It’s impossible to speak to anyone regarding a problem, their customer services have so many complaints you can’t get through. A mirror we purchased has developed streaks behind the glass

I have been trying to contact Oak Furniture Land for many weeks regarding a dressing table that arrived damaged (an attempt had been made at some point to glue damaged piece back on) and also there is a bar which should attach to the legs but these don’t align. Having spent many hours trying to get through to customer services and completing their online contact form I sent a written complaint- needless to say no response. I can safely say this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered by a country mile. Please avoid, they are not cheap and there are not many of us who can afford to give up and replace.

Product was fine. Store sales colleague really good - I feel sorry for them. Delivery shocking. Drivers literally threw chest of drawers off the back of the lorry and smashed it and scratched the second unpacking. I refused delivery of all the items as painted wood and I didn’t trust replacements to be colour matched and it took an hour with the lorry kerbside to get them to verbally agree to this. It helped I’d paid the £99 room delivery service or I’m sure they would have just left them in the road. I have photos and clear cctv footage of the event and recording of the phone call so will take legal action if the full refund and apology doesn’t happen soon. As somebody else had seen them throw the chest off I was not happy the drivers said manufacturing error. Without the witness and cctv footage o would never have known.

False information, This Chemical riddle Oak is not made in UK as i was told. Most of the furniture is block built which is then Glued and pressed together (full of Formaldehyde that can cause cancer and other toxins . The stains used are pretty toxic and all wood is sourced in other countries with them doing their own chemical treatment with who knows what rubbish is added. Stay away from these over priced pieces of rubbish furniture. Need a decent bed then go to Get laid Bed. ... Vrotish made with solid single pieces of wood and altered to your specification, Not glue or nasty chemicals added

Ordered and paid for a bed and wardrobe at York store on 10 July 2021, shop assistant entered provisional delivery date of 06 September 2021 on system. Revisited same store on 19 August 2021 and, ordered and paid for a mattress and delivery date was confirmed as 06 September. I cleared room in preparation for this and took time off to be here. No delivery occurred. My partner, in whose name the goods were ordered and paid for, rang store at 1300 hrs on 06 September who said email advising of delay was sent to her 30 August. No such email was ever received. She then contacted customer services who told same story ref email and said earliest delivery date is now 04 October 2021. No reason given for delay. Have been sleeping on floor for past three weeks with clothes in suitcases, and now forced to continue for another month thanks to your incompetence, inefficiency and lack of communication. You seem keen to take your customers' money but not deliver the goods. That's thieving! Will definitely NOT recommend you and will discourage others from buying from you.

Omg where to begin, ive waited 10months for my furniture, i was originally promised june, then they changed it to February and then canceled, july was then offered..... I phoned up yesterday as i hadnt had my delivery confirmation for the next day "um the earliest we can deliver now is 2nd of december and one big item is discontinued..." "Are you being serious?"was my first relpy. Anyway the short version is dont bother, may look nice but not worth the hassle. One more problem and im opting for full refund and go elsewhere. Hope it doesnt arrive broken 🤞

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, 7months waiting for a coffee table ,and still waiting , just spent over an hour on phone getting a refund. why custermor service is in india ?

Waited 4 months for a unit, finally arrived damaged. I phoned up and was offered £30 compensation, I declined the offer saying I'd like another unit to replace the damaged one, to then be told they will arrange for a technician to come out to repair it. Taking in mind it was only delivered 10 mins before phone call.

Avoid avoid avoid! Product is oak but poorly constructed and no quality control for damaged goods. They have so many complaints it takes hours/ weeks to get through. Returned goods several times and will never use this company again, too much stress and aggravation!

Ordered a Gplan Seattle 3+2+1 suite. Addy Khan searved us and was very helpfull and knowledgeable about the product. He impressed enough that I made a seperate trip there just to deal with him. I Highly recommend Furniture Village Chelmsford and especially Addy Khan. Will use for any future needs.

Had a corner suit delivered it came with a small hole in it..sent photos off as asked but now been trying for 2 weeks to get through to customer services spent over an hour at a time and still no answer.

Everything. The company took our money in January 2021. In July 2021 the items finally arrived. A chest of drawers ( cost £420) was damaged so badly the whole thing has had to be replaced. I am still waiting! The other items were damaged. A man finally turned up to fix the problems and could only fix one item as Oak Furniture Land had not given him the correct details. No one from this company answers the phone unless you wait for a full hour. They have no email address. Never buy from this company!!!

Horrific service, ordered a Roman dresser in January, scheduled for June delivery week before arriving told lt was stuck on shipment rescheduled for July week before again rescheduled for august ! Refused to wait any longer so cancelled now battling to get refund !! Do not order from here !

I ordered dining room table, chairs and sideboard in April 2021. Was told the sideboard would take a bit longer and be delivered in August. Now not available until December. An 8 month wait is so disappointing especially as I have the table and cant find a similar sideboard to match. Will not recommend Oak Furniture Land due to very long waiting periods.

Purchased a HERCULES Rustic Solid Oak Tall Bookcase. It’s a solid piece well built apart from shelves which cannot take the weight of books. Even shelves half filled bow under the weight. Poorly designed and miss-labelled as a bookcase, it’s suitable for light weight ornaments and decorations only.

I ordered a dining table and chairs on 17th January 2021, the delivery then was 26 weeks which I thought was bad enough but decided I could live with that and was due on 28th July. I received an email one week before delivery was due to say it had been delayed and its now not arriving until November. I'm told its the Wiltshire table that is the problem but how can delivery of a dining table take 10 months, and will it arrive in November? I also ordered and have received the matching Wiltshire small sideboard so changing the table is not really an option. Its just not good enough to inform customers only one week before delivery because by that time I had got rid of my old dining table and chairs and now have nothing for 4 months, I'm not even confident I'll have a table and chairs for Christmas due to their delivery problems. I have ordered many items from Oak Furniture Land in the past but will not be buying any more.

Ordered an armchair in January, was finally delivered in July. Sent the wrong colour!!! Have been trying to contact them for a week, no reply to contact form or complaint through My Account page. Phoned for 3 days last week, constant queue and can't get through. Have purchased many items previously, really disappointed with this poor level of service.
