I am yet to hear from them, l was sent email.to update my flight but it would not load. I booked a flight from Lagos to Manchester which was cancelled due to the pandemic covid 19, but yet to get a positive response. I would mind if l get a response my ref number is 50402000732 ( cherish lrenuma)

I booked return flights to Antalya, Turkey for 4 people due to fly out 2/4/20 and return 14/4/20. Obviously due to COVID-19 these flights were cancelled by the airline on the 23/3/20 and here I am 11 weeks later still waiting for my tickets to be refunded. Cannot call any of the numbers showing online as they are not operational, any emails I get from OPODO I try to reply to and cannot as they come from a NON-REPLY address. IO have now started to message on Twitter and Facebook but still not able to talk to a Human Being. My advise would be to avoid this company at all costs or face being in the same position as me should a problem with your flight happen. Disgusted, they take you money quick enough but don't want to refund you.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. I seldom use travel agent companies but decided to this time and am now regretting it. I booked flights to NZ (£2000.00) and then when the COVID-19 outbreak shut NZ to travellers without 14 days self-isolation in an airport hotel. following discussion with my family in NZ I decided not to travel. But despite many many attempts to contact them requesting a refund or travel voucher I have received neither contact nor voucher. Will definitely NEVER use Opodo again and would advise others to do the same.

At the end of last February I tried to book a flight for two from Istanbul to Amman. A little while later I got an email saying that they regret they couldn't give us tickets due to something wrong with the payment although I knew for sure that the credit card had a sufficient amount. Then I discovered by chance that they had charged around 47 US dollars for no obvious reason. The next email was urging me to finish my reservation for just one person, and the next was offering flights elsewhere as if nothing had happened!! After around twenty attempts to call Opodo (which later turned out to have cost quite a sum), on the first of March someone answered and told me that they had charged me for the luggage! Imagine charging you for the luggage before even selling you a ticket!! And why wasn't there enough money left for the tickets?! Anyway, I told the guy that it was obviously stupid to charge for luggage without tickets, and since I couldn't recharge the card at the moment I requested a refund. He sent me an email with a complaint form to fill and return, and told me I should hear from them within a couple of days. For the next few days I kept getting emails entitled "Get Human" asking if "my issue got solved", and each time my answer was "NO"! The last one even had an ultimatum - that they wouldn't even care to ask me anymore!! And then over the next two months emails turned into promotional stuff totally unrelated to the issue. Some last ones were telling me that if I had my flight cancelled, I wouldn't get a refund anymore, only a voucher from the airline company! And now they're back to promoting flights!! And by the way no refund yet, but that's not the main issue.. the issue is that this botched reservation had repercussions that cost me the cost of the original reservation many times over, in addition to all the trouble we've been through. Who's going to make a refund for that?!

Dreadful company. Use at your peril. I wrote a long review on trust pilot over several weeks so this is a summary. 1. Appalling customer service. You cannot email them. They turned phones off and instead I got a message redirecting you to the website. I went round in circles. Only conversation you could have was with a chat bot! 2. This company had a large amount of my money since December. I have only just received a voucher. 3. If you read reviews on trust pilot lots look to me to be fake. I have reported them to the CMA competition and markets authority.

!!Watch OPODO!! they charge booking fees over and above the airfairs listed in airlines scheduled flights. Also, while Ryanair offered a full refund of their return airfare Ryanair flight booked for 10 april to Athens, which they cancelled due to Covid19, OPODO refused to refund their extra booking fee of 43.00 euros.

You now what's going rong with opodo. They cancelled any telephone number the customer who have a booking and suppose to get refund to not contact them. I'm one of them. I did have a booking on 16 April 2020 and the flight was cancelled. I keep sending messages to opodo and no any response. I managed to speak with customer service a n d they are the biggest lied in the world. They said is going to call me back in 72 hours and never did. Ridiculous and shame on OPODO. I HOPE IT'S GOING TO COLLAPSE BECAUSE THEY LOST THEY CUSTOMER. IF YOU WANT TO HELP THIS IS MY BOOKING REFERENCE :5006878433 and my name is AUGUSTINA ARSENE.SHAME ON YOU OPODO. BUT DON'T THINK YOU NOT GOING TO PAY PEOPLE BACK. YOU WILL BY LOWER. THANKS

The most thieving company I've ever seen in my life! It was the first and last time I booked flights via OPODO. In February I booked flights with my boyfriend from London to Iceland but unfortunately, our flight was canceled due to bad weather conditions. Due to the situation, we were not contacted regarding the cancellation or refund by Opodo. We had to first call EasyJet to ask where our money is because according to their email we should get a refund within 7 days and it was like that but the money went to Opodo's account. We tried to contact Opodo many times so that they would kindly give our money back. At the very beginning, no one answered the phone. Later finally someone answered the phone they told us that due to coronavirus we have to wait another 90 days for a refund. From February to this time, we still haven't received our money back. We said to them that this happened before coronavirus started , plus they had our money straight away on their account after the flight was canceled and what's more we had to send them an email which confirms that the EasyJet will do full refund to get our money back from OPODO. We have already talked to Opodo managers twice who assured us that the money will be available within 5 working days than we been told 48 hours. If we do not get the money after 2 days, we will definitely report it to a lawyer. I do not recommend Opodo to anyone. A bunch of thieves who are holding customers' money illegally! I hope due to coronavirus they will bankrupt!

We bought flights worth £3k in Oct ‘19. Our flights were cancelled in Jan ‘20 and Garuda confirmed they paid refund to Opodo 1 day later. Today, 6 months later, we got our money back through Visa and coop bank. Opodo did NOTHING! No way to contact Opodo at all! They are robbers pure and simple. Do not deal with this company!

Very VERY BAD. Don’t expect any help from them for cancelled flights. If you need help, prepare to talk with a robot on Messenger. Impossible to contact them by phone or email. Once they bite on your money, you no longer exist.

Customer service is appalling at the moment. I've been trying to re-book for 2 months now and I have wasted dozens of hours on calls, most of which just cut me off when they get bored. I will never book via Opodo again, or Iberian for that matter

If there was a option to put 0 stars i would put this, worst company to deal with period. The airline cancelled my flights, assured me they will refund to the booking agent and to date this agent has not refunded me. Do not book every with this company pay more but get better service, they are all a bunch of crooks, dont have a email that you can contact and all phonelines are automated answering machines. You have been warned dont make the same mistake i did.

take your money without giving a service my flights were cancelled and the airlines were offering me a refund opodo told me not to accept the refund and they were going to issue it they have now ignored me for over 2 months until today when I am told they will not refund me but can give me an unusable travel voucher. Disgusting behaviour

Quite frankly one of the worst holiday booking experiences that I have had in my life. If this was the only place left in the world to book my flight I would not book with them I think I’d have more chance making it on holiday if I decided to swim! I chose to book two separate flights through opodo to and from my destination. The flight out there was a connecting flight, the first of the two connecting flights got cancelled back in February and to this day I have still had no success in getting a new flight or my money back. The wait times to actually get through to the customer service team are an utter joke, around 4 hours on multiple occasions. Many times the phone has been cut off whilst in the queue or half way through a conversation - having waited hours on end to get to this point it is beyond frustrating. The majority of the time when we do get through those trying to deal with the issue speak extremely poor English to the point they find it almost impossible to understand the purpose of your call and it’s time consuming to establish this. We have been repeatedly told to call back in a couple of hours as the lines are to busy by customer service staff after waiting for hours in the queue and also with them knowing full well after 5 they can no longer get in contact with the airline to make adjustments to our flight so it’s utterly pointless us calling back then. We have been promised call backs within 48 hours to which we never received. We have been promised emails with directions as to how we need to confirm our changes flights to which we have received nothing. It has now been almost 5 months since one of our connection flights to our holiday has been cancelled and we have made no progress in sorting that out and low and behold our flight home has been cancelled. Through this awful experience it just appears those at Opodo customer service will lie through their teeth and tell you absolutely anything you want to hear in order to get you off the phone, whether the issue has been resolved or not! DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHT THROUGH OPODO IF YOU WANT TO GO ON HOLIDAY!

Can't contact by phone Can't contact by email When reply from an Opodo email, the response come as follows: Dear customer, Thanks for contacting Opodo. We are sorry to inform you that this email address is no longer used for Support services purposes. Same things for phone number. If I succeeded in getting an Opodo phone number and next time the line is not available anymore. I'm still looking for a way to contact opodo. Never again Opodo. No live chat.

NO STARTS FOR THIS SITE, A SCAM, BEEN WAITING TWO MONTHS AFTER REFUND REQUESTED MULTIPLE TIMES HAD NO RESULTS, WE WILL NEED TO SUE THIS GUYS, WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. ILLEGAL WHAT THEY ARE DOING, STOLE 300 POUNDS

Hi there, I would like to cancel my flight to Malta – Booking Ref – 4934258637 . I’d also like to claim a full refund on “cancel any time for any reason” insurance I purchased. You’ve stated previously that the terms and conditions void the insurance because the flight was cancelled due to a “force majeure” event. However the flight hasn’t been cancelled, I can see on my booking page that as I write my email it is still active. So the insurance is still applicable. I’d like to cancel because I no longer want to go, this is a valid reason according to your term and conditions, again I’m not cancelling because of any force majeure event. The flight hasn’t been cancelled so the insurance is still applicable and my reason is valid. For the above reasons I expect a full refund asap. Let me know if there are any issues with the above. Opodo still haven't refunded me after 90 days I booked flights through Opodo in January. The flights were cancelled on their side so I requested a refund. I was told I would get a refund within 90 days. I know that the airline authorised and processed the refund, so Opodo are now holding onto my money. Opodo have no closed their 0800 and has replaced it with a premium 0871 number so costs will be exorbitant to call them to ask where my refund is. They also have no email address so it impossible to email them. This all happened before all the COVID 19 crisis was in full force. If I could give 0 stars I would.
