Been waiting over 6mths for my sofas to be delivered had 3 delivery dates now of course the company are blaming covid will never use these again going to get a full refund other companies are managing to deliver on time

Absolutely appalling client services. Just called number, waited 45 minutes to be picked up then transferred to cancellations who answered after a further 5 minutes to simply say hello and her name Amy then put phone down. Will never deal with this company again once i have cancelled my order.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT! We’ve been told constant lies and all they can say is ‘I don’t know why you’ve been told that’ We cancelled our original order on the 01/02/2022, and reordered an item with a discount code. Unfortunately the card we originally paid on expired so the refund couldn’t go through. We called them on 09/02/2022 and provided our sort code and account number over the phone. After receiving no refund we called again but we’ve been constantly faced with 50+ minute wait times so we emailed our bank details on 15/02/2022. We received no reply or refund so called again 17/02/2022 to be told we needed to provide identification, why had we not been told this before? Only when we had chased them? We provided ID the same day. On Tues 22/02/2022 we called chasing our refund to be told it was processed the day before but the card details were expired. Yes we knew that, that’s why we provided our SC and AN. When she realised, she said the refund would be processed that day. We called again Fri 25/02/2022 to check the refund had been proceeded to be told it was done on Wed and would be with us no later than the following Wed (02/03/2022), so not Tues like previously stated. We are now on Thur 03/03/2022 and still no refund of £650! I called again to be told the refund would be with us no later than the following Monday, another 5 days! After giving an arm and a leg to speak to a manger, I was told that all refunds are processed on a Wednesday and it was done yesterday. So I was lied to when I rang and was told the refund was done the day before (a Tuesday) and lied to again when I rang on Fri to be told it was done on the Wed 23/02/2022. The manager couldn’t explain why I had been told all this incorrect information. I’d just like to add that their website T&Cs states: 9.11 We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the order. This clearly hasn’t happened now we are well over 14 days and they have done little to resolve this situation other than a ‘sorry’ which I don’t think is good enough for the amount of time and hassle I’ve spent trying to get MY money back. Oh and to add, I still haven’t received any replies to my emails, including the one on the 17/02/2022 which had a complaint attached to it… SHOCKING!

We ordered a sofa back in Nov 2021 with a delivery date of Feb 2022. The delivery has now been cancelled twice. It is impossible to get a reply on the phone ( been queing for over 2hrs) There is no email address or contact form, even though there is a link to one it just takes you back to the same phone number. Had to go back to the store for them to check on the order and have been told it is now for delivery in Septmber 2022. I still cant get in touch with anyone to cancel the order. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Don’t buy anything from this company. They didn’t deliver 2 of my items waited 2 hours twice on the phone no one picked up!

Absolutely abysmal. 2 failed delivery dates, over 1 hour waiting for my call to be answered. Do not use this company. They are hopeless.

My brother in law is slightly disabled so my husband and myself help him when buying new furniture etc for him, here is what happened Furniture was paid for on the 5th of January 2022, receipt sent to my email address and delivery date was for 23rd February 2022, great. 16th February we received the following txt Your order will be delivered Wed 23 Feb. You will be sent an estimated 3 hour slot by SMS 1 day before. Please see email confirmation for delivery details, we disposed of our bedroom furniture on 22 February. Tuesday 22nd February we received the following txt Your Oak Furnitureland order is ready for delivery. Please use the following link to book your preferred delivery date online https://x.ofl.uk/kiKp Followed the link, delivery dates were for March/April so not happy, called for an explanation was on the line for 30 minutes before I got to speak with someone, she said email had been sent on 17th February informing me that delivery date was now changed as the furniture wasn’t ready! Said I had not received an email she said it probably went into the spam, why would that happen as all other emails were delivered to inbox not spam checked, no email asked why a txt hadn’t been sent, didn’t know why. My husband called the Paisley store yesterday where we purchased the furniture from, and explained the situation said they’ll get on to head office and get back to us still waiting So not happy and won’t purchase from this company again, customer service etc not at all helpful

Had a delivery on 8th Feb, delivery man dropped the chair scratching the wood. Contacted customer service been left on hold & waiting on 4 occasions spending over 3 hours trying to find out what OFL are doing about this issue & a replacement. Delivery was pushed back 3 times to a total of over a month when first expected, 7 weeks after first bought. Nice product but below poor customer service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered our dining table and chairs in August 2021 with the delivery date being arranged for the beginning of December  just in time for Christmas. The delivery date and arrive, which my partner had booked time off work for, to receive an email on the day stating the delivery needed to be postponed (next delivery date was in January!). I rang the company  (as they would not talk to my partner as my name was on the order) asked them to put my partner on the order too, expressed our frustration due to only being told on the day the delivery would not be taking place. Managed to get a refund on the expensive delivery charge, was told the chairs were ready to be delivered but there was a delay on the table and rebooked delivery for January. A few days before the January delivery date another email was sent to say again the delivery needed to be postponed yet again. My partner rang up but they would not talk to him because he was not on the order, I then had to ring again to sort this on my lunch break, being on hold for at least 30mins each time before anyone answered. They offered a £75 refund, apology etc etc. The refund was never given I had to ring yet again and ace my partner on the order yet again  for the refund to be processed. We were promised the order would be delivered on our never delivery date 17th Feb 2022. The delivery arrived, partly, with two chairs missing! Now extremely frustrated we decided to ask for a full refund and for the items delivered to be collected. My partner was on the phone to oak furniture land for half the day bei g passed from person to person, being on hold from anything between 20mins to 1.5hours! And we still have no resolution to our issue! Some of the customer care team were extremely  rude to him and in the end he gave up! I will never ever use oak furniture land, their customer care after sales are appalling! We are still hoping to resolve this but I'm not holding my breath! Absolutely disgusting for a high end furniture shop!

ofl- 7256613 delivered half an order. Been trying to contact them no one answers your customer service land. Not good enough. Beware anyone who thinks this company is worth giving your money to. Bitterly regret this purchase.

A WEE UPDATE FOLKS, WE ARE IN OUR 60'S AND LEFT WITH NO SUITE OF FURNITURE THANKS TO OAK FURNITURELAND, SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, COURTNEY ASKED ME TO GIVE OAK FURNITURELAND ANOTHER CHANCE I DID AND GUESS WHAT, THEY FAILED, IF YOU TELL ME THAT YOU WILL PHONE ME IF NOT LATER TODAY BUT TOMORROW DO IT, DONT MAKE FALSE PROMISES, ANYWAY ORDER NOW CANCELLED AND I WILL NEVER DARKEN OAK FURNITURELAND'S STORE AGAIN, and finally the salesman/woman in their store are excellent but it's a pity about the customer service aftercare 15-2-22 Courtney this situation has got worse instead of better, 1st Oak Furnitureland was to deliver our suite on the 27th January, all week leading up to the delivery date we received texts telling us delivery times on the date, only for oak Furnitureland to phone less than 24 hours to tell us delivery wouldnt take place on that date :-( I then contacted customer service, whom offered me a £100 refund, then I left a truthful review on here, then customer service contacted me again and I got a further £169 reduction, and was also assured that our suite would be delivered on 15th February, again text from oak Furnitureland giving times for delivery on the 15th, then at aprox 16-15 on 14th February we get a text message ring customer service as they had a problem with our order, so I waited patiently for 50 minutes before I got an answer and then was told the 3 seater would arrive on the 15th but the 2 seater wouldnt be here TILL AUGUST, we got rid off our old suite on 26th January as we where expecting our new suit, but no it didnt happen then and now Oak Furnitureland has let us down once again, we are in our 60's no suite in our living room,we cannot have friends family round to visit as we've no furniture, FOLKS SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY FROM OAK FURNITURELAND, THEY ARE A DISASTER, WE ARE TOTALLY FEED UP, Not worth ☆

A scam, plain and simple. Do not order anything from this 'company'. They will take your money (including sizeable premium to have it delivered the same week), then won't show. Don't bother with the customer service phone line - it's not manned. Still waiting a week later for a reply to one of the two customer service emails that doesn't bounce-back. Their Search Engine Optimisation is carefully configured to ensure that Review.io is buried on the second page of Google's returns. (So if you found this and you haven't yet ordered, count yourself very, very lucky).

Absoustley fuming with this company . Will never recommend to anyone . Ordered a table and chairs in November 2021 got told delivery would be 29th January 2022 it then was delayed to 15th February 2022 which I only received the chairs. No contact was made before to tell me the table wasn't coming . Received a text message to phone them which I was then put on hold for over 2hours for them to tell me the table wasn't coming till June. When I asked for a refund I was then told the collect of the chairs wouldn't be till 8th March and to sort them in my garage which I haven't got . Now I am left with three large boxes in my hallway with two small children to be collected on 8th March. The customer services were not sorry and was told that if these boxes fall on my children it would be my fault . My refund wouldn't be given till they collect the chairs. Surely they should have phoned me before delivering the chairs that my table wasn't coming till June. Will never order and never recommend this company bad on so many parts and now left worrying about the safety of my children in my own home.

As many other have said, joke of a company, ordered my two sofas back in August,2021. Yesterday on 3rd delivery attempt I received a call from the driver to tell me he would be with me in 15 minutes (great), 2 minutes later I got a call back from driver who realised the sofa was not on the lorry but on the delivery paperwork!. Excuses after excuse, worst decision I ever made going into the store.

My order number is: ofl-7341990. My good was not delivered. Money was taking from my account of Order Total: £2605.43 No goods no money back. No reply on my email or taking my phone calls. I do not know what to do. Only to say do not shop there as you will not have money or goods.

After 5 months wait for our settee and armchair, we are very pleased with them. The 2 delivery men were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Thank you Lloyd and Dan.

This company should have been 5+ stars (but one department let the others down). Ordered items on 25th September 2021. The store’s sales staff member was brilliant. On 5th January 2022 delivery arrived. The delivery staff were brilliant. We paid for delivery only, so we would unwrap. The 6 drawer chest was broken in three places, although the box was not damaged at all, contact the company’s AFTER delivery department. They agreed to send a replacement and also stated that once delivery was made they would be in contact to discuss compensation. Then it all went wrong. The dinning table had a manufacturing fault where the centre inlay was well . . not centred, in fact it was on a tilt to the rest of the table. Contacted the AFTER delivery department and they said there was nothing wrong with it and that it was an expansion gap. We pointed out that as the centre inlay was glued in (we would see the glue) how was it going to move should it expand? Following day we took our photos and the table to the store. As soon as we showed the photos the response was “it’s a manufacturing fault, should not be like that”. The first member of staff showed it to another staff member who, without any prompting, said the same thing. Store emailed customer services and told them the table needed replacing. Next day we rang the AFTER delivery department who, after much resistance, begrudgingly agreed to replace the table but they stressed it was ONLY because in one place there was no gap between the inlay and the outer table surround. I when on to explain that when the broken chest was collected it would not be boxed as we did not want to move it as the right side was broken and the left front was not joined to the left side and didn’t want it completely falling apart on us (we are pensioners, my husband being 76 at the time). The rep would not engage on this and ended the call. A few days later my husband rang sales, explained situation, staff member apologetic and upgraded delivery to delivery, unpacking and assembly. End of January received email asking us to contact the company. New delivery arrangements had only been partly entered into their system and it showed we needed to pay for this service and that we had delivery, unpacking and assembly booked but in a delivery only time slot. I explained the history and the BEFORE delivery department staff member was brilliant. She got the charge removed, updated their system and said she would try to get the delivery on the same day (2nd February) but with an extended time slot. Later, when we looked on line, we decided to move the delivery to 8th February as it was the only time slot available, at the time, for this delivery type in February. We have received the replacement items, the delivery staff were brilliant and the furniture is great - as we saw it in the store and as we expected it to be in the first place. No Oak Furniture Land have not been in contact to discuss compensation - that must have been the update in delivery (although it was not offered by the AFTER delivery department.

A total joke and a shambles of a company. Been on hold for 26 minutes in relation to my order. This is the 2nd time i am having to complain. Was finally due to get our bedroom furniture today and with an hour to go they send a text saying its not coming and customer services wilk be in touch Ps ordered the furniture in October last year 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Dear Customer services, In regards to my order ref-7363276, My order was processed to be delivered on the 9th of February, a time slot of 1:30pm to 4:30pm with a courtesy call 30 minutes before. I received no call and had tried to contact customer services directly but it kept me on hold for over an hour I did not manage to spoke to anyone. This morning I was waiting for for customer service team to open at 9am I am currently on hold and the time is 9:30am on the 10th February. On my account information of my order it states my sofa has been delivered. So far this has been a nightmare I sincerely hope this does not continue, I had to take additional time of work. I am in limbo in what I can do.
