Awful- wouldn’t score them at all if option was available. Very quick to take payment , but nothing delivered: Constant trail of automated emails saying they will get back to me within two days every time I contacted them. Nearly 3 weeks have gone by and I am currently trying to get my money refunded. Do not use this Company

Placed an order for 12 bags of frozen raw meat dog food. I was supposed to receive delivery in the following 3-5 days - I did not. I contacted the company after the 5th day to enquire, I was told that there was a delay but that they would chase up the order and that I'd receive shipping details "shortly" - I did not. I contacted them again on the 10th day, only to receive the same copy and pasted response. After 3 weeks, having not received my order, I emailed the company to cancel my order, refund me and confirm a timescale. I did not receive a response. 4 days later I received an email from APC shipping company to say that I should expect a next day delivery. Of course I hadn't heard anything from Notinthedoghouse but assumed that this would be my order. The following day, after 24hours of APC having my frozen order of 12 bags of raw meat dog food in their warehouse, I received delivery of it in a cardboard box with absolutely no provision in the box to keep the goods frozen/stop them from thawing. All 12 bags of frozen raw meat arrived, unfrozen, mushed together and completely inedible even for a dog.

Very late deliveries, extremely poor communications, incorrect items sent. What more can I say.

Still haven’t received my items and I never received a tracking reference so I can’t even find out where they are not very happy at all with the service Mr M Bates

Placed an order mid February received an email saying slight delay which I had no problem with then received an email saying order ready in warehouse and waiting for courier to pick up after a week I asked for an update was told that they would chase up the warehouse waited another week and asked for order to be cancelled I was told refund would take 5 to 10 days I waited 13 days then emailed asking for an update got exactly same reply saying I would be refunded in 5 to 10 days as of yet no goods or refund !! How is this company still being allowed to trade ?

Ordered a dog bed on 11th March. After several emails asking where it is and being fobbed off with eventual replies it still hasn’t turned up. Like other people o have taken this up with my bank and they have refunded me the amount. AVOID!!

Dreadful company. My order was placed on 30 March and my money was taken the next day. But the goods haven't been received and despite me cancelling the order Not in the Dog House will not provide a refund. Now the company will not reply to emails. They have lots of awful reviews on Trustpilot and I can see why. I will now be taking matters further as companies like this should not be allowed to continue to trade - how is their behaviour different from theft? Please learn from the experience of past customers and don't buy from Not in the Dog House, there are plenty of reputable and reliable companies you can go to.

Similar to other posters, I have been trying to get a refund since February for a product that was not delivered. Not sure where to go with this.

Same as everyone else no product delivered no refund..I should have read reviews… how can this company get away with this .. it’s disgraceful treating people this way .. it’s theft..reported to my bank..bad company

NON DELIVERY. Dishonest claims on automated emails. No response to telephone messages. I will take formal action to obtain goods or be given a full refund.
