These people scammed me. They sent me out a used factory returned pushchair which threw my baby out the buggy. They thwn told me to cut the harness and theyll refund me but they havent. I have contacted action fraud. AVOID THIS ONLINE STORE

Worst company who have no concept of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Supplied with faulty goods, met with a SHOCKING customer service and an even more inept, rude and bullying manager. Luckily I paid by credit card otherwise I wouldn't have received a refund. I have lost return postage costs of £36 because they do not acknowledge the law. STAY AWAY

They are lying fraudsters. I bought a Graco swing. After 2 minutes it stopped working !!!! I am already tired of them for 3 weeks !!!

Worst place to buy a buggy, sent me out a return buggy that was stained and daamged and then tried to blackmail me into changing my review even though they sent out a dangerous buggy!!!

Trying to return an item. Have messaged twice using the only contact option; a form online. No reply for 2 days now. Shop can’t help. Wouldn’t recommend.

Bought a joie 360 spin car seat on this website sunday evening and received tuesday. Very quick and efficient. Car seat brand new in box as expected. I must admit I was a little worried after reading all the bad reviews but everything is perfect and I would definitely shop again!

Are these fake reviews ?! Truly terrible company. Ordered a 4baby own brand Moses basket and stand. Arrived promptly so no worries there. The Moses basket is made of wicker and has been painted. There are no pre made holes to attach the hood too. I called customer service and was told, “yes we know that, you need to take a bread knife or a screwdriver to create your own openings”. I was shocked by this. I was also sent assembly pictures which were for the wrong Moses basket. I called back to ask what else I could do and was again told to create my own openings, but not to use a drill!. If we weren’t close the due date of our baby I would have returned the items due to this, but persevered and got the good to attach. However things got worse with the stand. The guide holes are not drilled deep enough or are even centred properly and the instructions are ridiculously bad. I am currently applying copious amounts of gorilla glue as can’t screw any further (even using a drill to screw). I was informed when discussing the hood with customer service that if I tried to put the stand together it could not be returned, hence the need to turn to glue. All in all stay clear of this product. Reference number available for online4baby if any interest in following up.

Really not happy with the delivery, I'm being completely messed about. Ordered a car seat at around 14:30 on 31st Dec 2019, details on payment told me if I kept normal delivery option I'd get it Jan 3rd, if I paid £7.50 then delivery would be before 12pm on Jan 2nd. I selected this and got an email to say it would be delivered before that time. However it also said I'd get an email with a tracking link, which I didn't. When I used the option on the website, it said the order hadn't been processed so I called on the morning of Jan 2nd to be told actually they couldn't do this as the warehouse was closed on 1st. Ok fine, annoying but they'll refund me and I was told the agent was confident I'd get the product before 12pm on Jan 3rd. Fine. I then checked tracking again the night of Jan 2nd, still says order not processed. Messaged on Facebook and I got told that actually it'll be despatched on Friday 3rd and delivered Monday 6th Jan! Really not happy at all, no apology at all and I could have just gone to a shop to buy this over the weekend if I'd known they wouldn't deliver as promised. Will not use this company again.

Tried to buy a pram from them, they send me a different one. When I called them they said they they will refund the money back. Next day I got a call that they did find a pram and they will end it shortly. 2 weeks later no pram, when I asked them what is going on they said they are waiting first to receive the othering back( like it was my fault in the beginning)and afterworlds after they will send the one that I ordered. Few days later On a Monday I got a call from them that they are sorry but actually they have the wrong pram and they refunded me the money on Thursday. Checked my account no money were refunded. What can I say very disappointed in them and their customer service when we started to ask questions my husband andI were told that we are unreasonable and disrespectful. Honestly they left us without a pram 1 week away from Christmas with no money refunded back so we can buy another one and we are the ones who are unreasonable and disrespectful.

I attempted to purchase a set or replacement wheels for my pram which ended up not fitting. They refused to accept them for return because I was a week over their 14 days return policy, not caring that we spent the last 10 days in a hospital attempting to give birth to twins. Rigid, terrible customer service. Stay away.

Got sent a used potty! Ordered a bumbo potty for my little one, it arrived in a damaged box, stinking of urine, with clear wipe marks. Absolutely disgusted that they sent us a used potty. Sent an email to complain about this with all the information in and just sent back an automated email back asking for information and pictures already sent in my origional email! Just feel like they are trying to put you off complaining and has just angered me even more. To add to this I phone them today, they are the rudest people I have ever spoken to! Even said I was lying! Dreadful customer service. To add to this even further I have put a review on trust pilot and they have done nothing but try to get it removed, this time they have reported me for inappropriate offensive language in my review (same review as above) obviously hoping i will not chase this up and it will continue to be suspended! I think they should try to put the energy into preventing the bad reviews by improving their appalling customer service rather than trying to prevent the customers from putting honest reviews up.

I wish I didn't have to give this company 1 star, as they don't deserve it!!! They refuse to cover cost of return postage when they couldn't deliver on time and I was advised that the item wouldn't be delivered, which then arrived. All they can say is that it's Royal Mail and to take it up with Royal Mail although my contract of sales is with them. They are not interested what you have to say and will constantly speak over you! Spoke with Chole & Jody, my recommendation for this business is to provide some customer service skills in listening to the customer and showing empathy and interpersonal skills and cut the abrupt and aggressive manner!! It is blatantly obvious they are only interested in taking your money. **Please , please stay clear of this company, unless you fancy being disappointed or having an argument regarding their poor service and unprofessional and lack of knowledge employees.

The worst company i have ever dealt with and the customer service staff are so incredibly rude it is hard to believe - yes you Jody "supervisor" ... Ordered a potty, arrived stinking of urine and heavily soiled!!! I was acused of lying by the senior staff and a refund refused - i messaged them literally minutes after it arrived .... Avoid these like the plague!

Ordered a my babiee travel system from here thinking id be grand for a few years but nope, i barely use it and within 8 months the break broke without me doing anything to it but told it was my fault and they can't do anything im absolutely appalled at this i didn't spend £300 for it to break within less than a year I'm so annoyed about this!

I ordered a baby bouncer which I am really happy with. The price was cheaper than anywhere else and the quality of the product was brilliant. Delivery was quick and easy.

Ordered a Moses basket and a day before expected delivery, I get an email for notification of delay and another delivery date for a week later. Comes that next week, a day before delivery, I again get another email for notification of delay and further 5 days for delivery. When the item finally got delivered (almost 3 weeks after the order was placed - well in time for baby’s arrival so we could have everything prepared), I went into hospital that day. My family accepted the delivery and out of goodwill as this was the only disassembled item, they put it together in time for my return from the hospital with our new addition. When I saw the Moses basket, something about it didn’t look right. I went back to the original photo, I noticed the flexi straps of the stand were white and not brown as shown in the picture. I rang up customer services, they were not cooperative. Refused to replace part at all as they said they have a right to do that and because the item was assembled, they are not going to do anything about it. Absolutely pathetic even when you be a good customer and be patient with the delay and because if the item was delivered on time, I would have noticed the issue as raised it immediately. Would not recommend this company. Stay away. Use other online retailer like Precious Little One.

Don't be fooled by buying new pushchair with warranty. For online4baby warranty means nothing. If something will go wrong they will not inspect but only assume from photos and then they might tell you or not tell you until you raise hell they won't repair or replace. 4 month old stroller used twice a week where brake stopped working out of nowhere. Better buy from mothercare or cheap second hand.

Possibly the worst ever company to deal with and shocking customer service, we have had the phone put down on us by a senior member of staff and also the customer service manager Helen, these two colleagues are totally unprofessional. This was all over a moses damaged causing an injury to our daughter, they agreed to a refund which we were happy about, Helen took my card details to process the refund then to only find they have processed the refund elsewhere and now won't rectify the issue. I asked for my complaint to be reviewed by a director and apareantley Helen responds to their complaints which looking at the email I disbelieve the directors have ever been shown this email and they couldn't comment on the lack of customer service which has been provided. Helen the customer service manager doesn't even know the companies procedures on processing refunds.
