Keep away. I bought 2 tickets. One of them was called become ”my card was declined but it wasn't. And Opodo didn't Inform me or asked me. I just find out in the airport last minutete” But they charge me. Poor. Very poor. Contact number always busy. Keep away .

Absolute awful none existent aftercare. Opodo cocked up our email address,so we couldn't contact Ryan air to check how we stood. Useless phone line,just a rubbish chatbot. The flights went,but we could not go as our destination (Dublin)was pretty much locked down.We booked tickets with a visa card,so have got half the money back. Use the high street,you get proper after sales from a person you can actually talk to. Avoid like the plague.

I imagine anything else couldn't be any worse than to deal with this. No customer service you cant get hold of them at all. It has been over 5 months and very very disappointed. I wish I bought my flight tickets directly from the airline which is much safer and more trustable than here. I will take this company to court soon and there are millions of people who are having the same issue. SHAME on this company. What a disgraceful time their customers having...

DO NOT BOOK! Booked flights in December '19. Flights cancelled in Feb '20, request for refund made in March. it's now half way through September and we're still waiting on an almost 2k refund. Airlines have confirmed all flight refunds have been issued. Useless call centre/associates, have little faith we'll ever see our money back.

Booked a holiday with these ,they did not send me my booking reference so when i needed to cancel i could not .Even the phone number was an automated message asking for my reference number.you can not cancel on line without this booking reference.You can not get anywhere without the reference number,i believe this is a deliberate ploy. Absolutly a disgrace and one that cost me nearly £1600. Stay well clear.

I purchased flights in Feb 2020. The airline cancelled. I applied for a refund in April 2020. I got nowhere with Opodo and had to go through my credit card company. NO customer service, NO interest in me as a customer, Nothing. Never again

Never Again! I booked 2 times with Opodo because they offered flights no-one else had available. Both times they then were not able to confirm the flights and tried to sell another connection with crazy layovers and at higher cost than other agencies. I received an Email asking to call as soon as possible. After waiting for what seems an eternity the agent does not properly speak the language I wanted (German) and was not allowed to switch to Englisch (although clearly an Indian person, who I assume speaks English). There is no way to manage your booking online or send an email to Opodo - only calls. After cancelling the flight I asked for a cancelation confirmation so I can safely book somehwere else. It was promised to be sent within (24!) hours - that was 48h before the flight. Of course I received no confirmation, instead I received further emails prompting me to check-in for the flight I did not want. So I call again, again wait in line, again speak to an Indian agent (this time I request an English speaking Agent). They promise to send me the cancellation confirmation - it takes another 5h to be sent. In the email it says, the refund will take 10 days - of course that did not happen. 21 days later I call again, wait in line again for 12 minutes! The agent tells me that there is refund for 1(not both) flights pending. I protest, that I cancelled both flights, so he puts in into the waiting line for another 10 mintues. The refund still has not been transfered. I guess I will need to call again. Two times almost the exact same situation - it seems like this is a strandard practice there. Selling flights, that they don't have. Collecting money without delivering service, delaying refunds all the while making customers call and wait in line (no email, no online tool) just to talk to unqualified service agents. NEVER AGAIN OPODO

Very very bad customer service Very very bad customer service. The airlines cancelled the ticket and Opodo customer service assured that I will get the money back in 90 days. But not yet received the money after 5 months. I requested refund on 09 March 2020. Their website site still shows my case as refund requested . No other improvements. Very very difficult to get their customer service and even if you get then on telephone, their behaviour is very nasty. I think I lost my money of £2100. Never ever book through Opodo. Very very bad service ☹️☹️☹️.

One Star!!! Not even worth that!! Still waiting for my refund even after 3 emails, 1 letter and 1 on line complaint. Not received a single reply. My advice ...... Don't go near them!! No idea who to contact to take matters further.

Due to the pandemic I had to cancel mine and my daughter's flight from the US to Kenya for august 2020. Then the airline also cancelled. I had booked through Opodo. For months, the status is that it is cancelled; any queries it says go to manage reservation, but there is no way to go any further than that. There is no way to contact Opodo either with a chat, a phone call or email. The flights were over $2000 and I can ill afford to sacrifice that money. I will never use Opodo again, and I am still hoping that something will be done so I get a voucher or a refund.

This is the most trash company ever. I booked a flight from them and had to cancel it pre-covid times. They told me it would take upto 90 days to get the refund. It has been 90 days + another 5 months. I have been informed that they have received the money from the airlines and have “initiated my refund” time and time again. I keep getting promises that I will receive the money in 5-6 working days but never get it. This company is a scam. They have literally stolen my money and are sitting on it for months. Never ever use this utterly trash company because they are just there to steal your money and not help you. The customer service is even more useless. They only thing they are good at is making false promises. I once got on the phone with them to complain about this nonsense and they even had the gall to hang up on me! Please never use their service. EVER.

Impossible to make contact,I have been trying to get a refund for my flight which was cancelled due to Corona virus out break in April 2020, now some 5 months later after trying on almost weekly bases I am still waiting.Do not use these scoundrels.

Never again will I use Opodo/eDreams for any of my travel bookings. The whole experience has been nightmare from start to finish. The so called customer service, who after 1.5 hours eventually have someone to talk to, then pretend they can't hear you if you start asking difficult questions Being lied to, promised call backs and told that a refund was not possible just added to our stresses. Opodo tend to offer lower prices for flights, however i strongly recommend paying a bit extra and using a company who care about their customers. A joke of a business who will never get even £1 of my money in future.

I hope Opodo goes out of business. They deserve to! They have been uncontactable by phone and they ignore emails. They are hanging on to the money I paid for flights, hotel and transfers for a long weekend in Dublin in June, cancelled due to coronavirus. They have made NO attempt whatsoever to refund my money - in fact they have ignored every attempt by me to contact them about it. This means they are retaining my money, and presumably thousands of other people's money, illegally. The government stated clearly that such cancelled bookings should be refunded. We are NOT obliged to accept unsuitable vouchers. Opodo are beyond despicable. They apparently have no decent business principles. And they are presumably holding large sums of customers' money for holidays which were never taken. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER book anything with this shameful and unreliable company

If I start writing a full complaint this will be a wall of text. Short version - been waiting 5 months for a refund and still can't get through to a real person!!! Unacceptable. NEVER, EVER, use Opodo. Their customer service is non existent and they are just trying to hold onto people's money (just look at their twitter comments). They have deactivated their UK Twitter, Blocked comments on Instagram, apparently shut off phone lines, and are holding onto people's refunds.
