Insolvent Rogue Traders These cowboys are breathtaking. There is no email, and they do not answer their phones. In other words they are completely unwilling to enter into a normal customer/provider relationship. My experience is that I cancelled my order, using their online form and firmed that up with a webnote, and they still proceeded to take my money. Having eventually gotten through to them by phone on the third day of lengthy waits, I was told and I quote verbatim - "You are being ******* ridiculous" I was also informed that there is no manager to speak to. I told them if they did not process the refund at once, I was going to the Police. They eventually agreed to actually process the cancellation/refund and informed me I was blacklisted from ever using them again. This is the day after I already told them via their useless webnotes system that I was completely unhappy with them and required them to erase my username/password from their system, and process my refund. A total shambles from a company with a formerly good reputation. Absolutely breathtaking. I was required to give 1 star in order to complete this review. These guys should not be trading under any circumstances, as their actions border on outright criminality.

Horrific customer service, spent an hour and a half on hold before being cut off the first time, then another 2 hours before giving up. They took my order claiming there were 2 left in stock and it will be with me 1-3 days. a week later it wasn't dispatched, no reply to a webticket, nobody to answer the phone, checked and it's now out of stock, guessing they just take orders and hope they can fill and have nobody there to answer complains. I just hope their refund form works

They advertised a Rog Ryujin 360 AIO cooler as in stock on their web site , clearly stating 4 in stock . I ordered the payment of £200+ went out immediately. I monitors the website and sure enough the stock number fell from four to 3 then the day after from three to 1 and eventually to 0 I had assume my order was safe , 5 days later I checked their web site again and a message appeared in my basket out of stock . Absolutely unacceptable. I contacted them on the phone no answer , and through their web note option receiving automated response , dispute their assertions that customers would get a response within in four hours. I am now waiting for a refund , and will be easing an issue with PayPal . Never useOverclockers UK absolutely not

Terrible customer service! I Could not track my order. Overclockers Did not respond to my emails about queries about my order. I was on hold for 1 hour and 31 minutes! Yes! 1hour & 31minutes! When I finally got through there was no apology for my wait on the phone or my ignored emails!? The man I spoke to on the phone didn't care that I was upset or that I was cancelling my order due to being so poorly looked after as a customer, he just wanted me off the phone with no apologies or explanations? I would never order from here again and would not recommend to family or Friends. I'm actually mortified at the way I was treated. So upset.

Ordered a gaming chair back in November 2020, to be delivered 15th December. It never arrived. I contacted support, they said it will be dispatched on 21st, nothing. Got a dispatch note on 24th saying it's been shipped - The tracking says that the courier are still waiting for the parcel on 4th January! Nearly 6 weeks later and still haven't received it!

Ordered a case 3 weeks ago, still not arrived. Email response said they had it and were waiting to ship it, that was 5 days ago. On hold for over half an hour, gave up. Order still shows as not yet shipped. The items E.T.A has changed 4 times since ordering. Thankfully I ordered the rest of my build from Scan and Amazon with out a problem. (I nearly ordered all of my build from O.C until they added the VAT just before checkout, blowing themselves out of the water, nice try!) So far a complete waste of time.

Avoid this company. Placed an order on the 4th December for a Noblechairs Epic Gaming Chair as a Christmas present. Website clearly showed it was in stock at time of ordering. After a week, order still hadn’t shipped. Contacted Overclockers only to be told item was out of stock and wouldn’t arrive until January 2021. Completely joke! Shop elsewhere.

35 minutes, and waiting, for customer support with a stupid message “please Wait for next available agent”. Other companies give you the courtesy to tell you what your queue number is. Ordered via finance which went smoothly with the external company, but no update on the ocuk website hours later despite fully approved and confirmed finance. You’d think when spending a *small fortune* there would be some semblance of decent quality of information exchange. Previous purchases went well when no finance was used. There was no need for customer support. But this experience definitely gives me a different perspective to consider when buying a expensive goods.

Poor handling of RTX 3000 series will guarantee I will never purchase from OCUK again. I understand that the stock is bad everywhere, but it's the communication, or lack thereof, that is the disappointment. Never-mind bans being handed out in their community (only place to get order updates like expected stock) when trying to gain some information. Compared to competitors who can put together a dedicated page, detailing expected stock for weeks to come, which is updated before mid-day, every day, Overclockers is a joke.

Overpriced products which fail to be delivered. Happy to hold on to my money for months on end, with the bare minimum of information supplied about when to expect delivery. They promised to provide almost daily information and all I get is one email a week about a queue position, and a once a week forum post about which SKUs they've received shipments of. Lack of clarity from their management, lack of clarity from their suppliers too. Don't order from them. I certainly won't be doing so again.

Poor company, over 2 months after placing an order and still waiting for it to be delivered. They're happy to keep my money in their bank account, making the interest, along with the thousands of others who have put their faith in them. They also have a sister company in Germany - caseking.de. selling same products at higher prices in euros. I have concerns these customers are taking priority on orders. Never again OCUK you are awful and not to be trusted again!

Terrible ordering experience. Ordered two MSI 3080s on release day (just barely as their site was hardly even usable) queued for both of them and paid on separate orders, then waited weeks for a queue date and unhelpful updates from their forum that were vague and often manipulated to look better for OC, then they canceled one order, with no reply to me when I contested it. Still 8 weeks from release without a card and not the faintest prediction of when it might arrive, plus no clarification on if the free Watch Dogs game code will be extended to when my card eventually arrives. Abysmal service.

I'm still waiting over two months for a product after they missed 2 etas.... the 2nd being a "confirmed" shipment that turned out to be false. They claimed it was a "miscommunication." If they would have stayed in contact with the supplier it wouldn't have taken a whole MONTH to figure this out. Meanwhile I've missed several opportunities with competitors waiting on a delivery that never existed.... TERRIBLE

I've been a customer of Overclockers for years, I was still living with my parents when I made my first purchase (so ~20 years ago). For the longest time they were fantastic, and the inclusion of a packet of Harribo with each order is a nice touch...but all good things must come to an end. To be fair, we all know that the RTX 30xx series of cards have low stock everywhere - however Overclockers are giving no indication as to when we can expect our cards. So far I have had two queue update emails (which it is claimed are only sent when they have shipped your type of card) - but there has been no info stating that the card I ordered has been shipped at all. In fact, the updates didn't even mention that the TUF 3080 was even being delivered to them. So either many people cancelled (probable), or they got a delivery and didn't update the forum. Either way, how am I supposed to know when I might get the product that has been paid for? Do I cancel my order and try elsewhere? Has Overclockers bothered to respond to my email (webnote) asking for an official ETA? No, they are running silent. Communication is far from their strong point, support has gone downhill, and they try to force you to use the forum. The forum might be official but the moderators are not (they do not work for OCUK), so good luck getting an accurate answer. Frankly they have grown to big, and as a result have lost what made them special. When I do finally get the product that has been paid for in full, it will be my last purchase - I will not be ordering from them again.
