This company will only help you out with returns if it's inside of their legally required 30 day period, if your item develops a fault after 31 days they will not help you and tell you to just go to the manufacturer. Very poor service, this was the first time I ever had an issue with an item needing to be RMA'd after using them for years, and they couldn't care less outside of their legal requirements. I won't be buying anything from them again after this.

Having trouble with an order that did not arrive complete I get the impression they don’t want to sort this out

Ordered an watercooler from overclockers on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery. But I have just received an email saying that I won't be receiving my item until Tuesday! I understand that I ordered it quite late in the day on Wednesday, so I wasn't expecting to get it on Thursday, and I understand that Easter Friday is a Bank Holiday, but why can't it be delivered on Saturday?? If I had known that I would have to wait almost a week for delivery I wouldn't have ordered the item at all! This should have been made clear when I made my purchase. I'm really angry.

Ordered a b grade tempered glass tower, multiple RGB parts. The RGB parts are as listed however the tower isn't glass, why would I put light components in a standard case.

I would recommend avoiding overclockers at all cost. I ordered the Asus GeForce RTX 3080 TUF Gaming OC 10GB GDDR6X PCI-Express Graphics Card in October 2020 it is now March 2022 and I have not received my card and also received very little in terms of updated from Overclockers. When I contacted their support they offered me an exchange for a worse card at an increased price which is obviously just laughable considering the year and five months I have waited for my card. I will be contacting both NVIDIA and ASUS directly about the sad state of one of their retailers.

They straight up scammed me just before Christmas, they sent me a completely different card (dead stock) to the card advertised, described and photographed online, said that it was an inventory mistake, and were unable to replace it with the card that I’d ordered, pushed me into a corner where I had to accept the difference between the card advertised and the card I’d received apparently ~£50 - where they pulled that number from I have no idea seeing as they don’t even stock the advertised card. Scammers then sent me £40, I didn’t want to pay £40 less for the worse card, I wanted the card that I’d ordered and they weren’t willing to do anything about it. I think they wanted rid of a load of dead stock, used an ‘inventory error’ as an excuse and are hoping nobody can be bothered to pursue it further. This has ruined a Christmas gift and frustrated me so much, their returns clearly have experience in the art of the deal, I actually got swindled by a gamer website fml.

Functionally thieves. Ordered a 3080 9 months ago, an hour after release. They attempted to deliver one on January 4th, but it failed to leave the country due to them misfiling customs paperwork. So far, fine - Supply problems and brexit have been a nightmare for everyone. Since then they've failed to keep me updated unless I message, and then they insist I call through their obnoxious on hold music. They've 'had' to cancel my order and create a new one due to how their ancient order system works. They've refunded the first order on to the wrong, defunct card, and are making me do the work of chasing up why it hasn't bounced. Meanwhile, the second order - which I have now paid for twice - has not updated 5 months later. I've been a loyal customer of theirs since 2001, and they genuinely were good at one point. However, brexit and supply problems have unveiled all the flaws which have crept into their business process the moment anything goes wrong. Currently, absolutely no-one should order anything from them under any circumstances whatsoever.

Purchased a RTX 3060 because I was in desperate need of a card. Little did I realise I could have brought from scalpers cheaper on eBay! Disgrace of a company.

It's all gone down hill, they have thrown customer service out the window. Accept orders for "in stock" items, then ghost you. waited 3 weeks to have my order cancled. As a long term customer with years of sales history on my account, this is just a big middle finger. You'll never see another order from me again, nor the clients I manage.

Sold me a faulty monitor. Then I had to wait months for the replacement. Then the replacement Went faulty. Then they tried to shove me off onto the manufacturer who tried to send me back in a loop. Would do NOTHING to help me except simply offer my money back. Which doesn't help because not having a monitor effects my livelihood, and I paid top dollar and invested MONTHS/WEEKS of time to get the product I wanted (impossible to get a hold of this model). Their solution was just go without it for weeks to get it repaired or refund it and buy a lesser one. Pure profit orientated with no consideration or special care for individuals as customers. Staff are friendly but completely tied up by management.

OCUK Cancelled my rtx3080 order today (April 16th 2021), that I paid for in full on the 17th September 2020. 7 months and they coiuld only get a little over 300 of one of the most popular cards. Pathetic. Rude staff, zero customer service, weird cult like forum community of white knights. Avoid at all costs. I won't ever be back.

Ordered items that were in stock, paid for items, got given order confirmation. OC then cancelled the order with the reasoning that lots of bots had ordered items. Given I've ordered from them multiple times in the past, it should have been easy to identify legitimate customers. Disappointing. And of course, money taken immediately, but refund will take much longer

Absolutely horrendous company. Initially pretended to have stock of RTX 3000 series cards in, then it turns out that they falsely do that so that when they eventually get them in you are already obliged to buy through them. Now they have proven once again how greedy they are and do not have customer interest at heart as unlike all other retail sites, they have grossly overpriced the graphics cards to absurd levels of mark ups. Horrendous company strategy and I will never, ever buy from there and will warn off anyone that listens.

Overclockers are engaged in a campaign of censorship. Any mention of competitors gets you an instant suspension on their forum. They’re very greedy and the gouging is ridiculous when a graphics card can be as much as £700 cheaper at Scan.

Bunch of crooks Ordered a case from them and got sent back to them due to Brexit, they asked me if I want to get it sent back and I said yea. Now 2 months later still no sign from them and they say they have an "IT issue" which is their way of saying "please cancel your order so we can sell the case at a higher price Thank you". My first order with them so you'd think they wanted to retain new customers and take care of you but I guess they are too greedy for that. Stay away if you actually want to get what you pay for!!!

Don't buy their overly priced pre-orders of the rtx 3000 series as they wont get the stock in for months, and judging by the que position I was on I would of had to wait for another 6 months.

You cannot phone them. At least 1.5 hours on hold. They do not respond to normal or manager webform queries. They do not care what you want once they have your money. Worst customer services I have ever seen in the UK - yes worse than Curry’s!!!!
