“So, if you would like to give “One4all” or “All4Me” as it should be called, all your money, go for it. You might as well just cut out the middle man and don't bother with getting the card. These guys have made millions and millions (Literally: £183 million in 2020) off of people who forget to use their cards with 18 months. They basically just steal 90 pence each month off of your card after 18 months, until there is nothing left. They call it a card management fee. I would love to know exactly what management they have to do; basically, nothing! They are absolute scum of the earth and nobody should buy these cards ever and just put them out of business. Why people are so obsessed with these little bits of card that are so restrictive is beyond belief. All the companies who agree to sign up to have these cards accepted, also pay them, as the cash has to be spent in their shops. If you buy these cards then more fool you. GIVE MONEY, it’s amazing stuff and can be used anywhere wow eh!”

“Do not buy these gift cards. As stated on thread after 12 months you are charged a fee. This is not covered in Question and Answer section om website. So not up front about this Dont waste your money”

“One4all website said the card it was accepted at Waterstones. Went online to buy some books, got all the way to checkout, and couldn't use it. Looked up restaurants - only valid for 12 months. I wonder how much money they make through people not being able to spend the credit on time or getting caught on the (numerous?) caveats. Not a good experience.”

“Absolute trash, charge you £0.90 a month and you can't use it online for part balance of a transaction, and since they steal your money you end up with an odd amount of money that can't be used for anything. Just a useless piece of plastic, One4all should be ashamed of it's shady and pile of excrement that it calls a gift card”

“If you live in the USA do not buy this gift card unless you plan to go to Europe. Even though they list stores that are here in the U.S., those stores do not accept the card. This has been my experience. I could not use it here. When I tried to use it online, the international shipping costs were more than the item i wished to buy. This gift card was a total waste of money and I'm sorry the person who purchased it wasted their money. I let the store who sold it know about it. I hope they take it off their inventory. If I get give it a zero star review I would. Mine went in the garbage.”

“Took family for meal at Harvester after seeing on food and drink tab they were a restaurant allowed to spend on. Went to pay and declined. Turns out that the Harvester is not on the list and cost me an extra £35 for meal. Complaints people useless.”

“Just tried to use this online at Marks and Spencer's, said it was connecting with my bank and then there was a problem processing my payment. Quite disappointed as this was a birthday present. I have had a similar problem before so they obviously don't work online.”

“I received two eGift cards as a gift, which I exchanged for. River Island card to make an online purchase. This purchase was then return to store, and I was told the eGift refund would be sent to me. Yes it was, BUT when I tried to use it to make a purchase in store it wasn’t recognised. No help whatsoever from Gift4All who now say it has been spent. Yes it was, but a few days later it was refunded. Now I am out of pocket by £50 and don’t appear to be getting anywhere. Definitely won’t ever give these vouchers as a gift to anyone.”

“Nothing but problems, AVOID !! Always numerous problems while attempting to use these cards, which leaves the recipient of the gift card frustrated and disappointed. You will notice all replies from this company responding to complaints use the same wording, which in my experience, means being fobbed off and seen to be doing something. I will be taking my issues beyond this company for investigation. Will most certainly NOT be purchasing further gift cards. Utterly disappointing and unacceptable.”

“We received a one4all gift card last December. When we tried to register, it didn't go through. Then I phoned the customer service. They tried to help me without any success. Since then I called them several times. Every time, they say the same thing. I still can not register my card. Once they asked me to send copies of all my identity documents (passport, driving license etc by email) I sent them. They said they received it and it's all fine But, they closed the case saying that the matter is resolved! Shocking, really shocking! The reason for 1 star is that there aren't any 0 star selection here.”

“Do not use this service, had £50 card that was defective, was first told a replacement card would be sent, after 2 weeks nothing, so rang again told they would send a refund, 3 weeks later still nothing, every time I ring I get a different excuse, thinking this is a large scale scam”

“A rip off of the highest order, they take your money into their bank and then start deducting a “Management” charge so you end up with nothing. Do bother getting one, someone suggested writing to retailers who sell them to discontinue them, I will do the same.”

“Just don't bother. App doesn't work so you can't pay in-store and can't pay online unless you set up the account. It was a present and I'm not going to go back to hound the sender to sort it out but I'm guessing that's what these big companies want. From reading other reviews they'll tell you their very disappointed but won't be sorted out!”

“96 reviews, all one star! This says everything about this pathetic company. I tried 3 stores listed on their website, it never worked in any of them. Yes, I have checked the ballance online, yes, I do know the balance. Marks and Spencer say they dread them turning up at checkout, as they never work, and unless the customer has another method of payment, its embarrassing for all concerned. I'm seeing if trading standards will get involved as its selling something not suitable for purpose.”

“We bought at our local giant eagle and had five guys as one of their retailers and it didn’t accept it here only in the United Kingdom..I would think that would be more visible since every other gift card works in United States so don’t even know where you can use it waste of our time!!!! I wish I could give negative stars”
