“If I could give 0 stars .. I would!!!! After booking the flight I still didn’t get any confirmation after 24 hour and if I chat with Opodo about it than they telling me it’s still processing but charged me $69.60 for the agency fee????!!!!!!! The fee was nowhere mentioned when I booked the flight!!!!!!! I tried to call Opodo about my situation but somehow a guy in Indian responding to my call?????? And telling me I can pay the ticket with him???? I Thing all this is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m so disappointed and will never recommend Opodo!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Dear Reader, a big NO NO NO, NEVER book with Opodo. They have a system in place which makes you give up in case you really need to change, cancel, or even get a refund due to flight irregularities. Basically, once you purchase the ticket if something happens, or the airline has cancel the lfight, despite your passenger rights that airline is providing , Opodo will play that way so you cannot get either in touch with them , or they push you , without saying it, to accept the full refund. Once you confirmed it ( never do ) they take 20% of your total cost and a delay of at least 3 months to give the refund, in many cases even 67 month or never , ive heard. This is just SCAM, the whole customer service is in India with untrained travel agents, they transfer you from one department to another , in the end they "promise "you that " relevant department " will contact you within 48 hrs. But obviously this never happens. Even when you purchase so called VIP or premium package ( also never bite this promise ) they will continue to charge you unless you change your bank card, or declare it fraud. So, beware of their scandalous practice , non customer service and a huge ripoff .”

“i have noticed Opodo/edreams have started to put there own 5 star reviews on this site please do not believe these reviews it is just another scam they are scammers liars thieves if you are a good company Opodo/edreams pay my refund NOW BOOKING REF 6872332238 REFUND REQUEST 2282100 DATED 28/MAY/2021 and pay all the other people you have scammed”

“I would never recommend anyone to book through opodo! it has been 2,5 years since my flight got cancelled due to covid and for these past 2,5 years I have been trying to get my money back or a flight voucher but they are simply unreachable. Promise to get back to you but never do. Total costs? over 1400 euros! total amount of time having spent trying to get my money back? over 40 hours! only thing i received were chatt robots or people saying that it will be solved (after talking to chatt bots for hours) and never solving anything. Every time I receive the same answer: I have escalated this and will share this with my superior and get back to you. Once they said I received a voucher, but this voucher was only valid for a few months w(during Covid), which I never agreed to. Again, they were to come back to me and would 'escalate the issue'. Guess what happened? They never did and now we are here, 2,5 years down the road.Trust me, they never do! don't book here, ever, seriously, it's a big scam!”

“The airlines changed the date of my inbound (Dec 2021). I decided to not accepted the new date and asked for refund (Oct 21). After 3 months I check with Opodo about the status of my refund. They say no money received from the airline as they can do so according to SEPA regulations. They were supposed to give me an update within a short time lapse. No update. 6 months later I check again. Same story: the airline did not pay your refund dear customer... so we cannot give you your refund. In 72h we will let you know. No follow up. Today, 11 months later I have asked about the refund. Opodo said again the airline has not yet refunded the ticket, but they will let me know in 72 hours. I have the impression, of course it is wrong, that they do not want to give this little money back. But it seems a great many people experience the same problem. A mere coincidence? Maybe I should have spent a little bit money more on a ticket from the airline instead of booking through Opodo. Now I would have my money back and spent less money. Lesson learnt: don't book through Opodo. Cheaper is more expensive.”

“Australian Customers - Don't use this company, unless you want to lose your money Booked a return flight from Melbourne, Australia to Russia and in February cancelled due to Ukraine- Russian situation and Australian government advice, don't travel to this region. Impossible to contact OPODO and after 7 months no refund or update. After logging a refund claim and waiting 7 months the airline (Emirates) still has not received a request to refund money from OPODO. OPODO status update continues to say - waiting for the airline to refund money after which money will be transferred to the customer.”

“I agree with all the negative comments here. We requested a refund for a cancelled flight. It was refused because they said it hadn't been made within 24 hours of the booking. However, we have an email from them confirming they are processing the cancellation. This is dated 20 hours after the booking. We are taking this up with them through legal channels, but we recommend avoiding them at all costs.”

“I have purchased a flight from this website with a Travel Cancellation Insurance. The flight was cancelled and when I wanted to claim the insurance, they've said that I am not insured. A totally scam website ! Do not trust it!”

“This is scum company please don’t book and don’t loose your money. My return flight has bern cancel by airline and I have no money from there and there is no more return flight for that day but they won’t refund my departure flight becausr it’s book from different airlines!! Even though I book through them . I lost my money and no one helped”

“OPODO is a scam website. DO NOT EVER USE OPODO. I have been ripped off by them and they owe me hundreds of pounds. I have explained to them what happened and they don’t even take the time to read my emails they just occasionally send a response that there is nothing they can do about it.”

“Fraud all the agents lives in India no experience or can’t speak English.. don’t trust online services 020 3820 5361 I used this number and paid 600£ they took my money but didn’t reply anything after taken the money.fraud n they can’t speak English.never ever use online goggle service”
