Hello, Let me start by saying that I'm totally disappointed with Opodo because: 1. My flight was officialy cancelled from Thursday and Opodo is wishing me today,on the 'Manage booking' section "Congratulations, enjoy your trip" 2. I've requested a change if dates on my trip from Tuesday and on the app,at this very moment,it's showing me that "the request is still processing",when my flightbwas suspened from Thursday. 3. Wizz Air emailed me twice to notify me about the cancellation. They told me to log in into my account and to choose a way to be refunde. When I logged on Wizz Air,they told me that if I booked my trip with an agency,the agency will act in my behalf. Now...I feel sorry that I didn't book this flight with Wizz Air directly because,by now,I would've had my refund. I TRUSTED OPODO TO ACT IN MY BEHALF BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN CONTACT ME TO TELL ME MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED. EVEN MORE,THEY'RE WISHING ME TO ENJOY MY TRIP. ICAN'T ENJOY MY TRIP,BECAUSE IT WAS CANCELLED. YOU ARE A JOKE

Do not use opodo!! My refund is overdue, it has been more then 90 days and no contract, email or any information from opodo. They are deliberately holding people's money and blaming the airline's for it, while they most probably are using it in their interests. Hope they get wath they deserve! If anyone is reading this review, please think twice and book directly with the airlines / hotels.

I asked for a refund since April, until now, I couldn't have even one person who answers my phone. We bought insurance cancellation to all causes when we canceled the flight during the pandemic, they told us actually the insurance doesn't cover the pandemic, does this make any sense? In the contract, it didn't mention it at all. We ask for a full refund instead of changing our flight as we don't know when we'll travel again, well, they just simply ignore us. Nobody answers the phone to sort it out. We understand it's a difficult time, but at least, Opodo should call their clients or answer the call and sort it out, not ignoring their clients. People are getting angrier with this kind of treatment. You are going down if you keep treating your customer like that. You don't even deserve 1-star YOU SCAM!!

- They refuse to refund the cost of flights which were cancelled due to Covid-19. - The airlines have refunded Opodo however they are not passing on the refunds to the customers who actually purchased the tickets. - They are essentially stealing their customer's money, stating that it's their policy. - An awful and dishonest company with shady business practices. By far the worst travel agency that I have ever encountered.

FIVE MONTHS waiting for the refund! 30+ calls! Lies and useless agents I have NEVER experienced such a poor customer service as at this company! I had my flights cancelled and a refund APPROVED on the 7th of FEBRUARY. Until this day I received NOTHING! I keep calling them constantly (approx. every 5 days) since the Opodo's policy advices to reach out if the refund hasn't been processed within the 90 days..to just hear the same thing over and over "Wait 72 hours". I am literally sick of this sentence by now. As I know it means nothing, cause nothing has ever happened after those 72 hours!! ..Until I call again to just hear the same empty promises. Its unacceptable! I even had to call the airlines myself (as at first they were trying to lie and blame in on the airline). The airline though confirmed they processed the refund from their side between 1st and 7th of March! So OPODO is holding the money and refusing to refund. And they keep trying to LIE to me every time, until I mention that I have an email confirmation about my refund being processed by the airline via BSP. Only after I mention this, they admit they received it, but its being held. WHY!!! OPODO, CAN YOU REACT?! And put me in touch with someone COMPETENT? Not the call centre agent who would just tell me to wait 72hours! I am gonna lose it if I hear it one more time! I have been waiting for almost FIVE MONTHS! And called you 20+ times since the 90 days limit expired! DO SOMETHING! Please! You can't treat your customers with such disrespect!

We requested a refund due to Covid19 and have yet to hear anything about our refund. We have tried communication via email, text, messenger, and phone. My husband has gone as far as visiting a local agency in England but to our dismay another dead end. These people should be investigated and closed for fraudulent activities. I want justice!

Tickets booked July 2019 for flights to Australia in March 2020. Flights cancelled. Refund requested. Request acknowledged April 9th. Since then....nothing. No contact number. No possibility of talking to anyone human. My request is not even being processed. £1880 of my money. Gone. Never again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID THE WORST COMPANY EVER SCAM FRAUD AND LYIERS. THE CHEAT I PAID A FLIGHT TICKET OF 2500 EUROS. ITS WAS CANCELLED. I NEEDED TO BUY AGAIN. I BOUGH AGAIN SINCE I MUST LEAVE.I WENT TO THE NEXT CITY. I WAS STOPPED THERE CAUSE I WAS SUPPOSE TO STAY IN QUARANTINE IF I WANT TO CONTINUE TO TRAVEL. SO ALL THE OTHER FLIGHTS I ASKED REBOOKING. I HAD TO AGAIN A NEW FLIGHT AND SPEND AGAIN CAUSE I WAS STUCK IN THE AIRPORT FOR A WEEK WITH THEIR FLIGHTS. AFTER I GOT TO MY THIRTH CITY I APPLIED FOR REBOOKING ON 8 TH OF JUNE AND THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO ISSUE ME A REBOOK DATE NOW THEY ARE LYING TO ME THERE ARE AVAILABLE FLIGHTS BUT THE FARE AND THE ORICE IS NOT AVAILABLE TO REBOOK IT. IF THERE IS AVAILABLE FLIGHTS HOW VAN THE FARE NOT NE AVAILABLE UNLESS THEY ARE LYING. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Literally the worst service, I've been waiting for an update on cancelled flights for over 3 months. In the meantime, they have actually received the refunded money in full. You'd think that I might be notified or asked whether I'd like this to be refunded, but you would be wrong. If you wait on their chat site you won't get anywhere (2 hours and counting), their phone line 0 207 660 2215, they cancelled their normal number. Please if you're thinking of booking use any other website or go direct.

Do not book with this cheating company. They take your money but do not refund when flights are cancelled. They are impossible to contact. Telephone numbers shown on their website are unobtainable and emails are returned as not reaching them. I even paid extra for cancellation insurance, all to no avail. It is time this lying, cheating company was stopped! I would have given them no stars if it was possible.

hey Shitty website. They take commission and that’s all they care about. They dont help,I have been removed off a flight that slot exists, for a higher fare. Lesson learned, never again. phone numbers don’t work, they do nothing. Last time I will use Opodo and I recommend the same for all.

NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked flights with Opodo and since Corona Virus have been horrible! All my friends who booked with other companies were given refunds straight away. Opodo stopped all their customer support services. Only when I found a contact number on Facebook, did I manage to call someone. They promised a refund within the next 2 days, when I didn't receive it (I waited 9 days) I tried to call back and they had blocked my number!! I then had to use my friends phone (which worked) to call them. I still haven't received payment.

We have been trying to contact Opodo and they will do nothing to accommodate. Everytime I have rang their contact number it has hung up on me automatically. We are getting in touch with our National agency board about this.

I do not want to give even 1 star Booked flight 2nd June They cancelled 3RD OPODO did not email to tell me it was the actual airline that contacted The only contact you have with OPODO is a premium rate number which has cost me £168 over 2 days to try and rebook They requested an extra £461 to move to the next day flight and said although the website says book with confidence insurance this doesn't count while in a pandemic DO NOT BOOK WITH OPODO I recommend booking with the airline because at least they will help with refund Told I cant have refund I cant have vouchers ...I can only rebook in the future upto December2021 HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THIS ….ITS THEFT
