@opodo your a shameful and cheating company, lying and hiding under a poor Indian call centre. I was told I have an open ticket after cancelling my ticket. Now I’m told it's not valid! Cheat and lying. I will let all my network know.#opodo #turkishairlines #DanaDunne #airlines

Absolute scam company. They lure you onto their website with cheap prices. Once you have typed in all you passenger data and literally click onto the pay button, a pop-up window appears saying " You are so close... Your flight prices have just increased to X". I have gone through their site multiple times (having a cheap price in my basket to begin with) and I can say with certainty that this has been programmed. Nothing has increased; it's just a tactic to get you onto their site, type in all your data and then purchase the price at a premium because you can't be bothered to go to another website and type in everything again. Everyone on your team who has designed and coded this should be ashamed. You have zero ethics and morale!

I bought 5 opodo tickets in August 2020 and the flights was canceled and now it's April 2022 and I still haven't received any money back and no other flights

I don’t recommend!! amateurs, unskilled staff, nothing can be solved either by phone or chat! You are a mess!!!!! My note for you = 1!!! You almost distroy my holiday!!

Booked a Christmas break with them and paid for Insurance and to be a prime member. They cancelled my outbound flights without authorisation but still charged me for inbound. It’s been 4 months and still no refund even though they promised me the money would be back in my account the next day. I’ve raised it with my bank and the response has been the inbound flight was unaffected. How can we get back if we didn’t even go. The bank has advised me that Opodo continue to take out Opodo prime without consent and they won’t return it so they kindly blocked Opodo to protect my account. I’ve called them today and asked why they are not just simply returning my money. I reckon they may go busy any minute. They are just accumulating funds before they do so please be warned and don’t use them or easyJet for anything.

OPODO (eDreams) - THE WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Avoid OPODO eDreams at all cost! Yes OPODO have cheap flights but that’s because they book you on 14hr stopovers without telling you then when you try to change the flight ask for an additional £400 per person. Not only that but you will never get anyone helpful on the phone as the OPODO call centre is in India and they read from a script. Further still if OPODO says expect a call back in 24hour, please don’t expect a call back! EVER!! I was expecting a call back a week prior to my trip, I called them daily and every time was told I’d get a callback in 24 hours, it never came. In the end went on my trip and phoned them daily to try to get the flight changed. The trip was ruined by this as I was constantly worrying I would not get home in time and would incur additional travel and stop over costs. Costs I could not afford. OPODO eDreams did not call me back or update my flight to the one I originally booked; with a 50 minute stopover (not 14hours). On the last day of the trip and after 10-20 phone calls I gave up on OPODO which is what they wanted me to do! OPODO eDreams said they were trying to get hold of the airline but in reality were stalling for time so I had to go on the flight they incorrectly booked me on. OPODO are so unwilling to help - they are simply making up the money they missed out on during the covid situation, regardless of the customer experience. In the end I went direct to Austria Airlines who changed the flight without fuss or additional charge within minutes which proves OPODO were lying and unwilling to help from the very beginning. Avoid disappointment, stress and anxierty and leave OPODO well alone!!!!

Are withholding my refund for over 9 months! My flight got cancelled in July 2021 and I requested a refund. They said it'll take 6 months because of covid and that Qantas was holding my money. I have a family friend who works for Qantas and said they never got the money so Opodo lied. I gave them an ultimatum and they said they will refund in 10 days, I waited 10 days and it never came, contacted them again and they said wait another 10 days. These guys are scammers and will steal your money, avoid like the plague.

They should be a shamed in f themselves they are fraud after I spoke to customer service to cancel subscription I was online after for 59 minutes no answer!! You can’t cancel online you can’t cancel on app they need to f…. Off

HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS? i simply booked some flights no problems, unbeknown to me they signed me up to opodo prime and used my debit card details used to book the flights to pay themselves £59.99, the "free trial" ends on the 27th ,i unsubscribe on that day but the payment is taken anyway, i will be taking this much further as to me it is fraud/theft

Booked with Opodo, they mixed up my flights without telling me. Had the return flight on the day of my flight to the destination. Had to work through customer service for over two hours, ended up getting a refund only and not a new flight. Had to rebook the flight, which was now 30% more expensive, as I booked it a couple days before. Did not receive any compensation.

OPODO has no customer service. They cash and then cancel the flights but not refund. Opdo is a scam travel agency.

This company do not even deserve 1 star. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Can never get through on the phone and if you do you wait at least 30 minutes. Their ‘chat channel’ is poor they try to direct you here advising there is no wait when the wait to speak to somebody who isn’t a robot takes just as long as on the phone. Please do not book with this company you will be left disappointed and out of pocket!!

Waiting still... 2 years on for a refund on an Edinburgh to Belfast return flight for my husband and me. No customer service. No refund.....no future business. Go somewhere else for cheap flights. It is not worth doing business with a dishonest company.

I've NEVER left a negative review for a company in my life, but thanks to Opodo, they've outdone themselves. The Opodo app is pushed onto you, but it doesn't even let you: * add/change baggage * receive boarding passes * and gives false allocated seating information I used them for booking flights with RyanAir, Opodo customer support basically re-directs you to the airline's website if you ask for changes (luggage), boarding passes etc.. why use their third-party service if you have to do it all manually yourself anyway? For the love of god, do NOT use Opodo, they're a glorified middleman that mismanages your booking's and you'll tear your hair out trying to fix it.

why are opodo/edreams still allowed to trade they are known world wide for being online scammers but i am pleased to say the UK government are now looking at this online scam please contact your MP and make your complaint we have to stop this scam so many people have been robbed by this disgusting scam please tell as many people as you can about this scam on social media or anywhere you can this site is good for exposing opodo/edreams for what they really are thieves liars scammers

Will never use OPODO again / fuyez OPODO pauvres fous Awful customer service. The issue I had is simple : OPODO simply did not book my flight. Let me say it again : when I arrived today at the airport today, thinking that everything was okay, I discovered that they simply did not book my flight. Why ? We will never now. Although I called them 4 times a few hours before my flight, they did not solve the issue. They only kept repeating on the phone that I had to wait. For what ? They did nothing, except, of course, charging my credit card. In the end, I had to buy from the airport a ticket 5x more expensive that the one I was supposed to get from opodo website. Of course, if the plane was full, i would have been unable to fly. Even the employees from the airport told me to never use this website, emphasizing all the litigation they have with the airline companies because of their ridiculous organization. ------- Le problème ? Opodo a tout simplement oublié de réserver mon vol auprès de la compagnie aerienne, ce que j'ai découvert bien sûr en arrivant a l'aéroport en pensant que tout était ok. J'ai appelé leur service client à 4 reprises quelques heures avant mon vol, et ils n'ont, malgré mon insistance, pas réussi à procéder à la réservation, leurs procédures internes étant sans doute trop sinueuses, et la cloture des réservations se produisant 2h avant le vol. Au téléphone, ils me répétaient seulement d'attendre, mais ils n'ont pas réussi a reserver le vol. En revanche, ils ont bien débité ma carte. Résultat : je me retrouve à régler directement à l'aéroport un billet 5x plus cher que celui que j'avais réglé sur le site Opodo. Bien sûr, si l'avion avait été plein, je n'aurais pas pu décoller à cause d'OPODO. Même les employés de l'aéroport m'ont conseillé de ne jamais utiliser ce site, en m'apprenant qu'ils avaient d'innombrables litiges avec les compagnes aériennes.

I would give minus a billion starts. One is way too much. They are scammers. Took my money and cancelled by booking for no reason. Kept my money. Customer service Not available. I’ve lost my money and no plane ticket now.
