“I've loved shopping with Ocado over the last 10 years and I especially love that Ocado stock the smaller english enterprise, branded goods that probably fit into the "gourmet" category. I also love the one hour delivery time slots, with mostly cheerful, helpful delivery drivers. There is of course a negative, "packing"..... bag packing leaves a lot to be desired. It is very frustrating to find my fresh coriander sitting under litres of milk, whilst other fresh herbs and salad have made it into other bags. I would have thought that they'd somehow land in the same bag and travel together..... sadly not! Advise that another Ocado shopper gave has stuck with me, to say, if I wouldn't have picked that item up and paid for it in a supermarket, then I will request a refund, this is mostly successful, although the window for on-line refund requests is too short. That said, Ocado delivers a great service that I'd be lost without.”

“I have shopped with Ocado for 8 years and would never go back to trudging around the shops. It's so easy to do, takes away the hassle. Order confirmation sent once placed, order information including missing items sent prior to delivery by text and email a few hours prior to delivery. Refunds on line. Deliery staff always polite and pleasant”

“I think Ocado is very good: I started using it in the 90's when Ocado first came online because of mobility problems, and now I'm in my late sixties, I couldn't live without it. The website is brilliant and the products are of good quality. The delivery slots are very strictly adhered to except in exceptional circumstances. The delivery men are friendly and helpful. No gripes at all!”

“On the expensive side even with 'price match' and some choices are not so good as other supermarkets. Delivery is good but packing is the thing that spoils everything. For example..... I ordered 8x 2litres of milk last week and it was all crammed in one bag along with a few other things. My yogurts didn't travel well with 3 lids being split along with a couple of other items. Although customer service refund these items it still means a trip to a different supermarket to replace these items!!”

“A lot of people think that it's not worth taking the time to start online grocery shopping and at first so did I but once I had a few orders under my belt it became very easy to do and I no longer have the nightmare of arriving home having forgotten to pick up the most important thing that I went for as when I think of something I need I either flick my tablet or phone alive and add it to my shop. I tried out a couple of other online retailers at first but found that they don't compare to the level of quality and service you get with Ocado, the freshness of food and the customer service at every level is second to none.”

“I have used Ocado for many years ? 9 years. The service is good generally on time and they ring for an earlier or late time. It is rare to have a substitute item or no item at all. I have also used Fetch for dog items which is delivered with my shopping. I would and do recommend Ocado.”

“I've used Ocado for over 10 years and am extremely pleased with the quality of goods and of the service recieved. They have very good special offers which I always take advantage of so I'm happy with the cost too. I couldn't ask for more- thank you Ocado.”

“I am rarely disappointed with Ocado. I have tried other delivery services but I find Ocado's website the best, I hardly ever get substitutions or omissions and if (unusually) the delivery is going to be late then I get a phone call or a text. Hard to fault the system really”

“I find ocado to be the easiest online supermarket to navigate when choosing/building a shop. In addition the quality of the food delivered is high. The drivers are consistently friendly and well informed as to contexts of your shop and any substitution options. I recommend ocado to anyone who wants a hassle free online solution to the weekly shop!”

“I have been using Ocado for a few years now.they are brilliant. The drivers are courteous and nearly always offer to bring the shopping through. Sometimes things have to be substituted and usually the alternative is ideal, occasionally it isn't, so you just hand it back to the driver and a refund follows. On occasions when I have phoned head office,I have found the staff to be very helpful. I always recommend Ocado to people I know!”
