It is the worst website you can ever order from. I usually order online a lot of things-and always receive them in time or with a fair delay...not with Noon, their items NEVER arrived. After I followed up I was promised by one of their agents that the items will arrive next day. I stayed all day at home however no one came. When I called back they told me the order has been cancelled ?!?! Their agents keep lieing on the phone. They tell you items will be delivered the next day, and when you complain that they were not they promise you someone from customer care will reach you in the next 24-48 hrs however NO ONE ever does. It is the worst website ever where their operators lie to you on the phone continuously. When I called today the agent told me that actually there was no complaint on the file hence the previous agent lied when he told me someone would get in touch within 24-48 hours. I wish I had the time and patience to take this case to customer protection authority. I will start taking actions if they don't keep their word and refund me the money as they said, in 7-14 working days. After being lied to so many times by their agents I do not believe anything they say anymore.

The worst customer service and worst to deal with . 2 times sending me a different order and customer service is replying without any respect. Absolutely no to deal again

I ordered a tripod and received it with a loose screw, so, I asked for a return and they apologized to me and told me that I can order it again once I receive my transferred money to my noon account, and the customer service said they won't send me a damaged product again, I trusted them and ordered it again, and I received AGAIN a damaged product, one of the tripod legs won't even stand still with very obvious low quality screws and even BROKEN. Don't you check the quality of the products you send to your customers ever? You just lost a customer that only shops online, I was going to make so many purchases from noon if it turned out well, but now I well highly recommend that no one deals with you, I will post my bad experience everywhere.

I ordered a tripod and received it with a loose screw, so I asked for a return and they apologized to me and said that I can order it again once the money is transferred to my noon account, and they won't send me a damaged product again, I trusted them and ordered the tripod again and I received AGAIN a damaged product, one of the tripod legs is loose and can't even stand still with very obvious law quality screws.. Don't you check the quality of the products you're sending to your customers ever? You have just lost a customer that only shopping online so I was going to make many purchase from noon if it turned out well, but now I will highly recommend that people don't deal with you, I will post my bad experience everywhere.

Recently I bought a mask branded living guard on the photos when ordered there was a knob or filter on the mask I received a different model without the ventilation knob. I have called noon 4 times and no resolution yet. In the confirmation letter of the order which came with the photo of the mask I ordered there is a filter. This I can use against them in a court of law. Now they have changed the photos on website but they are resisting and admitting their mistake. I caution everyone when dealing with this website.

it was OK experience with Noon. I used other platforms also. Delay for 1-2 days are normal, especially in this pandemic. But today, i got a call at 10 PM that my items will be delivered within 1 hour. So i wait 1 hour after i gave them my location only to got another called informing me the driver will go now. So i wait and at 00.00 i called him and got rejected. And now here i am complaining about the rude attitude and unprofessional driver. Who the hell delivered in midnight??

Honestly reading the reviews i thought that it was going to be bad but so far for what I have experienced isnt bad at all. My first delivery came pretty quick and so far i am having a great experience with noon. Definitely recommend.

after waiting for almost a week they canceled my order for a reason that is out of stock, very bad experience i will never try this again

They have no customer service. Someone charge my paypal account to noon and they won't even answer a call. They said to go to my NOOM acount. I DON'T HAVE A NOOM ACCOUNT BECAUSE I NEVER ORDERED THEIR STUPID PROGRAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PAYMENT INFORMATION.

Worst e-commerce service. They cancel the order 8 days after it was placed with the reason that it's out of stock. 8 days to confirm their inventory. I was expecting this would have happened so I called their customer rep two days ago and she confirmed its in the warehouse and will be delivered in time. So customer service lies as well. Very unprofessional.

Noon is the worst online experience I had in my life. I had been with Souq, AliExpress, x-cite, Jarir many more including local post delivery but never had any issue with any kind of deliveries. Noon neither there is proper communication nor respect to people time. I would never deal in future with noon.

I am appalled to see their customer support, first they send the wrong product and upon immediate reporting and keep on following up after 4 days their courier turns up and asks me for the original outer noon box....come on when I recieved courier it had 20 other things how do you expect someone to save that box for a small product return...it's shocking

Noon is getting worse. They are now over promised and not able to deliver. My order got canceled and delayed multiple time over the past months. I'm losing confidence in Noon and no longer my e-commerce choice to purchase product from them. On time delivery very poor and follow-up process is slow. Bye Noon.

A person would expect to buy stuff onlline, for the assumption that all required merchandise are to be delivered at once. But receiving the partial order and some merchandise is still missing. This tells you about the wonderful customer service they have.

I tried the trial of Noom and of course you have to add your credit card information. SO...I tried for 3 days and it was just overwhelming with all the things you have to do and then with them sending you messages. I honestly forgot about it, I realize this is my fault by forgetting, but they charged my credit card $149 and when I realized this and went in and cancelled my subscription I was told I would not get a refund or a pro-rated refund and that I had access to my goal coach (or whatever it is) until September 2020. Why would I need this kind of access until September? That is just ridiculous that I can't even get a pro-rated refund. They just charged my card May 5. Of course they then tell you to check out their FAQ and refund policy. I just see this as a way for them to make money and that they really aren't there to help.

Noon, Refer to my undelivered product correspondence. NAEC40008396449 Samsung 2.1ch Series 4 Soundbar System With Remote HW-R450 Black Sold by DGT OFFICIAL STORE. Its now obvious that customers must email, call or chat you before they know state/status of their orders. It is unimaginably surprising. I messaged you that I was expecting a delivery yesterday (10-05-2020) for a product ordered since 20-04-2020. Unfortunately, you failed to deliver. Recall that I made a follow up on 01-05-2020 and one of your agent replied on 02-05-2020 that I will receive my delivery on or before 10-05-2020. Since 1st of May and 10th of May nothing was received and there was no message from you that the product delivery would be delayed. You think that's fair right? After my message to you yesterday, another agent called and I told her I need my product unfailingly on 11-05-2020 else NOON should consider the order cancelled by me and refund me asap. She promised to inform the management. Around 10:41pm I got an SMS that my delivery will be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. INCREDIBLE! How may weeks is it now NOON? So if I didn't follow up, Noon would never had told me anything? Enough of this shady deal. Please note that I made it categorically clear yesterday to her (your agent) that if I don't receive it today 11-05-2020, please consider the order cancelled by me and refund me asap. I'll wait if it take you forever to refund me (AED494). Cheers.

Dear Noon, Refer to my email sent earlier as to my Order ID: NAEC40008396449  Samsung 2.1ch Series 4 Soundbar System With Remote HW-R450 Black Sold by DGT OFFICIAL STORE. I told you that day that the tracking status read:  Noon Warehouse   Ready for handover to logistics partner  2020-04-23  10:47 It was stated that my products will be delivered on 10-05-2020 (today) which you also confirmed that it will definitely be delivered on or before that date. I just did a check online and it amazed me that since 23-04-2020, the tracking status remains the same. This is grossly unfortunately.  Please I need my product unfailingly today!!! I ordered one earlier, didn't work, returned it, took you forever to refund me. Does it mean I made a mistake by picking another one even at higher price ( AED 494)? Yet you could treat your customer this way?  Common!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
