Don't use their service! Took a lot of money of me for nothing! Also, they don't have any costumer service to solöve problems....Criminals!

We are still waiting for our parcel to be picked up. nobody is coming. Packlink are not communicating wit the courier effectively and we are constantly calling the courier. But nobody will listen to us because this needs to be handled by packlink. Nobody is offering a solution. We need to get our money refunded for this horrible handling and we need to send our parcel through another way.

whatever you do, don't use these unscrupulous cowboys. they take responsibility for nothing, disclaim liability for everything, you will stuck talking to this useless middle man who offers nothing in the way of service in the event anything goes wrong - they don't communicate properly with the courier, can't guarantee anything, won't work together with ebay's rules despite their affiliation, just useless ROBBERS.

I Will never use again. Contacted weeks later to be told that I owe more postage. Offer no proof to back this claim up and then just take the money with absolutely no permission from myself, before the dispute process has even been sorted. They will ask you for proof of weight of a parcel that you sent weeks ago. So keep pictures or better still, find another company to use. The customer service is slow to say the least and the whole experience has been extremely unpleasant.

Stay away from this company, 6 weeks after sending a small table top juicer with them I received a charge of £78 apparently because it weighed 105kg and not the 5kg declared. Proof of the item sent to then showing a screen shot of the item sold and showing the tracking number on the item. Unfortunately they don't want to know they just dip into your account and fraudulently take your money. This isn't the first time they have done this, but it is the last as I would never touch this unscrupulous company again. NO STARS BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!

paid for delivery of a package from Ireland to UK. Then i was told that packlink do not service that address. (In the centre a major city)! They promised a refund in upto 5 days. Three weeks later - no refund and no meaningful communication.

He realizado un pedido para un envío de un Monitor, valor de 3800€, de propiedad de mi empresa, Sonnedix, a través del servicio ofrecido por Packlink. Para estar protegido contra eventuales daños de transporte, hemos contratado con Packlink el seguro máximo ofrecido, que tenía que cubrir daños hasta 2500€. El Monitor ha sido enviado desde Madrid a Milán, en su embalaje original, a través de los transportistas de UPS. Una vez probado el Monitor, nos hemos dado cuenta de un daño evidente en su funcionamiento: la presencia de multíplices líneas en la pantalla, que impiden su correcto utilizo. Hemos contactado el servicio de asistencia de Packlink para empezar el proceso de reclamación a través del seguro contratado, y después de comentar que el embalaje no era suficiente para proteger el monitor (el mismo embalaje original con lo que la empresa productora nos ha enviado el monitor en Marzo 2021), hemos recibido otra respuesta que nos decía que el embalaje no era suficientemente dañado para abrir la reclamación (embalaje que presenta un golpe evidente por el lado donde ha sido colocado el monitor) y por esta razón han rechazado nuestra petición.

Cheap but parcel was not picked up 3 days in a row with no explanation nor apology. They did refund quickly though.

Un servicio muy deficiente que ha afectado mis calificaciones como vendedor. No recomendado. El paquete aún no se ha recogido 6 días después de la fecha de recogida, muy mala comunicación de Packlink, cero comunicación del mensajero. Solicitud de reembolso sin respuesta. Un servicio muy deficiente que ha afectado mis calificaciones como vendedor. No recomendado.

I have a loss case open since 30 March 2021, packlink kept assigning the case one Customer Service Advisor to another. Latest Customer Service Advisor Calum Cant hasn't got back to me since July. I had paid full cover for the package, but Packlink still won't compensate my loss.

Ho confermato una spedizione per Londra in data 16 Settembre. Il pacco e' stato ritirato il 17 Settembre. Il 20 settembre ho ricevuto un messaggio che richiedeva di pagare Import Fee Due eBay Italia con un link a UPS che non funziona. Il tracking del pacco sul sito di Packlink o UPS non lo trovava. A questo punto ho contattato sia Packling che UPS. Ho chiamato e scritto a UPS (23 Settembre) per rilasciare immediatamente il pacco, confermando ancora che si trattava di oggetti 'usati' e personali. Sfortunatamente i pacco e' stato trattenuto ancora. In data 27 Settembre sono stata chiamata da UPS e obbligata a pagare un dazio doganale di £57.63. Il contenuto del pacco era stato dichiarato correttamente sia su carta, che via email e anche via telefono. Non capisco perché il mio pacco sia stato trattenuto e tassato. Oltre a questo il corriere sostiene di avere cercato di effettuare una consegna in data 27 e 28 Settembre ma non e’ mai passato. Oggi sto ancora aspettando. Ho chiesto un risarcimento a UPS ma non lio ricevuto. Ho pagato un servizio con consegna in 2 giorni. Ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto il pacco e probabilmente dovrò andarlo a ritirare da qualche parte. Ho pagato più del doppio. Il servizio clienti e' stato pessimo. Evitare questo servizio (o meglio disservizio)!!

Informed me to pay extra fee for sent parcel after 7 months! What they been doing all this time?? Customer service don't even want to hear about their own fault. Ebay cover protects for 90 days so it should be same, even orders disappears after 90 days and i cant check them. Shipping prices also sometimes different for some reason, when i make listing it lets me to choose and when i buying label its different price and its United Kingdom postcode. Really disappointed, and dont reply on my feedback that you sorry and i should contact customer service, its no point you just trying be nice in front of others and it will not change anything. You charged me from my PayPal without telling me that you will..

I am absolutely shocked by how Packlink treat their costumers. First, my parcels went missing due to an error solely on Packlinks side. When they are finally found and re-sent to me, approximately 3 months later, they are in absolute shambles. I had payed extra for insurance but my claim was rejected for completely unjustified reasons. Now they've also stopped responding - they just simply do not care about their costumers. Do yourself a favour and do NOT use this company. They have scammed me and they will scam you too.

My parcel got lost , it had full insurance. Packlink still wont compensate my claim since 30 March 2021 ( 6 months as of now ).

Dear customers, I sincerely needed to leave this feedback because I had the worst experience ever dealing with Packlink.com. I'm a stylist and we had an important photoshoot for a huge Exhibition which required a shipment from Spain to London. The end of this shipment is that I placed it on the 31st of August and It's now the 20th of September and I still didn't receive it. The photoshoot got problems because of those missing looks as well as the designer that couldn't receive his samples back. The website promises a certain kind of service that wasn't guaranteed since the beginning. I would carefully value approaching the Packlink service due to a big lack of communication within the team as well as the service that they offer. We paid for an Express delivery that unfortunately wasn't "Express" at all! There was a problem with the invoice at the beginning that regarded the type of items inside the parcel followed by costs per each of the pieces inside. I contacted so the online chat for customer service to understand if I could've changed those mistakes. The guy replied that was easily possible just by filling up again the invoice attached in the email I received. Well, after declaring the items as "Samples" and after correcting the real cost of those samples which was wrong in the first instance, I sent back the corrected one. From that moment was a real story! I never received my "Express parcel" on time, I had to send fourth times the same exactly invoice because they're still saying that the invoice is wrong. So I don't understand who's joking me in this story. I decided to check so with the company TNT that was delivering my package through the Packlink.com booking collection. The surprise is that TNT didn't have any problem with the invoice and that the package should be delivered in two days. The service they promise is a lack of communication between Packlink and the company that's delivering the parcel to you. I'm really concerned about this experience, It's also my first time leaving feedback so negative because I literally never had this kind of experience before. I would think a little more before booking with them because the service and the care they offer it's really poor...

Pure horror when it comes to solve a problem with the customer service. Only auotamically generated answers. Because of Packlink I lost 40 Euro for nothing!

Wanted to give 0 star but there is no option to do that. Had sent a parcel(10kg) to my brother in UK from dublin on 05/08/2021 through UPS via packlink. The time shown for delivery was 3 days. It has been around 30 days now but the package has not been delivered. The tracking status kept showing that the package was refused by the receiver but my brother never got any phone call or ring at the door for the delivery. On contacting the packlink agent kept saying they would get back to me. I have been contacting them every alternate day to get a stats update but none of the agents were able to do so. Each time they aid they would get back to me. Its been 30 days now and still the packlink guys do not know anything about the package. My package is still in limbo somewhere and Packlink do not have a clue about it. I am sure even this rating is not going to make any difference to packlink as was apparent from all the communication I have received from them so far. PLEASE DO NOT USE PACKLINK IF YOU WANT YOUR PARCEL ACTUALLY DELIVERED.
