After dealing with company for a business deal back in June2021 I still don't have the phone line internet as was offered. I also obtained two personal mobiles that took more than two weeks and several phone calls to sort out with numerous problems along the way including the lack of communication between departments, leading to different information every time contact was eventually made. The last straw was when four SIM cards were sent for two phones and two tablets with no information about which cards where for which product causing confusion with setting up phones one of which was for my grandson. I am still waiting for the internet router and have already had a BT engineer arrive to install the necessary for a system we do not have!!!!!! I will not be recommending Onecom to anyone in the future and now six months later still do not have the promised fibre internet deal that I have been told was cancelled by a previous account manager who had left the company. Now I'm told that we cannot have fibre where we are located. What a complete farce the whole process has been.To add insult £222 has been taken from my personal bank account!!!!!! For what I have no idea. What a shambles of a service.

Bunch of unscrupulous and fraudulent crooks!!! Cancelled a contract over 5 years ago for my unwell father and just recently got him on internet banking to see they are still billing him, they even renewed his contract without his consent apparently claiming to have spoke to him while he was in hospital!! Don't trust these thieves!!R

Mis-lead and manipulated in short, after a cold call that sounded too good to be true, I told them what I wanted and could afford and they changed things covertly leading me to believe I would be paying a certain amount. Even though asking multiple times they cleverly manipulated me into the contract with no cool down period. They recorded calls without letting me know(which I now have a copy of for evidence). The said I was entitled to stuff that wasn't available anymore and I am set to pay a lot more money than agreed. Their customer services and care is vague and never answers your questions properly deflecting questions. DO NOT trust this company. I have an official complaint logged with ofcom/Cisas, and even though I know I will win I will waste a lot more time on this dis-honest company. Please avoid. I am also expecting a 'I am sorry yo are unhappy, email us' response even though they have not helped at all every time I have asked.

1 star it’s even to generous for these incompetent crooks. They should be fined and put into jail for breaching their contract. We’ve signed up phone and internet home and business and had nothing but problems with how SLOW AND RUBBISH THEIR SERVICES ARE.

Our account manager Corrine is always there to be a helping hand. Being on an IT Service desk we have a lot of communication between the teams and they are always there to get the job done. This could be from troubleshooting current problems that we are having to updating our Comms manager portal. I would recommend using One com

Avoid Onecom like the plague. They are a bunch of crooks. Issues with broadband/telephones for over a year. Was advised that in order to rectify this we needed another broadband connection. Agreed to this but was not advised that we would be tied in for another 5 years. The initial contract was for 3. They use under hand tactics and miss sell you contracts. They then have the audacity to charge stupid amounts to get of them. AVOID THIS BAD COMPANY

Very reliable support team, Corrine is a good listener and understands the requests straight away. Process improvement is the heart of the organisation, both account management and the customer service team that I dealt with have been very helpful in achieving our organisational goals.

As other reviews, I thought they were part of BT, I got suspicious when asked for bank details, I am trying to get through to cancel this. Outright deception, bordering on criminal! Steer clear.

I signed up to one com believing they would lower my bill from the previous supplier. They told me that I would be paying £14 per month. I asked multiple times if that was the total amount and if there were any hidden charges. The answer was always no. When I had signed up and got my first 2 months bills they were at full price plus vat(no mention of hidden vat charge) 3rd month I found out I'm paying £24 pounds per month as there is a hidden line rental charge as well on the mobile contract. They didn't send a breakdown or welcome email with charges etc until I complained and made a query about it all. Total misrepresentation of pricing and how it all works. Wish I'd never changed.

Probably the worst telecom company I have had the misfortune to deal with in over 30 years. Refuse our properly signed direct debit blaming GDPR then charges for not paying by direct debit. Months of promises but no action. Must be the only company ever who stated they cannot raise an invoice. Avoid like the plague.

Initially I was like everyone else here and really happy with the deals and service offered. However, once your deal expires and your prices increase you'll discover that the offer was for a far shorter period than the contract length leaving you with years left to pay at full price. I never sign up to excessive length contracts but I have done with Onecom because the offer (e.g. 18 months at half price) is never directly mentioned on the phone at the same time as the contract term (e.g. 3 years). They are discussed in the same call but in my opinion the two different timescales aren't made clear. I feel deceived, infuriated and trapped by this shoddy business practice. My latest discovery is that I'm tied in to their broadband for 5 years!!! I could get the same deal with Vodafone for half the price but now I can't get out of my contract.

Cold call. Misrepresenting who the call was from, suggesting they were part of BT. Extremely annoyed to be told they were Onecom after 20 minutes on the phone. Completely underhand time waster. Should be telling people who they are from the start of the phone call.

where do I start! Was told when transferred that Onecom would cover the cost of transfer, only to be presented with a bill for over £1100 from my previous provider for hardware that onecom told me to ignore and they weren't accountable for it. I had to pay it, so £1100 out of pocket. Secondly they sent me 2 dongles, so I informed them and I sent one back to them as I am honest only to be chased for 3 months for it. I eventually sent the the second one I was supposed to have back just to get them off my back as I said I didn't need a dongle in the first place. Then to top it all off my phone was disconnected the bank holiday weekend. When I eventually got through to them they put me on to Vodaphone who informed me that the direct debit had been not set up. On checking the bank details the sort code was correct but I don't who the account number was it certainly wasn't the account number I gave them. I can only say the the service given by Onecom was and is shambolic. I have never dealt with a company that have managed to get everything wrong they touch.

Stear well clear of this of this lot. The saying "If it sounds to good to be true. then it probably is" never has more meaning !!! Contract of 36 months that will cost £2600 to get out of, billing large amounts of money early in the month and then crediting some back half way through the month. FREE Amazon Prime, but they charge £9.43 per month when it's only £7.99 if you arrange it yourself... Pushy sales techniques with promises of fantastic savings then when all the extras are added and then VAT on top of that it's not so cheap.. All charges are + VAT and all credits are ZERO VAT. Robbing lot, Vodafone don't want to know they just keep saying they are a partner company.. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company !!!!!!!!!!!!
