Noon has yet again disappointed by delivering defecting products without any quality check done on a return item reorder. On the other noon is claiming that they have covered 30 times circumference of earth, 20 times height of Burj Khalifa.... Etc. What is the use of all these claims if you are not able to deliver and maintain defect free products. Pathetic services. Getting the cheapest supply chain to deliver the cheap and defective products I can say.

U GUYS ALL HERE DONT HAVE SENSE IT IS NOT OON WHO IS SELLING EVERY ITEM THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER SELLERS ON NOON WHO TRY TO FRAUD BY SENDING FAKE ITEMS ,NOT SENDING ITEMS I JUST HAD1 PROBLEM THAT NOONE CAME TO TAKE MY RETURN EVEN IF I CLLED THEM BUT I WAS TOLD BY SOMEONE THAT NOON IS GETTING MORE ORDERS THAT IS WHY NO ONE CAME TO TAKE MY RETURN....WHATEVER I ORDERED FROM NOON EAST SPECIALLY UTENSIL AND KITCHEN SETS WERE THE BEST IN LOW PRICE

I bought a Apple Watch Nike 6 series of value 2119 and I received a fake item today . This is not acceptable at all .. I wouldnโ€™t recommend anyone noon as after spending so much of money they delivered a fake item..

Worst ever customer service from noon. Never expect your product to be delivered on the prescribed delivery date... It'll be delivered after a week or so if you've luck or it'll more likely be cancelled. Calling their customer service is just a time waste where you'll be given an useless complaint id where there'll be follow up call saying It'll be delivered today and it'll be nth time you'll be hearing this.

this is the worst online business selling in Saudi Arabia NOON beside from fake items and damages that they sell plus bad service including not returning the money which is called SCAM ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

I warning you not to treat your customer stupid and keep on saying you try to contact my number and you cant reach me cause its a big LIE (no one contacted me and the noon itself cancel my return request). I am the one keep calling your call center agent to follow up my concern and the same information still they canโ€™t fix since november 17, 2020 until today and its annoying no one come and pick up the broken item that was sold (which is the seller know its broken and damage but still wanted to cheat the buyer). Your customer is not brainless and believe what information keep on sending me. I am trying to get the contact of the person or store so that i can call or contact directly or which courier i supposed to then i can drop by myself if its hard for you to fix this issue. The more information you send or mentioned its getting worst and more mistakes, its already annoying to your customer. Its almost 15days can you imagine if you have enough brain that functioning in your head of all the staff you have in noon I think its a shameful in your part. My question are you going to refund or not?all i need is yes or no... easy no need to tell so much lie and because another 6hrs to wait..this is all about money even a single riyal its counts.

This is my first and last experience with noon!!! I had the worst experience ever. Never trust them with their products. I have purchased a mobile from their online store (that was supposed to be new) but wasn't and had alot of problems and errors, they asked me to return it and that they will find me a better one from a better seller and that it will be checked by their quality team and that they will bare any extra cost (if any) I waited for almost a week, while they were sending me that they are still trying to find a good one. Today, someone else talks to me and was like no we do not provide this kind of service!!!!!! here was when I lost it, coz I had to wait for a whole week for some lies!!!! I tried to transfer the amount back to my bank account (which shall take another 7-14 days)!!! and guess what! something is wrong with their system, I couldn't process the transaction due to some technical error!! Never

I have already posted a review about the very bad experience I had with Noon, but I need to add more. Their customer service actually hanged up on me , telling me that the free vouchers they have promoted are out of stock .. So again , Noon is lying to their customers by promoting something that you will never have .. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NOON .. BIG SCAMMERS.

After 1 week of phone calls and emails. There customer service keeps promising to solve the issue and never get back to you. I don't recommend Noon to anyone if your excited to actually get your order in time

I want to place an order for Galaxy S8 Plus Black 4GB RAM 64GB 4G LTE, sold by Mobo at AED 878.95 It looks too cheap compare to other vendors on the same platform. Is it a fake product?

The worst experience i have ever had with online shopping! They promote something as free vouchers you will get with your order, they send you an email that these vouchers were delivered but in fact they were not and when you try to call them to check , they tell you it doesnโ€™t show that it was not delivered!! Not to mention that i am receiving my order partially (one item or 2 a day for an order of 22 items) ! I have nothing but to wait for the noon guy to knock on my door without prior notice!! And the product received specially the boxes are like they have been eaten and thrown up!! Never again.. Sorry amazon for betraying you!!

There customer service is absolutely horrible!!! After around 15 phone calls, back and forth emails with the same response (we will solve this asap) absolutely no help at all and no solution

Not recamened atoll. I bought galaxy fold with one year global warranty. After 1 months i contact to noon for regarding issue im facing in new phone but they refuse to fix. They said phone is without warranty

I ordered Note Ultra 20 and other products with total bill of AED 4386 and my credit card was charged. i was delived hair oil!!!! they told me return the items i received and I did and next day i got refund of AED 107. since then I am compaining but they keep saying we will call within 48 hours. this is totally a fraud story. i wonder why they spend so much on advertising when they have to do this to customers. whats the point of marketing.

i bought iphone 8 suppose new and it was fake and used, i bought PS4 controller and it is fake, i think all the materials there are not ORIGINAL and should make a case againts them in court. bad customer service as well. no one answer since call center working from Thursday to Sunday. i think it is FROAT orginisation.

Thanks for this.. Im about to order now to the Noon site but because of this I cancelled it all.. The buy one take one/B1G1 offer is a low quality product and not even legit if im not mistaken base from the people who have been commented in this site..
