“The casket arrived on the next day as promised. Only thing is that the delivery company initially couldn't guarantee that it could arrive before the time the funeral home's receiving team got off work. That caused some stress, but after help from Overnight Caskets and the funeral home contacting the delivery company, it made it right before they closed. Dustin from Overnight Caskets provided great customer service. The casket itself looked nice and no major blemishes. However, upon inspection, the movement mechanism inside the casket to raise the platform did not move easily up and down. So the funeral home will do their best to raise the platform as much as possible for the viewing, which means the guests might have to bend over more into the casket to view the person.”

“This was a very good quality product for the cost. Paid almost 1/2 of the least expensive casket, funeral home offered. It came free shipping in 2 days, direct to funeral home. I received daily email status updates. Got many compliments on the casket. Even the funeral director asked where I got the casket from, as he was impressed as well. This was easy to order, and saved $1000. If the made in china sticker wasn’t on the casket, would have been a 5 star.”

“The online ordering was very simple. I paid extra for overnight shipping to ensure it arrived on time. The quality of the casket exceeded my expectations, the color was perfect (navy blue) and the details were immaculate. There were no imperfections and we received many compliments on how nice the casket was. The Funeral Home was very receptive to us ordering outside of their service to save expenses. Great service to have as an option.”

“Overnight casket delayed the delivery of my casket for my uncle it was supposed to be shipped on the Thursday and they said the earliest Wednesday I called them Thursday because nobody gave me a courtesy call to let me know that the casket was not there when I called the young man told me that he did not have my casket that I ordered and that he can send me a similar one and it will not arrive until Monday in the memorial services was Tuesday the viewing what's on Monday it would be too late the representative said they called the supervisor I asked him for the supervisor number I was refused the number because they said they never called the supervisor they called the freight company so therefore suspicious alarm me with the lies being told about calling the supervisor I raised pure hell with the representative and asking that I need to get my legal adviser involved the representative said they can refund me my money but what was I going to do with it being a Friday and no time or chance to order the casket in time for the viewing on Monday and the service is to after back and forth calls well over six to eight calls I get a call from the mortuary in the mortuary said they talked to the casket company and the casket company is trying to reach me because at that point I didn't want to talk to him anymore finally when I called the casket representative they told me the casket that I ordered was on the freight and when will be delivered overnight too many games too much anxiety for 1 and 1/2 the bear on top of the grief of not knowing that the casket that was fully paid for at the time of purchase will not arrive on time for the services I would not refer them again or refer anyone to them but the casket was beautiful and we got a lot of compliments other than that taxi services taxi business checking customer service”

“Thanks to overnight caskets, your name is truly for your business, my moms funeral was September 18th, I ordered her casket September 15th and to my surprise I got a call on the 16th from the parlour to say that the casket arrived without no damages etc. You guys are awesome thanks again, folks purchase from this company the caskets are much less than what's offered at the parlors. By the way mine was shipped to Hollis queens parlor R Stutuman and Sons funeral home one of the best Funeral homes if you are looking for one. Hollis Royalty”

“The casket arrived on time. I heard the driver drops it off in the parking lot and a funeral parlor does not like that. LOL. My sister said the Motherr casket was absolutely beautiful! The funeral director tried to needle me on what type of casket I was getting and I told him the Mother. He then asked if I paid for it already and what the serial number was and I told him I did not pay for it because I did not know if they had room to sit on it and I knew what he was getting at so I told him it was 18 gauge for $1,100 and he coughed and said that's barely my cost and then hung up on me. Thumbs up and five stars to overnight caskets.”

“Convenient and decent prices. However the casket I ordered, though it showed available online, turned out to not be available. I received a call the following business day to say it was not available and was up-sold a more expensive casket over the phone. At that point we had little choice but to pay more to get another casket since we did not have more time before the funeral. If something is not available it should not display as available on the website.”

“The funeral home requested that the casket is inspected on delivery to avoid any issues. Have there been issues before ? Not at all - the casket was perfect, not a scratch and worth of every penny. Price was 1 third of similar casket that can be purchased at the funeral home. Delivery driver went "extra mile" to save my son 3 hours from the trip to inspect the casket. I am extremely happy with the company - they saved me money and a lot of stress with this unusual purchase and kudos to the driver.”

“Ordered casket after 1PM EDT on a Wednesday and it arrived Monday by 2PM CDT which was 3 business days as expected. We didn't have a lot to spend but the casket was beautiful and proper quality for the cost. You have to meet the delivery service at the funeral home to unpack it so make sure to follow the delivery statuses closely. Thanks for the service.”

“Their service went above and beyond, in a time of need when you may not be thinking clearly. I was able to purchase a casket from them Friday late afternoon with one phone call and the casket showed up early Monday morning in Palm Harbor, FL. Thank you Tony”
