If I could take this company to court I would. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY! I have ordered a TV as a birthday present (Birthday on 30.12) delivery date was supposed to be 29.12.!!! So on 29.12. I have waited whole day at home, around 2 pm I received message That the item was loaded in the delivery car. During the day i have called customer support 3 times, as I wanted to check approximate delivery time, but all i heard was “we can’t check this information”, “you will receive the information in sms”, “delivery is till 10:00 pm please wait”. At 9:30 pm I have received 2 messages one right after another. 1-st to say the driver’s number, 2-d to say that he couldn’t reach me and the delivery has failed. As furious a person could be after this lie (obviously no one called) and waiting for the whole day at home I tried calling the courier, however his phone was switched off. Then I texted in WhatsApp. After that I have called 20 times and he picked up and said: I had a small car, it didn’t fit so I just dropped it at the hub. I asked him a question, how he could drop it of at the hub, if it didn’t fit in his car?! Btw, accordingly to their sms updates the TV was loaded in the delivery car at 2:00 pm on the day. I called customer service with total disappointment, left a complaint. On the phone I was told that this courier, who simply decided not to deliver late evening and lied will be fired. I asked the delivery to be tomorrow (on the actual birthday) not later then 1:00 pm, as this was supposed to be a surprise and was assured by the Noon customer service representative that it will be arranged. So next day I wait, at 12:00 pm I called customer service to check where is my delivery, and the answers they gave me were: 1. They don’t know 2. They can see my complaint and it will take 24-48 hours for someone to look into it 3. You can’t actually choose the date or reschedule your delivery with customer service 4. They can’t connect you to the manager/supervisor/courier or anyone who knows or can do anything After that i have waited for a whole day and no delivery happened. I have called support multiple times and absolutely no help from their side. I spoke to the lady who asked me when should they schedule the delivery, I said that on 31.12. I will not be available at home so on 01.01. please. So the courier called on 31.12. saying that he will be at my door in 20 minutes….so the only date that I specifically informed them NOT TO DELIVER courier called, same one by the way who lied on 29.12. So today 01.01.22. I have received a message saying that my order was loaded in the car at 12:36 pm….I stayed whole day at home (canceled my brunch reservation) so to receive another 2 message at the same time at 7:42 pm that: the courier couldn’t reach me and that delivery will not be today. And again no one called and couriers phone number is switched off or he simply doesn’t pick up…same courier that I complained about on 29.12. What can I say, i have cried already while talking to customer service. My birthday surprise was ruined, my plans were ruined and I still did not receive my item! This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life with online purchase. Avoid at all costs! Unreliable company with cheating employees! I hope it will go bankrupt and never disappoint people again! Please never use their service!

They are not following the delivery date! I have experienced it three times already. Their delivery guy is not even apologetic at all!

horrific customer service, express items cant be delivered even after multiple complaints and calls. delivery was scheduled for 28th dec and to date I still have not received my package, even though I was promised delivery on the 29th and the 30th. call centers have no means to escalate problems and are frankly a complete waste of time. Amazon will be getting all my business from now on!

Worst service I placed the ordered on 23rd and received after 5 days. Worst service ever,hopeless Vegetables, chicken all were rotten. Waste of money

The worst experience ever, I ordered the product but i never received the product. I called the customer service and filed a complain and we agreed that the product will arrive the same day or day after but again there’s no product delivered. Choose Amazon over Noon!!

The worst experience ever, I ordered the product in Dec 24 and as per Noon express it will be delivered in Dec 25 but we never received the product yesterday. We called the customer service and filed a complain and we agreed that the product will arrive today at 10 am but again there’s no product delivered. We chose noon over Amazon because of the delivery time even though noon is more expensive. The worse part of the experience is when I called this morning and spoke to an agent named Dana, she wasn’t helpful at all, she talks while I am talking, she’s rude and hang up intentionally. The way they handle this kind of cases takes a long time and I am not sure why considering they’re a huge company. I experienced a delay from Amazon but they handled the case smoothly and the manager was so helpful so I think they should have the same customer service as Amazon coz the customer is already irate and then the agent is not helpful at all.

I would like to complain regarding my express delivery that should be delivered by yesterday and I alred talked to 5 agents from the call center team but they keep on telling that they cannot do anything just to wait for the item to be delivered. what is the purpose of call center teamor customer service??

NOON is pathetic when it comes to return of goods. I have a Return Request confirmation dated 01 Dec and today is the 22nd of Dec, yet the goods are not collected till date. Standard reply from NOON is that "As per the updates, we can see that our team has tried to pick up the item on ..................... However, the pickup attempt was failed as you were not reachable." There are no records of anyone calling or trying to contact and the goods remain uncollected.

I have purchased s21 ultra from Noon on 19th December, after the receiving the unit it was fake (like it has only 4X zoom, android version 5.1 etc....) so, I return the product on 20th December & I spoke to one of the noon customer care representative said that "once they receive the product back to warehouse, they will do quality test & they will return the money back in 7 to 14 working days".... I am wondering once I am returning the product they are doing quality test why it is not happening while they receive it from the seller. if the quality test has been done before delivering to customer this things will not happen right?. once order placed money has been deducted immediately but for returning the money why it is 7 to 14 working days. if the mistake is not from me, why should I need to wait for these many days. very bad experience from noon.

They have a shitty courier system.... So late for a delivery that was supposed to arrive in two days and there calls are muted.... They take forever to do anything...

It’s unbelievable! It’s already pass a 4 days from day I request for return no one didn’t contact me year, no one! Give me back my money! You just took my money and that’s it! It’s horrible horrible service! It’s mean that you just stole my money! Your operator on the phone just keep repeating the same information and could not do nothing, on the system the said that driver contacted me and I rescheduled my deliveries it’s not a try at all, they never contacted me ! They lie to me on the phone! What is this!????

The worst e-commerce ever. I made an order with 9 or 10 items which were supposed to be delivered on 30th Nov 2021. Even after 2 weeks it wasn’t delivered. When I called customer care, they admitted their fault and told it’ll be delivered within 24-48 hours. And later when I checked the app, I was stunned to see that they canceled my order. They didn’t even inform me. At least they should have sent a message. What a pathetic service. Never go with noon.

It’s a horrible service and horrible call center ever! They just keep repeating the same words and couldn’t do nothing! The manage never contacted me back! Its not nice at all, just took a money and sent to me a not completely item, which was mistake from Noon, and now they never didn’t come to pick it up! It’s the most horrible service which I had ever! Give me my money back!

I’m waiting for a driver from Noon during 3 days to pick the return items up, but no one contacted me back and I keep calling again and again to Noon, operator on the phone she just keep repeating the same phrase and couldn’t give me a answer to my question, couldn’t help me at all , just keep repeating the same words. I keep calling and on if you operator just close a phone on the middle on conversation and just give me a wrong information that she added my number to the emergency call, but it’s was not truth, us another operator said to me. Still during 3 day, no one didn’t contact me back and it’s was a mistake from Noon that they delivered to me a not complete items and now couldn’t come even to pick it up! Just took my money and that’s it! What is this?? Is it a good service for your clients???????????????? I can give only 0 from 10 for the service Noon team!!!!!!

Noon is making fraud sail from customer. I placed an order. Received an open non sealed product in damage condition. Placed a return and they refused to pick. After several complaints they finally collected. Now their QC comments this product is rejected for return. Damage product noon delivered and now they rejecting refund.
