Bought a puggle henbury cot bed 3 piece set opened one box and built the changing dresser then opened the cot box to find one of the wooden bars snapped and no instructions or bolts and screws I have got nowhere by email and they don't have a phone number that works so my daughter has wasted £300 it l9oks like the cot has been a returned item AVOID this company.

Tjey have pathetic customer support and they never refunded my hard earned money for order ORD4481439. Sent many email but these are fraud and changed url address and stated on Aug 17th Hi! Many thanks for making contact! Upon collection it can take up to 14 working days for the return to be processed and refund to be raised. Received pushchair beginning August used rain cover last wk for first time and it split on bottom said they can't replace it as I have had it over a month.Puggle srarmax pushchair is awful even though it has swivel wheels its very hard to turn and to go up and down pavement.Worst pushchair I have ever had.Have now got to buy another pushchair.

Ordered a toddler bed which showed was in stock received confirmation email with delivery date 22nd August received the Mattress which was part of the purchase but no bed. Was then told it was on Pre Order for delivery 4th October. I would not have placed an order if it was showing in stock. Requested a refund Baby 4 you sent a courier to collect the mattress but have still not had my refund. Really poor service will never order from this company again

Avoid. Very poor customer service and returns. Miniuno Buggy Collapsed with baby in. Online4baby offered no replacement or help until assessed by manufacturer. No timeline given for this. New buggy purchased from alternative shop.

Terrible customer service. Would not amend order even tho email sent 5 mins after ordering. It seems there are hefty return costs involved. Would never use this company again and would advise others to follow suit. Why have they not been closed down

Absolutely shocking service! Ordered two car seats. One arrived okay, but poor quality. The other was obviously a second or had been returned used. It was scratched, marked and broken in places. I was not pleased but it’s impossible to contact them. I have tried numerous times via their telephone number (answer machine) and email. No response, despite the promises of refunds and replacements on their website. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a bath seat for my daughter. Delivery was due 5 days after I placed the order. Waited 5 days received nothing, no email to say it had been dispatched. Finally the item was delivered 18 days after the order was placed, when the order arrived I opened it only to see it has been used and was in awful condition 🤢 sent 3 emails and had no reply! Had no option other than to dispute with my bank.

Been back and forward with this company. Still waiting for my delivery. Customer services is shocking and will not take ownership for your stuff going missing. They send verbally abusive couriers to your house to attack you which I’ve now had to file a police report now I’ve had to go to trading standards because they won’t take responsibility. If I were you save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere because if your order goes wrong it will be a fighting battle

Absolutely abysmal customer returns/ refund service. I returned a child car seat because it wasn't satisfactory to our needs on 17/06/2024. I had to email them to confirm they'd received it,I had a confirmation reply on 01/07/2024. I emailed them again on 15/07/2024 for an update on my refund . On 16/07/2024 I had a response saying the refund would show in my bank account in 3-5 working days. Nothing appeared in my account so I emailed yet again on 26/07/2024. I had a reply on 31/07/2024 saying that the refund had been completed and they gave a reference number telling me to contact my bank with this number. At the time of writing this, I have a contacted my bank , there is no trace of the refund. I have emailed online 4 baby again giving them 3 working days to get the refund into my account before I raise a section 75 dispute against them. I will never deal with this incompetent company ever again!

Do we have any way to contact them? I am really Facing a lot of problems without push chair.. they sent a worst quality pushchair and accepted returns and also confirmed that the company has received it and have credited the amount in their account.. as for the other system i would like to buy.. I provided all the details but it’s been 20 days and above and there is no reply!!.. The means of communication is only through email.. no contact number no number on WhatsApp and no live chat available as per mentioned on the website .. Can anyone help me? Really it’s very frustrating

Avoid! Begrudgingly have to give one star to leave a review! Awful customer service! Constantly ignored! Brought a baby seat for my new grandson. Arrived bent and broken. Have sent countless emails but they just ignore them. Will be raising this issue with my bank now. Absolutely disgusting.

My sister gifted a highchair to my son, the highchair was faulty I sent numerous videos and pictures but because I was out of my 30 day return they didn’t help me at all instead they kept asking for pictures and videos which were sent many times in the end they blamed it on me saying I haven’t assembled it right like it’s rocket science to assemble a high chair they just money grabbers there customer service is shocking please be aware and don’t buy from the horrible company

Where do we start .... base unit delivered weeks ago with no notice - sent emails that pram coming so arranged for someone to be at address to meet - nothing turns up then get notification that it has sent back to supplier. Turns out it was never out for delivery. Have you tried to speak to anyone in this company ? They refuse to give out a telephone number and do not answer their emails. The only way I could get anyone to call me was to post on their company Linkedin profile. Funnily enough got a quick response via that method ! Was promised delivery would not be until preorder date on end of July and that their systems have been sending out incorrect delivery communication. But they decided not to send out any information to advise all their customers of their massive cockup. Was sent another email to say delivery would be this Saturday just gone ... you guessed it someone stayed at the address and no delivery, emailed hello@ and support@ - no answer or response apart from their auto message. Guess what though ..... delivery turns up today not the end of the month as their staff confirmed. Still waiting for someone to call me as per the email i got from Matthew who assured me if i emailed support@ he would call me straight back as he appreciated i could not call in. His advice was if I wasn't happy to get a refund from him and shop elsewhere - Please do not use this company unless you have the time on your side to deal with their incompetence at every level.

Purchased a pram before Christmas. The pram developed a fault in March 2024 (within six months of purchase). Item was taken for over a week to fix. When the item returned, the fault still remained. As a family, living without a pram is almost impossible. At the point of the fault appearing for a second time, the seller continued to refer to supplier, referring to Consumer Rights.The Consumer Rights Act is clear that within an initial six month period the customer is entitled to a refund (so to purchase a non-faulty replacement) if the manufacturer cannot fix the initial fault, and one attempt is allowed. Following complaint escalation, the company continued to pass the problem to the manufacturer. This is now going to work through uk court. I guess the lesson here is you get what you pay for. This website is substantially cheaper than stores (all be it purchases are still £500+) but the support and application of Uk law is poor. It could be the case this website sells factory seconds, it is not clear on the website. If you feel a £500+ purchase is worth the gamble of limited after care service then it will be at your risk. We will pursue this legally to support other families, along with our own.
