noon and will never want to do any business with them in future.

Starting off, noon was one of the best solutions and provided excellent services, excellent solutions and excellent products, but consistency is one of the vital aspects of a company, a company which cannot be consistent means it did not start off with fundamental basics. Noon now has been a disappointment in many many ways, first the items delivered arrive damaged, boxes torn and squashed, water bottles broken sometimes which ends up in a huge mess. Second, Customer Service, there is no boundaries on when you will get a call from their team, and why, sometimes they just call to tell you we will call you with the update, why call the customer? drop an email would be a nice solution if you want to inform them that you are still working, emails are never used, and when used sometimes sent twice and when sent it is in a improper format. Third, the charges are high, we all know we buy from noon to spare the drive to the store, and we know we pay higher for this, so at least we want the items delivered properly, what is the point in adding instructions but not following up on them, such as dont knock on the door, leave it outside, when you find the driver knocking the door bell till you wake up to take it, even though you asked to leave it. Forth, why sell something when you dont service it, if you dont, then add to your page same like you add the specifications, it is not professional to let a customer buy something thinking he is buying from the store when the policy is completely different, if you cannot have control over your suppliers then do or exclude them, you are not winning by having more suppliers. My latest experience was it, it was when I decided I am never going to use this e commerce application anymore. I bought a soap dispenser, and it came dirty and full of germs and dirt all over, as if it was used in a public bathroom for 2 years before, I took images and sent to noon, and every time I got a call from the customer service team, they ask the same question, what is wrong with it and can you send us the pictures, when there is no need for me to send the pictures you already have them, if you cant have access to your main email this isnt my issue, it is your system's issue. the calls I got are many and nothing with a proper solution or response. I even get calls on Fridays and Saturdays, considering they are weekends i do not think it is the right time to call me, just to probably again say we are working on the investigation. which I have had almost 2 weeks of these calls. Now I am fed up, I have had so many complaints, their guys dont take complaints seriously, they dont have any manage above their suppliers and if you really need this thing you are buying, use a different source or spare yourself the hassle and go buy it at least you will make sure you get a right item, not broken, packed properly, checked that it is working, and most of all not used before till its burnt out and repacked for you.

I do not understand the policy. The delivery guys just press delivered option as he reaches the doorstep without our acknowledgement. Some of the items I returned are also marked as delivered. Noon is not ready to return the money back. They can check with the delivery boy. Not at all trustworthy. First experience but disappointing experience.

Day 5 of battling with Noon customer service to get anything more from then than "We will have the relevant team update you" and then the relevant team telling me the same story "we will work on getting your order delivered". Day 5 of no TV. Day 6 it will be a cancellation because this company are a humongous joke. Not long till they're out of business in Dubai when they can't even compete against Amazon.

I had order portable speaker TS 25B from noon. It showed if u order in next 3 hours the product with be delivered the next day...its a joke. I ordered on friday and still even on Sunday am waiting for the product. The worse part is that the customer care team just keep saying that its out for delivery and some says we will try are best and will register your complaint and to make matters worse the even the complaint team has no idea on when the porduct will be dleivered. Last 2 years am been shopping with Amazon and this is my first and the last time with Noon.

I’ve been waiting for my 70 inch tv for 4 days past my expected delivery time now. My order has been sat in the warehouse for 3 days (pathetic joke). Every time I call noon, some lying customer service agent tells me it’ll be delivered today (it never does). I got a call back from the complaints department who then told me it will be delivered Friday (yesterday). Of course it wasn’t delivered. I don’t even believe they have my item at the moment tbh. Just a bunch of lying, useless staff and management. This is why you will never ever compete with the likes of Amazon. Your entire business model is based on lies. Surprised you haven’t been shut down.

Noon, Dont play with customers. Your response on social platform looks positive but when it comes one to one you peoples don't care to reply all queries. If you really cares for customer then reply to below points with my order reference. Order: NAEC70092566531 Product; Samsung Galaxy Phone A71 1. Can you able to confirm if any future repair occurs then i will get full refund without wasting my time in useless communication. Total 3 repair has been done on this device less than 1 year 2. Can you able to provide extended warranty as compensation for putting this phone for almost 3 months with you 3. During second repair it was informed to me if any third repair commence then i will get refund or new phone so can you confirm why false statements were provided to me. Note i need reply not general response from you.

Very Bad Company Struggling to get proper official response from Noon Management and every time they make excuses. Below was the mail i send and till today no response. Order: NAEC70092566531 Hello Noon Management, I still don't have answers to my questions. Why does Noon management don't want to close the subject by replying to customer queries? Please reply to my 2 questions listed below and check the Report remarks which state the same answers. Attached all reports Please arrange a call with higher management English speaking and reply to the queries Repair 1 report states in remarks " Updated the Device & Software" Repair 2 report states in remarks " Updated the Device & Installed new Software" Repair 3 report states in remarks " Wipes Cache partition & Updated the apps" Every time the same answer after repair work but still the device has issues. I strongly recommend Noon Higher management to recheck seller quality since this device has been repaired for the third time for the same issue. Again Question 1: During the second repair done it has been informed to me that if any third repair occurred then I will get replacement or refund. I can accept if noon is clearly put in writing that this is a special request to accept the phone after third repair from Noon and if any further defects detected then Noon is obliged to give me full refund. Question 2: Also note I didn't use this phone for almost 3 months which was consumed in repair so I need extended warranty.

I ordered a fridge and they delivered the wrong one. I told the deliver guy this is not the fridge I ordered and he ran away and he told me “Contact Customer Service”. They took 4 days to bring the right fridge.

At the same time I ordered a cooker and “suddenly” the deliver day, the item was OUT OF STOK! It was available when I paid and the same deliver day, just “not available anymore”. They took another 5 days to bring another one, 5 DAYS!!!!! I also ordered a washing/dryer machine and, after trying a couple of times with a technician, we realized the washing/dryer machine has several issues. I called Customer Service and they told me in 48 hours the “Warrantee Department” will come to collect it and they will refund the money. It has been 10 days and I’m still waiting for someone to come and collect the washing/dryer machine! Every time I call “Customer Service” I have to explain all over again because there is no information on the system the only know how to say “Someone will contact you in 48 hours”, that’s all!! I can’t understand how a company like this is so unprofessional, irresponsible and they don’t care about client’s complaints. This is ridiculous!

One of the Worst Company i have experienced, the chat customer support is polite but helpless except raising the complaint. Delivery agents are sometimes Rude. delivery 99 of 100 times is late.90699390 90927692, 91065412 , 91065623 are some of my complaint numbers just for one delivery, thy are so helpless , they have some pre-defined phrases for apologies which they keep repeating. On the other hand amazon is just opposite and amazing service. Regret purchasing from noon.

yesterday i received a message on my phone items out for delivery and then at 12 afternoon i got a whatsap from a driver that he has my package and hes gonna come i waited all day cancelled all my work and he didnt come in the end by 5 pm he says tomorrow .. today at morning again i got a recording call from noon saying to reschedule my delivery and that they tried to deliver but i wasn't available . again i pressed 1 up till now no delivery, and this is the second time this same driver has done this to me.. this type of employees will damage your business . again got an sms from noon out for delivery all day passed no delivery i also complained calling noons number i also complained using facebook i was told issue will be solved but till now nothing people have to work they cannot keep taking daily holidays just to receive packages fire these type of drivers they will spoil your business

I was hoping I would be the exception to all the bad reviews. Unfortunately, my review is no better or worse than the rest. I was promised a refund because the product was out of stock. They contacted me via email to let me know that a refund was processed and to allow 7 to 10 business days. It’s been 10 days and still no refund. Ugh!!! I hate fighting with a company to get what’s rightfully mine. Its so frustrating and the experience only leaves me feeling vulnerable as if I can’t trust online businesses, I resent that. I would’ve provided an image of the email however, there’s no place to upload it. Let the shenanigans begin.

I contacted you regarding my order NAED20090052440-S1 I would like to have the shipment today before 4 PM, I paid extra for the same delivery shipment, I have a flight and need to go to the airport. Support team said they raised a request and I need to wait 24 hours for an update but thats worthless info, I only have 9 hours to wait

I ordered 1 product 6 times and always they delivered wrong item to me , they wasted my time almost 2 months ,after every wrong delivery they were call for apology and again did same. Mistake always done at once never ever 6 times.... I don't want to order anything from noon.com

Scam + bad service So I purchase 625 ml nivea x 3 and what is delivered is 400 ml. When I requested to return and replace the product they just said that we do not have an option to replace a product we will just return your payment in your card but you have to wait for 7-14 days. Since I am located in Hatta, Dubai there is a delivery charge unless your order is 220 above. Since I value savings I always purchase more than 250 Aed. Even though how little the amount that I save it matters to me. So when I raised my concern to noon.support they said at they will raise the request to waive shipping fee as gesture of good will for my next order. Since I needed the product i want to order again But when I followed up for the waiving of shipping fee on my account I was told that they do not have the authority to do that. They have wasted my time, my money and I do not think I will purchase again from noon. I will go back to Amazon in which they have great product and great service.

I have never had the problems I am with Noon ever before. I have been an Amazon customer for many years and thought I’d give Noon a chance. Their customer service is awful and everytime I have ordered an item they are quick to raise a customer complaint and some untrained person calls you ‘back within 48 hrs ‘ - and makes the matters even worse. I am never going to use Noon.com ever again.

On star is too much for them!!! The worst online shopping experience I had! The first shipment arrived when they have stocked me at the office for 3 days!!! The second order is canceled with no reason and the disgusting part that Noon charged me for delivery when it is canceled by themselves!!!!
