“Awful. Holiday booked in January for 9 lads to go to Zante in July. All confirmed, paid up to date. April told hotel overbooked but changed for a like for like hotel. Original one was 3 star, large pool, water slides, pool table, reception, all inclusive, proposed hotel, 2 star, no reception, if you needed help you called someone but worse of all, hotel does not do food AT ALL! It is impossible to get through on the phones. Today we were told the flights are now cancelled so 'on the beach' have cancelled whole holiday. I thought their advert states 'its the most wonderful time of the year'. Never ever will we use this travel company again. If I could give minus stars it would be -10”
“Cowboys. Absolute cowboys. We booked a holiday for our friend’s wedding through them with a total cost of £1,400 for both of us. We then had to change dates to two days later and they tried to charge an additional £600 totalling £2,000.
When we checked the very same holiday it was £1,400 in total. My brother tried to add a bag to his flight and they wanted £500!!!
There is no direct line to contact them, instead, you have to ‘send a message’ and wait for over 31 days for a reply because ‘they’re busy.’

“TERRIBLE SERVICE.. Took over 8 weeks to make ammendments to the booking. Couldnt get answers through online messages phonecalls wouldnt get answered, caller 89 at times. Finally managed to get through 20 minutes later when pressing the make a new booking option! Flights were non refundable and then they tried to say we couldnt have the hotel refund because we were trying to cancel/change within 28 days after not answering our message for 8 weeks.”

“I have booked a holiday and paid in full,I could get on to my bookings but as soon as I paid off the balance I could no longer get on to my bookings on the app nor the website. I have tried phoning and it just says the offices are closed. I have no information now about my holiday and I go next month. They are impossible to communicate with. I would give no stars if I could. I have sent numerous emails. I shall see when I get a response. I would not recommend this company at all and I would never use again. I have used many holiday companies in the past this one is the worse by far.”
“Worst company to book your holidays with, once they have your money they don't give any sh!t about your booking if you need to change something. Constantly coming up tye excuses instead of dealing with the enquiry. Making up prices as they wish, one price on the website the other sent to you obviously around £800 more, when asked why again all sorts of stories. Next time I'll take my money somewhere where thet actually work as a holiday booking company as this one only gives excuses how they can't do their job. Not even worth 1 star. Useless.”

“Well Ive tried for a week still getting nowhere and I need to pay my sons holiday balance. I actually posted a negative review re this as Customer service telephone call system is rubbish and I cannot do it online. I need to speak to someone for goodness sake if you have a 100 calls and 60 minute wait time does that tell you it's time to employ more phoneline staff. I gave my phone number by account message and the to trust pilot and guess what no phone call back yet.”
“Only if I could not even give one star. This is a pathetic company that misleads people. I searched for 'hotels in Dubai'- it gave me options which are not even in Dubai. I booked! And when you actually get a new quote from on the beach they give you 48 hours to reply after it took them 18 days in which reply to me. And at the time my holiday was so much cheaper when I looked ,I was waiting on a reply now the price has jumped up because waiting for them to get back to me. I queried before I excepted the new quote , so they cancelled without answering. so because your waiting on a reply which you don’t receive by the way your request expires, so you then have to start all over again requesting a change will no doubt cost you more.

of this rigmarole would be happening, and sadly because they don’t recognise customer service it’s the customer who pays the price in more means than one,so no I’m not at tall happy with there customer service because it really doesn’t exist.

“Booking was fine, but they have charged me twice and trying to call I am on hold 2hr 22m and counting, this is simple unacceptable. And yes i did email 3 times and also no response. In this Industries when things go wrong you need to be able to speak with someone and this wait is just not good enough. Oh and COVID is not an excuse!”

“A very simple booking service, however, at the time of booking I was unable to specify twin beds. As advised, I have tried twice to contact OTB online and once via telephone to no avail.
I just hope I am able to contact someone before we travel.

“It was easy to book, but I had trouble checking in on-line.. when I went yo do it, I was asked to verify myself by taking a picture of my passport, but it would not accept the pics I took, & eventually locked me out, so I had to check in at the airport for free, also had to do the same on the way back, but was charged €60 by ryanair, I would never do that again, when I rang on the beach it took me over xn hour to get through”
