“Delivery time was so long, limited updates and when there was it was not helpful. Obvious my order was lost of hadn't been shipped at all. Finally got it after moaning alot”

“Like many others, I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing 2 dog coats for Christmas presents. Ordered on the 7th December, money taken on the same day then nothing since, I've emailed, rung every day but it's always an automated message saying to leave your details and they will get back to you, they don't! I've also emailed and messaged on messenger, nothing. Shocking company, avoid at all costs!”

“4 days after order confirmation, didn’t receive any further emails or updates. Raised a support question, and received a response saying my order’s “showing as dispatched”. Only then did I receive emails about my orders “being dispatched”. Some things didn’t add up. In some places the delivery method was Royal Mail, but we were given an Evri tracking link. 7 days from ordering (which was when we should’ve received it by), there wasn’t any further activity showing on the tracking link and status was still “Collected”. Tried to request help from Evri, they said they will only take inquiries from merchants/senders not recipients. Raised this with further support tickets with Not in the Dog House, no response. Tried calling number, never connects to anyone. It’s 11 days from our date or order, and having read many of these reviews from people who’ve waited months to receive response/order/money back, I decided to contest the charge/purchase as it was already very delayed and we were not getting any response. Within same day of disputing the purchase via ClearPay, suddenly a response! They were contesting our dispute by simply providing the same tracking details that I needed their help with to begin with! I responded to ClearPay stating that I would like to proceed with the dispute.”

“Order placed on 17th November yet still no dog coat arrived. Sounds like I am having same issue as many other people who are waiting for an order. Frustrating and extremely bad customer service! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!”

“Looks like I’m another unhappy customer,wish I had checked the reviews before ordering ,ordered dog food on the 5th dec ,still not received it ,left messages no returned calls ,emailed them and finally got one reply to say it is with my local courier,asked for tracking as my order shows as Royal Mail 2ndclass with no dispatch ,funny enough not had a response to that and still waiting,I’ll be doing a charge back on my credit card ,it really has to be the most inappropriate name for a terrible business!”

“Ordered a crate almost a month ago. Still not arrived. Emailed customer services as this was required for a long distance car journey with a puppy, they told me the package was with a local courier. A few days later, I received a notification to say there was a delay and it had not yet left the warehouse. Multiple customer service emails ignored. Would avoid.”

“Terrible delivery service. Still have not got a tracking 12 days after purchase. Xmas is looming and ive emailed several times and still being told with courier. Doubt i will get this for xmas and i bought well before the cut off date. I wont buy from this company again.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I placed a large order for dog food from them on 27/09/22. I have never received the order and despite many emails have yet to receive a refund from them. They have since stopped replying to my emails! No customer service what so ever - only false promises of delivery tracking or refunds that have never been received. Only use this company if you want to wave goodbye to your hard earned cash!”
