Use Amazon!!!! Noon is easily one of the worst services in the UAE. Considering their background and how much money has been pumped in to start this company, they are truly shocking! They send fake products and if by chance they do send the right one, they don't work for long. Mine stopped working after 2 months. They refused to take any liability and have a pointless customer service number.

Horrible customer care.. i have return a sealed item it hot decline 4 times. Noone knows why.. i have shared the pics as well but still no justification. They says its a hassel free return but its painful...i think dont buy any stuff specially expensive item from noon... Horrible experience..except email and assurance they do not do anything. No one is connected internally.. quality guys dont talk to customer care, delivery guys dont know know anything.. customer care guy just raise and close compliant except resolving it... Serious recommendation buh from amazon

Part 2 Since I wrote my earlier review, I have interacted with three different units in noon which are the customer care team, the warranty team and the escalation team. Each has given a different and conflicting requirements with no internal coordination. First the warranty team asks me to take the phone to Samsung authorised service centre to get a 'technical report' of the fault but when I went to the Samsung authorised centre they politely declined to give me the report since the IMEI number is not registered as sold via Samsung authorised dealer and it does not show up in their system. At least 5 different people have told me to go and I have explained that I didnt get any joy from Samsung service centre. Maybe they can arrange a visit or tell me which centre to go to but they keep insisting it is I who has to prove that it is a faulty phone and not noon.com who actually procured it and the evidence is clear with IMEI numbers being the same. What more can I do if Samsung does not give me the technical report? There is no answer from noon on this - maybe someone can actually tell me what to do next apart from repeating from the script. Then the customer care team informed me 4 days back that my case has been escalated, they have been in touch with the supplier who has accepted the manufacturing defect and a manual refund will be arranged via the Escalation team which gave me some comfort that problem may be resolved but then I get the call from the Escalation team a day later which tells me to go to Samsung Service Centre. I explained to the Escalation Team member that last call I was updated that it will be booked as manual refund and that they should listen to the recorded conversation and their internal system notes but the story remains the same. Then the customer care team tells me that a manager will call me and resolve this but its 3 days and no call. noon team - please give me one straight answer after listening to your recorded conversation with me AFTER a decision maker has gone through the whole history so I can go to consumer rights unit and put all the facts in front of them.

The item they sent me was in the wrong size so I submitted a return request. The item was still in its original packaging. They then declined my return upon receiving it for no apparent reason and are redelivering it. Customer service does nothing and does not care. Never ordering from noon again! Update (11/09/2021; after they replied with this joke message about the customer service): when receiving the item again, the box has been damaged maliciously which is likely by the quality check team who review items upon return. This is in fact fraud, and thank goodness I have images of the item before the return as evidence that the item was in perfect condition before returning. I am happy to take this to court along with the evidence if they do not find a solution to their little fraud ring.

A big NO for electronics Noon maybe good for other things but when it comes to electronics I would say do not ever risk that..Amazon and other websites are way better when it comes to electronics..Almost all of my friends had very bad experience of electronics with Noon..So never risking that again..

Noon Egypt..One of the worst website you can shop with. I ordered a Tom Ford perfume and it is fake. Bottle is damaged and old. Fragrance is not original. I was cheated. How are these people still operating by selling fake perfumes? Really disappointed

Not only was I sent a different product than what I had purchased, it was used!! This is completely outrageous, no company with any type of decency or professionalism would allow this to happen. How would anyone trust you if you scam your customers like that?

I needed to receive the item urgently and when I contacted the call center, I was told that I have to wait until the end of the delivery day at 18:00 as they do not have the contact number of the delivery man and they have no information when he will arrive to my area. They cannot contact the delivery man??!!

Worst experience , Selling fake products , cheating the customer , worst customer service Order ID NAED70070664814 On 08th July I ordered iPhone 12 Pro Max gold which was delivered to me on 09th July I bought this iPhone to gift my girlfriend. I travelled to India on 09th July as I purchased earlier in noon and everything I purchased was genuine products so didn’t opened this product as this was gift , I opened iphone box on 11th July and was shocked to see as iPhone inside the box was dummy one duplicate cloned iPhone I paid 4,235 aed for this iPhone and as it was gift from me I was humiliated in front of everyone for gifting fake iPhone , on same day I asked my friend who was in Dubai to call noon and explain what happened and placed return request , as there was travel ban from India to Uae I couldn’t send the iPhone back soon , I came back to Dubai on 26 Aug and since that day I’m calling them everyday for returning this order and till date it hasn’t been returned nor I got any proper reply from noon side every-time they say they tried calling me and not even once i received call from them First they cheated me with the fake iPhone and now doing all the dramas for returning the iPhone

I am disappointed with your delivery man, they always go on the wrong location. yesterday the delivery man call me and ask me where are you, I told him im house in Batha. he told me rudely, that is not my location I will give this to another delivery man. Today another rude delivery man, ask me to send my current location thru whatsapp and he told me that is not my delivery location. I told him I already change my delivery location in the noon website why you go on my old location? He rudely answer me "that is not my problem. All your delivery man are like that, very rude.. all my friends have the same coplaint. Can you give your delivery man/driver the proper training regarding how to communicate with customers? Every time I order something from noon I think it would never come, I always get them late and the customer care barely responds, I have never relaxed and sat back when I bought things, as there is a slight chance I would get them. My last order has been out for delivery for 6 hours and I still didn't get it. I am really mad.

One of the worst company ever. They are absolutely nothing compared to Amazom. I have problem with the shipment and the amount of lies and the fake updates that it was made on behalf of me from their team are absolutely ridiculous. And I came to know they are working from home so no one taking his job seriously as there was not even one attempt to solve the issue. So despondent but it was my mistake as well as I choosed ordering from them over Amazon. I highly not recommend this site to anyone as their team just taking salaries and not doing their job. I feel sorry for the owner to be honest.

Rejected my warranty request arbitrarily - WA-WAAED800612138. Had some cracks on my Samsung Flip 2 backside glass. One fine day the top half of the screen stopped working and a black spot appeared. Zero scratches or cracks to the actual phone screen though and it did not even fall. I have been informed that the item is damaged and the warranty is not valid. They did not even check that only the lower half of the backside has damage and the lower half of the phone is screen is actually working perfectly. It's like saying there are scratches on the back door of a car and so the warranty on the car's engine is not valid.
