“My experience selling my house to Opendoor was surprisingly easy. I'm so pleased with how smoothly the entire transaction went. I used the Late Check Out option and had no issues. I was really looking for a way to sell my house quickly without having to do too much front end work, like I would with traditional homeselling through a realtor. Opendoor was a delight and I am happy with my experience.”

“Couldnt be more pleased with the entire process. Final offer (which I accepted) was fair and within the local market value based on my research. Karen (the Opendoor representative) was AMAZING. She was not only friendly and professional, but also very attentive to my individual questions. We were able to close in 14 days. I opted for a late checkout about a week after closing, but was able to complete everything the day after closing.”

“I wanted to sell my home in 90 days; didn't want any showings (because of my cat); and, of course, I didn't need to clean because there were no showings. Everyone at OpenDoor, especially Matt Thurow, was very helpful to get the closing done timely. Matt was also very responsive to my questions. I recommend using OpenDoor -- and told all my neighbors before I left.”

“I had heard from a friend who used Opendoor that the selling experience was excellent. I was skeptical but decided to look into the process. We have bought / sold several homes in the past and know that it's not an easy process. From start to finish, Jacob Fenton communicated well with us and always returned our inquiries promptly. The option to close 14-90 days while staying an extra 7 days without paying extra after closing was a great benefit. The title company was Spruce Title and they did an acceptable job. They had to adjust a few things on their end but overall they got the job done. Overall we would recommend Opendoor to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience. We also feel like we received a great offer and all fees were very reasonable.”

“From the start to finish this has been the easiest sale of any large asset we have owned. Price offered was great and above what was selling in our neighborhood. We highly recommed OpenDoor for selling your home.Ashley was outstanding!!!!! Our virtual realtor she was in Arizona we were in GA and she responded to every email and returned all calls daily. We could not be more pleased with our experience with OpenDoor”

“Opendoor gave us a very fair offer. We had know idea that the process would be this easy and smooth. Carissa was great working with and was with us every step of the way. The process began in January and we were done with their side by the first of March. Would I recommend opendoor? Absolutely. A great and fair company.”

“I love Open Door! They have been amazing from the beginning of this process to the end. My family and I are truly grateful to Opendoor for providing my us the opportunity to fulfill our dreams of buying a new home. “Only took 3 in a half weeks for me to go from accepting Opendoors offer to getting paid by Opendoor after moving out. They turned a usually elongated process of traditional home selling to a smooth, efficient and easy process. I couldn't be happier with the whole transaction and Opendoor offers fair market value for your home and reasonable fees. Most importantly, you are in control and Opendoor works with you.
