“I love the products. My friend is a long time customer and sent me a referral so I could get $20.00 off my order. I ordered enough that I qualified for the $20 off and free shipping. The day after I placed my order, I received an email stating I needed to contact nuts.com about my billing address. I did and then they tried to bill me without the $20.00 off. Got that straightened out. Then they charged me shipping! I said I ordered enough for free shipping. They said, "well that was yesterday, this is today." I cancelled my order because they refused to honor their advertising. So nuts com lost me as a repeat customer and my friend who won't order from them now! They lost 2 good customers because of shipping charges!”

“Maybe it's just me but I figured a company that is called nuts.com would offer better quality products. I've ordered from them before; nuts were good, not great. My last order (& it really IS my LAST order for nuts) was awful. The only ones not awful were raw pumpkin seeds and raw sunflower seeds but I don't see how they could screw those up anyway. The cashews were the worst; Walmart has better. Brazil nuts also terrible. There's zero consistency; there might be one nice nut and a bunch are over roasted or deformed. Doesn't seem to be any quality control. They're very heavy on the marketing, which I hate. Just because I ordered something, I don't believe they should have the right to bombard me with "sale" emails. I've bought dried apples from them before; they were good. I'm just done with them.”
“Received as a gift by Nuts that were raunchy,smelled audul and stale box of nuts via Amazon. I got the excuse Amazon tends to do that. Totally unacceptable. Customer service would not relinquish formal names. Instead initially offered me a 25% discount on the next order. Company after short of assisting for a replacement to myself and the sender, I was sent a package that was a nibble compared to the initial 12 varieties of different nuts. Great customer service did not work with me and for a major company, a major disappointment”
“I had a bad reaction to the banana chips. I almost couldn't breathe. I felt they wouldn't help me. So I threw them out. I ordered powders the first batch was fine. The second batch the cherry powder had big clumps in it. CS told me put hot water on it. I said no I'll ruin the powder. Then she said send me a picture of the clumps. I did and no response so far. If you want to throw money out the window buy from this company.”

I was looking forward to the Jordan Almonds but when i tried them i was totally shocked, they had no taste no sweetness and the almonds were dry and hard Also got cashew, trail mix and mixed nuts, So far it's been disappointing. Called to complain about the terrible Jordan Almonds and am expecting a refund for those. The cashews are just ok and the others i haven't tried yet.”

“The organic goji berries are unfortunately sourced from China . The state of CA posts a warning label speaking to the possible presence of heavy metals , lead and cadmium. Also NIH concurs while also including possible presence of unsafe pesticides. In my estimation, it is irresponsible to sell this product especially since goji berries are also grown in the USA and free from above safety concerns.”
“That's dot com advertising is a scam. If you notice, they have displayed pages on Yahoo et cetera, advertising a certain price for. a product. Yet when you go to their site, the price is two or $3 more. This is consistent. I have reported it to nuts.com and they have done nothing about it.”
“ordered Apple Cider Vinegar powder from their website to take with me when I'm traveling because I can't take the liquid Apple Cider with me. When I arrived to my destination I found out that the 2 LB of Apple Cidet Vinegar which I ordered were rice flour not Apple Cider Vinegar. I know they probably won't refund me for their mistake because more than 14 days passed since I placed this order. I wanted to be ready early for my trip but now I was left disappointed with 2 bags of expensive useless rice flour that I’m going to throw in the trash.
