When I received this rollater the front wheels had to be turned by pressing the red button on the side. They were stuck and I could not move them After working with them for week to fix this I finally did it. BUT there arose another problem. The cord which locks the front wheel was installed incorrectly so I was unable to raise the height of the handles. It is a sturdy walker and a good product but it will have to go back if I can fit it in the box. I am 86 and it was a hassle. I do admit that they tried to help as much as possible. The service was very good. I had to return the item and the refund was immediate.

The customer service from OasisSpace is awesome. I had a problem with the packaging of the knee scooter I had ordered and they took care of it immediately. Their customer service is great and the knee scooter I ordered is great. I would highly recommend buying from them and will use them in the future. Thank you Holiday and OasisSpace!

No instructions No tools No help when tried to contact your company & whoever made the 1 of the 2...that I bought on the same day but arrived 3 days apart, but with the 1st 1, someone put the STICKERS "LA" "LB" backwards and appallingly that's the side that was up out of the box and 1st piece to put together so put "LA" to YOUR WRONG STICKERED "LA" & it locked the wheel into the tube for the seat......so never have been able to use it nor will yall help me *BUT I WANT A REFUND FOR THAT 1 IN A CHECK AS I DO NOT HAVE THAT CARD I PURCHASED IT WITH ANYMORE.....PLUS I BELIEVE I SHOULD BE SENT A FREE ONE FOR THE PROBLEMS ALL YOUR COMPANY HAS GIVEN ME.... I also have the other 1 I purchased and won't talk about on here until the 1st I got the 3 days before, taken care of BY REPLACING & CHECK SENT TO ME FOR THAT 1 ALONES REFUND......not to mention I haven't been able to use it and get out and about after bed ridden all month of December and that's why I needed to buy from you but can't believe still no 1 will contact me by phone about all this....and I take it as lack of care and honor and out of your site out of mind type workings.......so I've tried to get you to contact me about this through email like site says and then to put in phone number which I did but no 1 has contacted me or anything........

Very sturdy,quality built! I would definitely recommend this product! The only thing I would recommend is to get a comfortable seat cover,I bought one that is made with memory foam. I know that this scooter will make the next 3 months bearable!

The upright walker assembled easily with the provided video. The wheels are very sturdy and I feel will hold up well walking on concrete sidewalks (a problem I had with my previous walker). I like that it can be adjusted to my height so easily. It is a joy to use, and I use it every day. If I have one criticism, it would be that the cane holder does not attach well to the walker. It is constantly coming loose while I am walking. I plan to attach it permanently with a drill and nuts and bolt. In today's world, this is not too much of a problem. Overall, I am delighted with this appliance.

Years ago had a seat is OasisSpace. Gave to my sister. Then Father’s Day 2022, fell and broke my right femur!! Now has healed, and just wanted a seat in shower to feel safer. Found my old flyer and went directly to manufacturers…order & so happy.

The product is great. Shipping was pretty fast, but the customer service is LOUSY! I received no receipt for my order so that I could turn it in to my insurance, and upon contacting customer service about it, they refused to send me a paper copy. I have no way to print one off of my phone, so I am out the money for the product. I am on a small disability pension, and needed that money. I will never get it back now.

I love that this was an affordable, light weight, and compact option by comparison to American brands starting at much higher costs. There's a branch of the company in Georgia, and rather than the 2 weeks the site suggested for the wait I received mine within 3 days of ordering. I'm in eastern New York state, too! I've been using my OasisSpace upright walker since July. I receive a lot of compliments on it from folks of all younger adult to older ages. It's kept my back from spasming as much as lower standard walkers do, and I ultimately feel safer using this than my quad cane or the lower walker from Medline that made me feel I was chasing after it. The controls for the brakes are so much better and I love that the rods to the handles and brakes are fully adjustable. My carpal tunnel is not an issue while using my walker. My only wish is that it was heavier in the rear and the seat was further forward. My lower thighs are always hitting it which makes my steps smaller and from the knees-down. I got the wider model, due to concern of whether or not I would fit a standard when seated, but later wheelchair use proved I can use a 16-17 inch seat comfortably. As a 5'7" torso-tall pear shaped woman it's often assumed I need bigger everything, but I often find it's not the case with experience later down the line. When I can, I will get the taller option, and I hope it has the lower handles for when you're seated to help push yourself up to the arm rests. A majority of my weakness is from the lower-waist down when seated and standing. Better to be safe, than sorry. I have loved this experience, though. I would also like to hope the next model I purchase has knobs that pull out but lock in place with another mechanism. Unscrewing them to lower the armrests for some of my transports is time consuming and inconvenient with my hands. All is good with the walker aside from the seat being too close to my knees when walking, the unscrew method of the height adjustment on the armrests, and the walker needs more weight on the rear. Going down my driveway can sometimes have me pitch forward when hitting a dip or crack in the concrete. There are plenty. Thank you.

I've had some good issues with the company itself, however the quality of the product (heavy duty bariatric rollator) leaves a lot to be desired. In the year I've had it over had 3 broken frames (at the support bar that holds the seat) that had made the rollator UN-useable. I'm not sure what the cause of the weld breaking at that spot is, especially since I'm well under 450lbs. I got the HD rollator because i was a little over the weight limit off the regular rollator and i figured the HD would be sturdy. Boy was I wrong. Customer service has replaced it each time.. The first time in March was easy, no problems but in November just 5 days after the 1 year warranty, they refused to replace it. Even though I'd only had the replacement just 7 months. They said nope i could get a frame only for $50 but finally came down to $25 for shipping. The first frame sent had a broken weld and huge gouges on the support bar, plus the wheels wouldn't go on because of bent forks on the right side. When i explained this and sent pictures of the broken weld and other marks i was told that it was a manufacturer defect. Nope not buying it, but they sent me another frame.. This one the box said it was missing the left leg like it was a return. It is useable, but I'm afraid of what will happen next time it breaks... Which I'm guessing will be in less than a year. With no warranty on the frame I'll have to buy another one so I'm already saving for it! But won't use Oasis space

The only problem we had with the Walker was that the assembly instructions were vague about some things and the pictures were too small to be much help. I had to email the company to find out how to set the brakes and where to mount the cane holder. However, their answer came quickly and was very helpful.
