I needed to receive the item urgently and when I contacted the call center, I was told that I have to wait until the end of the delivery day at 18:00 as they do not have the contact number of the delivery man and they have no information when he will arrive to my area. They cannot contact the delivery man??!!

Worst experience , Selling fake products , cheating the customer , worst customer service Order ID NAED70070664814 On 08th July I ordered iPhone 12 Pro Max gold which was delivered to me on 09th July I bought this iPhone to gift my girlfriend. I travelled to India on 09th July as I purchased earlier in noon and everything I purchased was genuine products so didn’t opened this product as this was gift , I opened iphone box on 11th July and was shocked to see as iPhone inside the box was dummy one duplicate cloned iPhone I paid 4,235 aed for this iPhone and as it was gift from me I was humiliated in front of everyone for gifting fake iPhone , on same day I asked my friend who was in Dubai to call noon and explain what happened and placed return request , as there was travel ban from India to Uae I couldn’t send the iPhone back soon , I came back to Dubai on 26 Aug and since that day I’m calling them everyday for returning this order and till date it hasn’t been returned nor I got any proper reply from noon side every-time they say they tried calling me and not even once i received call from them First they cheated me with the fake iPhone and now doing all the dramas for returning the iPhone

I am disappointed with your delivery man, they always go on the wrong location. yesterday the delivery man call me and ask me where are you, I told him im house in Batha. he told me rudely, that is not my location I will give this to another delivery man. Today another rude delivery man, ask me to send my current location thru whatsapp and he told me that is not my delivery location. I told him I already change my delivery location in the noon website why you go on my old location? He rudely answer me "that is not my problem. All your delivery man are like that, very rude.. all my friends have the same coplaint. Can you give your delivery man/driver the proper training regarding how to communicate with customers? Every time I order something from noon I think it would never come, I always get them late and the customer care barely responds, I have never relaxed and sat back when I bought things, as there is a slight chance I would get them. My last order has been out for delivery for 6 hours and I still didn't get it. I am really mad.

One of the worst company ever. They are absolutely nothing compared to Amazom. I have problem with the shipment and the amount of lies and the fake updates that it was made on behalf of me from their team are absolutely ridiculous. And I came to know they are working from home so no one taking his job seriously as there was not even one attempt to solve the issue. So despondent but it was my mistake as well as I choosed ordering from them over Amazon. I highly not recommend this site to anyone as their team just taking salaries and not doing their job. I feel sorry for the owner to be honest.

Rejected my warranty request arbitrarily - WA-WAAED800612138. Had some cracks on my Samsung Flip 2 backside glass. One fine day the top half of the screen stopped working and a black spot appeared. Zero scratches or cracks to the actual phone screen though and it did not even fall. I have been informed that the item is damaged and the warranty is not valid. They did not even check that only the lower half of the backside has damage and the lower half of the phone is screen is actually working perfectly. It's like saying there are scratches on the back door of a car and so the warranty on the car's engine is not valid.

Horrible service and not reliable at all; order a couple of books 2 weeks ago and delivery should have been tomorrow just received a message that my order is canceled with the most ridiculous copy “we hate cancellation too” f****you; the reason of cancellation is quality issue; you can still buy the book again from the same seller and wait for another two weeks and right before delivery this will have happen all over again - i will never use noon again Amazon is billion times better. Don’t use this trash service.

Deceiving Warranty Policy on Faulty Phones being sold I am a regular customer but this last experience has been really bad and shows the company is not genuinely looking to solve problem but fleecing customers by selling damaged goods on the website under the cover of manufacturing warranty but then finding reasons and excuses not to honour the claim under the published warranty policy. The experience goes like this. I bought a dual-SIM Samsung mobile phone from the website with manufacturing warranty of 1 year. However when the phone was used, the dual-SIM capability didnt work. So we discovered that two SIM slots had the same IMEI number which is a manufacturing fault. I checked with Samsung, all dual SIM phones sold in UAE must have two separate IMEI numbers as per regulatory guidelines. The phone was used by my family who were travelling abroad and due to COVID, returned after 2 months. Unfortunately during the period of discovering the fault of one IMEI number against two SIM slots, the phone had a physical damage, crack on the back cover but it does not make it non-functional. I called the customer care and explained the situation, then they referred me to Warranty team who asked me to make the video of the condition of the phone and the problem which I provided. However then I got the call from Warranty team saying that my Warranty is invalid due to the physical damage and I should refer to the Warranty Policy on the website. I have read the Warranty policy on the website and I cant figure out under which clause, my warranty claim is invalid. I asked the agent to tell me the exact clause under which this warranty is invalid but they can't give me an answer. When I explained to them that the phone has manufacturing fault from Day 1 and having a crack at the back did not make the IMEI number same on both SIM slots, I was just put on hold few times and then refer to the same Warranty policy and feedback from the Warranty team. Noon team - not every customer of yours is trying to fleece you or trying to get a freebie. All I want is to get the phone fixed for the manufacturing fault and happy to take the same phone with cracked back cover if only you can fix the IMEI fault but most likely this will fall on deaf ears. I strongly recommend everyone not to buy any electronics item from Noon.com as they do not have the competency and integrity to stand behind their own Warranty policy.

Today i want to order a offer on noon with Emirate Islamic Bank which was i asked for noon custemer care number for regardinf the offer but no one replay a proper answer. Fist time i tried 20% offer is not getting i asked customer care and they told we have to order from desktop or laptop not from noon app in phone. 2nd time i order it from my laptop ang again i dindnt get the offer of 20% discount so i asked the custemer care they told they will solve it with in 48hrs.how they can tell like actually the iffervlast date is today They have no option for sloving the issues

Noon has the worst and extremely unfair customer care and return policy. I was delivered a wrong product and there my agony to deal with their customer care started. They didnt pay any heed to my complains and kept their rigid and dumb stance till end. Please remember to pray for right delivery if you order from noon and if God forbid, they deliver you something wrong then you are in for worst joy ride by their so called return policy....Completely a time waste...Avoid at all costs or try your luck

Be careful they do not return money. I have ordered a baby crib (on 11.7.21) and they sent me a towel. The agent told me I have to file a return and I would get my money back latest 2 weeks. It has been a month. I have sent 7 emails. Called them several times and only got through once. And still I haven't received the money back. The order number is RNAED700003564 since you haven't read the 7 emails I have sent you and don't respond to calls either. Maybe someone will finally do their job

Dear last week i have wrote one complaint that noon have cancelled my order, and they given my money and in noon credits and not in my Bank account and i waited one week, then i think i will order once again. Daily fresh mean you have to deliver same day or next day all are agreed know. And i ordered items on 11 early morning around 12:30am. Very disappointed. Noon cannot handle their own delivery agents. My delivery is 7 days late. Everyday im call Noon customer care and im receiving call backs from Complains Department just to apologize and give fake promises saying that i will receive the order same day. Same cycle for the past 7 days. But still no delivery. This how they treat their VIP customers. Not recommended.

bought from their Noon Flash Sale, Item were delivered the next day but with poor plastic bag packaging. The speaker I chose from their listing of the seller Noon Website was Black/ BK but received in RED, Initiated a return shipment. 2 days after courier came and item was collected. the second day. refund was refuse, they said it was declined due to the seal was removed. How you would know if when the item is legit and also the color is true. There's no descriptions nor labeled at all nothin that you can find from the box that says: Item inside are colors is in red, black or green. So I have no Options to unboxed it. They have a Very Poor Customer service, all I can say, I will never buy from this online store. Btw, I filed a consumer complaint. Hoping it will speed up the refund process. to my fellow online shoppers. I got one thing to say to you--- Pls. Don't waste your money, time and energy from this dodgy online selling company. Consumers Be Aware!

07-08-2021 today deliver items samsung buds pro cover. item price 25aed then cod charge, shipment charge round 55aed spend. What i get it just transparent cover that it. their is no hook for hanging your buds.😂 ok then chat with live support chat, there tell me see the photo their is no photo of hook so seller not give you. there is big problem, see the product when check review only just showing 4star (review by 900people) its a scam. if there option available for review i write my review their not give hook... my order number NAED80010530337-S1

Noon, a big NoNo, i pay immediately when i place order, product does not get delivered, tracking shipment says shipped, customer care says, its lying with shipping company, nothing gets delivered, no on know what happened to package, customer care says, they will call back, they will cancel the order, they will refund money into noon wallet, “they”. I never got package, i did not get funds back into my account.
