I had ordered laptop on 25th March and still waiting for delivery from noon, and there is no update while contacting customer care and wats app help. WORST experience with this website. Disappointing......!!!!

Delivery is horrible. I'm visiting my grandmother and thought of buying a couple of things to make her day after making the purchases I informed her that in a couple of days my order will be received however all orders were delayed although knowing that my orders were made separately. It's my first experience with Noon and it looks like it's going to be my last.

I had ordered A fossil gen 5 watch which was delivered to me on 22nd march,2020. I was recording the unboxing to share it with my family and to my surprise I find a different item in the box. The issue was highlighted to the team the same monent and the return was accepted by team noon. Post return of the item I had to have a strong follow up with the team and few timea the time team put me on hold for more than 30 mins thereby forcing me to end the call. They somehow on 29th march, 2020 email me that they have sent the correct item. I have sent plethora emails and video link to the team but to my surprise they are in denial mode. I have all the emails and whatsapp chats which clearly shows how the team has vaccilated the issue and have not yet provided me the solution. I am literally broken due to this incident. Guys please beware , you might end up in the same place. I should have read the reviews before trusting them. Below is my order details. Worst company ever. They just continue to charge your card after the two week trial with no notice and will not give you your money back. Worst costumer service. No one will ever answer the phone in order to speak to someone. DO NOT USE THEM!

Not worth a single star. I had ordered Palmolive Handwash on 23rd March that was sold as a pack of three (3x 250 ml)(SELLER: -Spinneys). I ordered 3 sets (9 pieces). I got delivery today of three pieces (300 ml). feel cheated

i asked for a refund for a non-working device i got. been a while and still didint receive my refund. didint even receive it into my noon wallet either. i was told i would get my money back in 24 hours. where is it noon?

First order from noon uae one item was cancelled. Second order one item delayed 4 more days and again 4 more days and I can’t cancel the item! I have to wait and wait again. Very bad experience I wish You have more strict policy with your suppliers because you just lost one more customer.

We ordered three days back for same day delivery , they charged us extra for that, still no update , no action taken , no contact details, just ignoring our complaint also. No support at all. They just say we will get back to you but its now third day today no call no MSG. At least they should inform customers about their product.

I ordered for surgical masks for the protection of my family, noon.com charged 125 dhms for 50 pcs, the normal cost of this box is 25/30 dhms. How cheap is this noon.com. during this pandamic this is some inhuman act. Plus the product is of poorest quality. I will return to them.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything from noon. Really disappointed!! Why not just list something as out of stock than to sell us dreams,made the order a week ago, delivery date has passed now and I tried to call the call centre and they had no idea why it hadn’t been delivered! Really unfair and ridiculous!!sorry not purchasing anything ever and I’ll definitely make my family and friends aware!

The sold me a laptop that I paid 4300 aed and they sent me another model worths about 3000 aed. When I told them that they told me I opened the laptop and I changed the ram. They are liers. This is a fraud!!!

I hav been purchasng via online for long from other sites and they r prompt on delivery.. but noon is dissapointing on their ontime delivery..for order process it caused 5 days (its ok)..and after i got msg the item has been deliverd..and today(19 march ) its the 3rd day..still i didnt recevd the orderd item..when i contactd to custmrcare they assurd me , on the 2 nd and 3 rd day i will receiv on time..need to improv more
