Don't ever use opodo Don't ever use opodo. They refused to refund or to change my flight after the airline cancelled it for a reason unrelated to the pandemic. They were flights available the next day. They also refused to refund another flight, this one cancelled due to the pandemic, after promising the refund for more than a year. They served me a different excuse each time I contacted them. This company is a scam.

TERRIBLE. Do not book through them. A flight was cancelled due to covid ans they are trying to refuse me my refund. The customer service sounds good on the phone, and then they say their “team” will call you back—they don’t call back! SCAM.

Absolutely worst travel company to ever exist! This has been a really difficult year everyone, especially for my disabled mum as she had covid last December and just about made it! Now that she's regained a bit of strength she decided she wanted to go on a much deserved holiday with her two youngest kids so she's booked flight tickets on there on the 16th of July and booked a wheelchair as well, they confirmed the booking but never sent the e-tickets so she's called them today and after being hung up on 2 times (40 minutes each call) and spending almost an hour on the 3rd call she spoke to a supervisor that told her they cancelled the flights because she "didn't choose what wheelchair she needed" which she obviously did but that was their excuse?? The supervisor gave her no other help or option and just told her we can't do anything and we are refunding your money and it will take 10-15 days?!! Her flight is meant to be for next week on the 27th of July! Absolutely appalling and we are now looking for legal action so this does not happen to anyone else!!

If I could only score you 0.. my flight last year was cancelled 7 times in a row.. I’m still waiting for my refund..it’s been a year and there’s no update or response from you…all numbers are not working anymore..if I check my account it says it was already refunded! Where’s my money then??? you scan people like this..we paid.. we deserve our money back

This is a truly useless service. Do not use. Slow click on purchase so you inadvertently purchase 2 sets of tickets. Then you can not contact by phone. All numbers are dead ends. This company should be shut down for fraud.

Please do not use or book your tickets through Opodo/Edreams. Do not book flexible tickets where they state you can change your travel dates 24 hours before the flight because you cannot! Unless you pay huge price plus airline penalties!!! Total scam - you pay more for flexibility and then have to pay more and more. They are charging for services they don’t provide. As I was travelling during these sensitive times I got an insurance from them too!!! Another waste of money as it is absolutely impossible to contact them. I sent them an email but no reply at all. I will never make a mistake like this again. Go and buy directly from airline and not from these scam companies.

Their website says they accept American Express, but it doesn't. When I enter cc details, it doesn't recognize it, and gives me the option to choose between credit cards where AMEX is not listed. Also, it says that visa debit and MasterCard credit card are free of charge, but for whatever card I enter cc details, they try to charge me additional 30 euros on top of the airline ticket price. You can't reach their support/live person to discuss this because, in order to do it, you have to provide your reservation number. And I can't get provide it, because I haven't made a purchase because you guys are trying to charge me additionally. It's an infinite loop. Horrible experience, I do not recommend

An absolute disgrace! Booked Virgin flights through them with the option I could make changes for free. You can never speak to anyone on the phone or email, its like they don't exist. I have tried for 3 months to change the flights. Looks like they lose my hard earned money!

The customer service number given to be contacted in case of cancellation and even changing something about the booked flights is a working number HOWEVER, it just wasting your time and balance as nobody is picking up the calls. Terrible. Nothing is helpful after they got paid for the tickets and any other bookings. You may please take a look at this issue in your company. Very disappointing.

Flights tickets poorly rebooked (no seats, no luggages) after a minor time change from the flying company, and impossible to get them corrected despite 100 empty promises from chat agent (only possible contact). The day before the flight, Opodo simply cancelled our tickets. Without any request from our side. Now they say reimbursement will be difficult. This company is a mix of incompetence, lies and shameless scam.

I paid 3000 dirhams for a flight with opodo flying with British Airways. British Airways cancelled part of my flight in February, and I called up to enquire about cancelling the whole thing and getting my money back. They refunded me 97 dirhams! 97 out of 3000! And they say It isn’t the refund for the flight it’s a service charge refund. Their customer service team are one of thee most unhelpful people I’ve ever came across and basically said this is how it is there is nothing more they can do. They lied and said I was told this was all that would be refunded and I wasn’t! I didn’t cancel the flight, the airline did and I have an email and in-app notification to prove this and they still won’t give me my money back! It’s complete daylight robbery! NEVER EVER BOOK FLIGHTS WITH THESE CRIMINALS

Opodo continue to lie lie lie this is the biggest scam so called travel agent do not use be warned there are to many people that have been scammed and never get refunds that they are entitled to and when they send you a message it just says WAIT how long opodo some people have been waiting well over a year and still no refund scammers liars thieves cheats DO NOT USE

It must be fraud!!!! No contact, when get phone bot recognise me but because I'm not Plus client they said that will not speak with me. Any reaction for complain (provide by other firm of course), Was so fat when I bought tickets for fly by Ryanair, but opodo system is total no compatible with it and I could not check in my son but now receive 2-3 times a day commercials!!! They took money and gone !!!!!!! Do not use them!!!! why they are on KAYAK offer????

NEVER buy anything from this incompetent company. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I told them in february to send my refund of almost a 1000 euros to our new bank account because the original payment method, a credit card, is not in use anymore. Months later they let me know the refund has been paid out. But after not receiving it and asking multiple times aparently they send it to the old credit card which I told them not to do... Everytime I open a new ticket about his issue, I ask them a question, they respond with little to no information. When I try to reach out again on the same ticket they don't respond at all anymore. I have to open new ticket, same thing happens again.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Never ever use this company. I have been waiting one and a half YEARS, yes years, for my refund now. Every time I call it's 'wait 14 days I assure you, you will receive your funds'. Even opened a court case which they couldn't he arsed to reply to. Please whatever you do, do NOT book with Opodo. The extra £50 you pay elsewhere is worth not having to deal with this company.

THIEVES, THIEVES, THIEVES. THEY moved to Spain after the pandemic hit so that they would not be covered by legislation in the UK so all the customers who had flights cancelled because of Covid will not get their money back. I have been waiting since March 2020.
