First of all who delivers on a Sunday, then they said they tried to deliver my package today I have been waiting ALL DAY AY HOME, have not left ONCE! “Currently on third attempt to deliver a parcel. They have some unspecified 'problem with the address' but have not attempted to call the number we gave them in case of problems. Ever other delivery service can find the address with no problems.”
“AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM. I have never failed to receive a package. Same address, same phone number for years. But with the most important delivery, they have proven to be a disaster. My parents had to stay at home all day expressly to receive the package without fail, and it turns out that the delivery man lies saying that they could not deliver the package due to absence, when the doorbell at my house, apart from being noisy, comes with the supported by my dog's barking, so it is impossible for anyone to have opened the door if it had rang. After receiving Paack's notification of failed delivery due to absence, 2 minutes later I called my sister, who was also at home waiting for the package, and she told me that no one had rang, and that the dog had not barked either. Therefore, it is very clear that the delivery man lied. Afterwards, I decided to call Paack, to claim that the delivery person lied, and on top of that he didn't call me, as professional delivery people usually do, and they simply responded that it had been rescheduled for tomorrow. So I decided to send written complaints to your email. And the only thing they answer is that they will try to investigate what happened and take disciplinary measures so that it does not happen again in the future. And what about the order I'm waiting for today? Don't you solve the problem of the PRESENT? The disciplinary measure that would be effective is to tell the delivery person to make the delivery again TODAY, even if he has to extend his working hours, because it was his mistake. Anyway... I am very dissatisfied and disgusted with the service. I am clear that the next time I see Paack being hired for delivery, I will reject it. “PAACK indicated that a package was delivered after a second attampt. This was incorrect even though the address was verified for a second time. After a week of difficult communication with their Customer Services, I just received an email that they had a "logistical incident" and could not deliver my package and that I had to contact Amazon directly to get a refund. Try and avoid if possible.”
“Paack indica che il pacco è stato consegnato, ma NON è mai arrivato nulla. Il venditore (Aliexpress) dice che devo contattare Paack; ma NON è possibile contattare Paack, non c'è un telefono o un contatto italiano. Alla fine, Paack non ha consegnato (o chissà dove ha consegnato) però non risponde.
Aggiornamento: la risposta di Paack indica un link che manda ad una pagina in spagnolo e che comunque NON offre alcun contatto per la soluzione. A questo punto è veramente una presa in giro !

“They never deliver, literally, never. I have had at least 7 orders that were sent via Paak and they never attempt a delivery.
They will send an ¨attempted delivery¨ text that evening or next day, but it is false.
Packages are always left at a drop off location, notification of the location is usually 2 days after the expected delivery date, and then I have to go and get the packages.
So every Paack delivery will mess up 2 days of my work and family schedule. Except now I have it to just 1 day, because I know the delivery person will never arrive.”
“Todos precisam estar cientes de que esse serviço de entrega é o PIOR. Estou mais convencido do que nunca de que as pessoas que dão boas classificações ficam muito felizes por terem realmente recebido o pacote (quando você olha para alguns dos pilotos e seus equipamentos antigos e atitudes muito ruins), elas dão mais estrelas e talvez até sintam desculpe pelos motoristas. Pode não ser culpa deles, pois a empresa como um todo é a culpada por isso. As entregas reais têm mais de 90% de chance de apresentar algum tipo de problema - GARANTIDO. Levo minhas avaliações e processos muito a sério. Esta é uma observação que fiz ao longo de 2 anos, a viver em Portugal. Barr Nunn é a pior operadora, mas o Amazon ES continua usando-os. Everyone need to be aware that this delivery service is the WORST. I am more convinced than ever that people who give good ratings are either just to happy that they actually got the package (when you look at some of the drivers and their old equipment and very bad attitudes), they give more stars and even maybe feel sorry for the drivers. It might not be their fault as the company as a whole are to be blamed for this. The actual deliveries have a 90% plus chance of having some sort of problem - GUARANTEED. I take my reviews and process very serious. This is an observation I have made over the span of 2 years, living in Portugal. Barr Nunn the worst carrier, yet Amazon ES keep using them. Please Amazon, stop using Paack. If you value your customers, please please stop using Paack. I am so frustrated that I have to resort to writing bad reviews, just because people's outcries are not being heard.”
“Waited in 4days as parcel allegedly out for delivery. Each time they claimed I was not home. On two occasions the front door was open and nobody was in street at the time they claed to have tried to deliver. Obvious lies.”
“I want to give zero if possible. This is a fraud company. They never deliver at all, they just keep the parcels and send you messages that they fail to deliver because you are not at home for 2 days, and then they return the parcel to the sender. It is their way not to work but charge somebody double the freight! No way to really contact them because they do not exist! (Can you believe this: their online service provides us a local telephone number which is not activated at all!)”

“My package from an online retailer was automatically assigned to Paack so it's just my bad luck that I have to deal with this company. The package was apparently rescheduled because I was unavailable, despite me being at home. They blatantly lie and have secured themselves as their drivers can but are not obliged to contact you over the phone so they can pretend like they came to deliver. They also have very conveniently claimed that they are "environment friendly" and will no longer leave paper notification of delivery attempts and will inform merchants digitally. This is obviously very easy for them to fabricate and it is shared only with the retailer NOT customer. Meanwhile, I am expected to stay home every day between 9 am to 10 pm for a week to receive the order as per their mood. The worst kind of delivery company is not one that delays, but one that promises to deliver every day and then never shows up. Non existent work ethic and logic. It is a wonder that this level of poor customer service is acceptable. We are in 2023 and they still don't have a better solution for package delivery, it is a shame that they are still in business.”
