Would give 0 starts if an option. Booked ticket and phoned to cancel the next day due to Covid-19. Told I would lose nearly £280 of £630 paid. So decided to go ahead and when I phoned again the next day told I would now only be getting a refund of £140. When I questioned what changed he was unable to answer, so when I queried the earlier refund promised he agreed to match. Rep would refuse to transfer me to his manager and would not give his name as I wanted to complain. Cowboys, really are. Its been over a month now and they have refunded only £20. Keep well away...

OPODO IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER to have ever dealt with. Been trying to contact them since 23 March regarding my refund status after having spoke to them on 18 march. They said they will send refund request through to emirates, so call back to get update. Caing since but No answer, machine just says call back later as busy. Got through to que once or twice and held for 3 hours but still no one answered so forcefuly cut the cal. NEVER AGAIN.

I've been trying to reach them for over a month now concerning tickets I bought which have now been cancelled. It's beem totally impossible to get through to them. I will never use Opodo again. Unfortunately, the airline won't issue a refund unleas it's done through Opodo

My family and I were supposed to be going on holiday on the 25th March. I had checked the airline status and seen that all the flights were cancelled. Opodo emailed me on the 23rd March and asked me to contact them urgently on a provided number. It is now the 1st of April and I have still not managed to contact them...the one time I was put in a queue I was on hold up to 3.5 hours before being cut off. In light of no contact with Opodo on the 24th, the day before the flights were scheduled I contacted the airline directly who organised a full refund there and then which took less than 10 minutes. The only problem is the refund went straight to Opodo not me as they are the booking agent. Needless to say from the other reviews here I haven't had the refund from them and still cant contact a person. Next step is to call my credit card co and if that is no help then small claims it is.

Do NOT use these guys. In case of issues with your booking they are impossible to contact, only a landline in UK. Email and live chat are not available at this time - what a surprise! My flight was cancelled due to COVID-19. I should have read the reviews before using these guys. TIP: it may cost more, but book directly with the airline.

No information, no contact possible whatsoever. they collect money and that is all. Be carefull! Never use this crooked website. It is a alias for antoher site, E-Dreams. Do not go there either because all you get are E-Nightmares.

I was told that my refund was being processed for the past 21 days only for the agent to say that they didn’t have the right details and now I have to wait for another 90 days to receive a confirmation email. I’ve spent 2 hours waiting to get through to somebody and every time i do it seems like i just keep going in circles. AVOID AT ALL COST! that’s my £1300 gone

Why can I not put zero stars for one, the most shocking customer care, zero communication, app is miles behind the times, still shows as confirmed when flights have been cancelled. Dana Dunne needs arresting and thrown in court to answers the shocking behaviours of this company. WILL NEVER SPEND A SINGLE PENNY AGAIN EVER.

Not even worth any stars at all. Rubbish company! saying they can only offer voucher or amendment of flights amidst airline company saying they can offer a refund. What a total fool! In short they want your money still. Don’t use OPODO

Dreadful company. I held on for 2 hours, got through and they refused to change the date on my ticket even though the airline was allowing it so effectively losing my ticket and money. My son is stranded abroad because his return flight has been cancelled and you can’t get through.

When things go wrong that the true nature of a company is revealed.......just read all the hundreds of reviews below. I'm in the same position and totally frustrated by OPODO, having wasted weeks, trying to get through.

Although not as bad as others on here.. Opodo never updated their app about the Coronavirus situation and they thought I was still flying with them the day before.. Luckily Ryanair had already contacted me about a refund so I did not have to go through this company. Opodo finally messaged saying important information which was actually for my return flight.. This is minimal in comparison to other reviews however speaks volumes of their service. I will not be using them again.

Shocking. We were stranded abroad having had flights cancelled. Because I booked seats directly with the airline they informed me of the cancellation, nothing from these bandits. Tried contacting them but it’s useless, live chat didn’t work, can’t email them and they cut you off if you call. We were eventually put on a flight organised by the embassy, it was just lucky that it was with the airline who originally cancelled us so there was no further charges. DO NOT USE. They will just take your money and leave you high and dry to fend for yourself if something goes wrong.

I've facebook them and been told to go to their support pages even when my tweet states not to direct me there as it no help, I've direct messaged, emailed, rung multiple numbers and called 45 times and tried their chatbot which now says the English team is not available!! Opodo are directly trying to ignore EU law and customer rights by preventing customers from contacting them. Worst company I have ever delt with, ever! They cancelled my flight out of nowhere with the fake reason of Corona Virus, i have called the airline and they told OPODO cancelled my reservation without even consulting me on my OWN money and booking, the whole holiday is ruined!!! Make sure YOU do not use OPODO!!! NEVER AGAIN!

After 2.5 hrs waiting on the telephone I got some kind of connection. It seems to be to a family home in India. Lots of loud noises, people, speaking, banging around, soft and loud music on my phone. My issue... SAFE travel from LONDON home to Australia. The flight they say that I am booked on IS NOT LISTED. NO customer service. The app and the website are not clear on this situation. My booked airline has 4 other flights on the same day :-). DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE HAPPY TO ENDANGER YOUR LIFE!!!

I have flights booked in the next two weeks in Vietnam / Cambodia , due to coronavirus flights either cancelled by airline or I cannot use therefore I want my money returned. To date OPODO don’t contact me and I am struggling to talk to them. I will never use them again and advise everyone to avoid this company. If anyone has any suggestions how to get a full refund plse let me know… I am very frustrated with this company

If there where no stars I would have chosen that. #Opodo took my money( booked 6 months out) for prem eco Aus/Euro retetn. Then a week before dep re send conformation for economy. Took 2 months to get $ back and countless emails and time on calls while travelling Europe for 6 weeks. AVOID OPODO.
