The items are much higher priced than most stores. There was no receipt or a list of items ordered when I received my order. As a result, I check my order online only to find that the balance on my card was the only information indicated. There was no detail of the items placed online. I was concerned because I don't believe I ordered the vitamins that were sent, as well as the high level of mcg. The items that are displayed online that are in bottles are displayed as though they are large, only to receive a mini-sized (tiny) item at a high price. I've been very disappointed with the purchases. A lot of the items are poor in quality, and most of them you can find at the Dollar Store. I am so dissatisfied with the small selection available online and the poor quality of the overpriced items. I can go on and on, but the bottom line is that I'm not happy with being forced into using CVS for OTC.

CVS OTC are too pricey for generic name. For that reason I can only get very few tems before my balance go to zero. I know at Walmart I will get much more items for the same balance.

Well unfortunately they are stealing the benefits I was told I would receive my card in December, never received it so I gave them a call and was told another card would be issued out, I made an CVS OTC account and it said the card is on its way, I've wrote the last 4 digits just to have. Now in January it still never came so I gave them a call again and the irrogant woman said you should have been gotten your card I'll cancel that one and issue another one so I looked back on my account and a. New 4 digit number was given to me, so she said it takes 3- 4 weeks so another month that will be in February. Like there using the funds on the cards and issuing another card and spend the founds/ money on that card to because they don't rollover so like it's very sad that people are not trustworthy and are scamming from every angle. I'll be contacting an attorney and BBB...

I purchashed over $70.00 0f items at Walgreens yesterday & my card eas deleted.First time Iused it this yr.Can I be reinbursed?

This is for JAN 2025- Went to CVS they only had 9 items for OTC-couldn't get hand cream, soap, shampoo,Tylenol, prebiotic etc etc I then went to Walgreens & they were already out of most OTC items-so must only have a few OTC stocked each quarter If you go to Walmart the OTC are not ident & everything is locked up The OTC this year is like a bait & switch. It is WAY to complicated for old people It should be investigated as it is UNTHICAL to offer OTC & products are unavailable, double priced & stores only offer a FEW OTC items I am offered $45 & there is nothing to buy or order at the stores If you call the 800# to order the people are not well trained, get the orders wrong, and make you hold very long on the phone I need OTC for: razors, bath soap, vitamins, hand creams, face wash, Neosporin, plastic gloves, bed pads, poise pads, Vaseline, toothpaste,prebiotic, laxatives, prune juice, wipes,hair brush, peroxide,Gatorade, breakfast bars etc If the stores are going to participate in OTC they should have to include these items at reasonable prices & stock enough not run out the 1st day

Always takes over 2 weeks to get the products I order. It comes from down south. Pennsylvania doesn't have the products in stock at any CVS? You need a better system.

Always problems trying to login. When trying to reset pw, sometimes I get is quick, but then always told session expired! Why can't cvs fix their crappy site? Their aetna.com site has it's own problems. Cvs just sucks...!

Previous orders had been shipped in a padded box. The last order was sent in a plastic bag. Four boxes inside were crushed, and one item was wrong. I was told they would not replace the crushed items, since the contents were still useable. They told me they would replace the item that was missing and to keep the item that I didn't order (I don't need vitamins for my eyes). The toll-free number listed at the bottom of the packing slip had the wrong area code - the number went to some type of place that was offering me a medical alert device, and I was asked the question, "Can you hear me?" I thought it was a person, so I said "Yes," however, it was a recording, and now I am worried that by saying "Yes," I have erroneously authorized some type of purchase. I ended up having to call my insurance provider in order to get the correct number for customer service. I never did like dealing with CVS Caremark either and transferred all of our prescriptions to our local pharmacy.

Every quarter I suffer through this bureaucratic nightmare to get free items. I would rather go to the store and get the items instead of ordering them and waiting for the shipment. Also, if my bill is a few dollars over, there’s no way I can pay the difference online. I live in a large city near three CVS stores. No matter which one I go to, the checkout people never know how to do this transaction. This is a nationwide program that I am assuming millions of people can use. It’s a shame that no one can teach people at CVS how to process these transactions. I end up taking several different types of bottles to the checkout to see which one is really covered under my benefit. There used to be a little tags on the shelf with OTC on them, but they seem to have disappeared. The app is also hard to work with. I type in “calcium “to search for vitamins, and I get a big list with toothbrushes included in it. It’s also annoying out of the dozens of apps I use, this one does not remember my email or password. There’s nothing stored on this app. Even Social Security on the IRS store your name and password. Please get somebody to work on these issues. This is supposed to be benefiting the customers, not causing frustration.

Never ever have anything that I need in stock in catalogue but am told to go look for it at the store and rarely if they have it , it is much more expensive there and it is taxed and not taxed in the catalogue! Beyond terrible!!!

I ordered the remaining $60 of my annual fall risk prevention allowance. One bathroom stool, one bathtub mat and one package of night lights. First I received only the night lights, waited 2 more weeks and 2 phone calls that ended with me being told my item were delivered. After writing the warehouse (address at bottom of packing slip) I finally got the bath stool, no mat, just another set of lights!(??) Looking at the weight on packing slip (7.04 lbs) vs the weight on shipping label (11.4 lbs) I understood, they are scamming, either employees are stealing or just another case of ceo pocketing money. EITHER WAY...PEOPLE ARE BEING BILLED FOR ITEMS THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING AND THAT IS A VIOLATION OF RIGHTS, FRAUD AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES, what about rights under 504? PEOPLE NEED ANSWERS HERE!!!!!

They sent me two items that I did not order. Not one item was received that I ordered. Items probably worth less than 10, I ordered 44. worth of items. This happened over 30 days ago and I am still having to call customer support and Aetna trying to get my order AND I pay an extra amount every month for this benefit on my Aetna plan. No accountability whatsoever, no desire to fix issue in a prompt manner. I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star.

Ordered 6 items. Got 3 items. They did not put money back so I could order other items in the month of May. I got $12.00 in items. I lost $22.00. What a rip off! OTC can keep their products. I can buy same items cheaper in other stores. Shame on CVS. I buy my medicines somewhere else! Take that CVS.

Unable to find many common bathroom items. The ones that are there are significantly overpriced. Today, searched for "shaving". Brought me to a scrren that said there were 9 items except none of them were visible? Out of stock, no longer carried, no longer subject to the plan...you're guess as good as mine. Site is slow to respond and occassionally the screen freezes and previous items won't go away. Poor excuse for a website and certainly not fitting of the name health solutions.

Unable to scan items in the store for eligibility to purchase, never did work, it says "Coming soon" and "Check back with us for updates", so I did and your very polite CSR said they couldn't help me.

Absolutely terrible. I called today to complain about not receiving my order complete. The phone call was answered by a robot that was trying to sell a product then the robot transferred me to another robot doing the same thing pretending to be a person and deceiving and then they did that a third time it is ridiculous they're trying to get the elderly to accept products they don't want this should be illegal when I finally spoke to a person after 3 minutes of being harassed by robot callers trying to sell some emergency device I complained to the lady who insisted that she couldn't do anything about it she refused to give me her name she refused to put me with a supervisor or a manager I don't understand how these people can be in business they should be closed down.
