That is the original price. For 50 rounds you say the price is slashed from 23$ to 15. 15$ is the price everywhere. Canik TTI combat is 950$. “Ordered my first gun from palmetto and selected an FFL from their list. The FFL wasn't able to transfer the gun and shipped it back to Palmetto. They refunded me the cost of the gun but not shipping. The FFL told me that he had just contacted Palmetto to be removed from their list just week prior when they sent him a gun for another customer. I called palmetto and asked them to refund $20, but they told me that somewhere in their terms and conditions it says they they won't. I asked multiple time for them to reconsider but they chose to stand by their policy, even though their own website let's you select the FFL and doesn't have a message alert to call for confirmation prior to ordering. They obviously don't maintain their own ordering system and make the customers liable for shortcomings of their systems.
Palmetto lost a customer over $20, which in my opinion makes no sense. In fact, when I disputed the $19 with chase, they just immediately processed the refund because they know that in the long run it would cost them a lot more money to work through the issue than to just issue a refund for such a miniscule amount.”
“I ordered an AR striped Lower and build kit and had it shipped to my FFL dealer. after registering it and picking up I took it home to start building. After all of the pins were installed, I noticed that the lower was missing the hole for the buffer tube retainer spring & Pin. It had never been machined into the lower. I contacted PSA for a warranty return and started the claim. I had to remove the newly installed pins and springs to ship it back. After shipping it back, PSA decided to replace the lower due to it was out of spec. I asked if PSA would pay the charges to get the warranty replacement registered and they refused. I asked for a store credit to cover the cost I paid to register the defective lower and they refused. I asked for a new lower pin kit, a $12 kit and they refused. I do not feel that this is the right way to treat a customer who purchased and registered a PSA defective part. I understand that mistakes happen but PSA needs to always take care of your customers and make things right when it was a quality control issue on PSA’s end, not mine.”
“I placed an order and then subsequently found a discount code that provided free shipping (i rebuilt the exact same order in my cart to confirm it worked). I called customer service and asked them to add this discount code, and they stated the only way to add the code was to cancel my order so i could replace it with the desired discount code. I followed their guidance, had the order cancelled, and then prepared the same order. During the customer service call, i mentioned the discount code i was wanted to use was “LSA”. After ending the call, i immediately recreated my order (within 3 mins), but realized the discount code no longer worked. I called customer service again, and they stated they would not honor the code or provide free shipping even though the code previously worked for me before notifying customer service of the code i wanted to use.
Instead of honoring $11 of free shipping to a customer who patiently followed conflicting instructions provided by their customer service agents, PSA NOW LOST THIS ORDER AND ANY FUTURE ORDERS FROM ME AND EVERYONE ELSE IN MY HOUSEHOLD. Up until now, i trusted PSA for fair pricing and reliable customer service but this experience lost my trust. I will take my business elsewhere.

Almost a week later I had not received shipping confirmation and contacted Palmetto via email asking for shipping data and was told my order had been cancelled. I called Palmetto and was told the shipment was cancelled by a Palmetto 3rd party supplier because apparently they ran out of the item. I immediately went back on Palmetto’s website to find they are still advertising the product but at a higher price. Why would they continue to advertise if it’s not available. Apparently it was previously priced wrong, and Palmetto is more will to tick-off a customer than take a loss for their mistake.”

“I will never make another purchase with PSA. I purchased a CZ Shadow 2 Compact that came with magazines that were to be pinned by my FFL (due to 10 round restrictions). PSA removed the mags before shipping and sent a firearm with no mags. When I called and offered a Pa. address for shipping I was informed that the order was closed - no returns - no alternate shipping of the magazines. You have to review their policy for each state online before purchasing. They manipulate the discrepancies in state laws to advance windfall profits because you can be sure they sold those magazines elsewhere already.”

“I ordered two GSG FIREFLIES in 2020, it took longer than they initially said it would so I asked for a refund. They emailed saying there was a delay of my order because of the pandemic. I said ok no problem, I'll wait.
Once the firearms were delivered to the FFL of my choice CLYDE'S SPORTING GOODS, my family was greiving the loss of our 19 year old daughter due to COVID-19 complications, so we didn't get around to actually going to recover the guns. Well in February of this year we requested a refund apologizing for letting this slip our minds. Well Palmetto's CUSTOMER SERVICE sent the shipping labels to the FFL and once they sent the guns back to palmetto I was told in an email that my refund would be processed, and they've received and restocked their GSG FIREFLIES into Palmetto's inventory. Well that was in March.
That was also the last time Palmetto ever responded to my emails. They NEVER SENT ME MY REFUND, THEY'VE OBVIOUSLY DECIDED TO JUST KEEP MY MONEY AND THEIR GUNS. I know I'll not recover my money. But I just wanted to share my experience with who I consider criminals for stealing my money. My family was greiving we didn't need these people to add insult to injury. Don't think it can't happen to you. Online there's reviews that say palmetto is famous for terrible customer service and for keeping your money from online orders. Good luck to you shoppers.”
“Customer service is pretty much non existent. You call and get automated assistant, live chat hours to automated assistant. Order has been on processing status for going on 4 weeks now which is insane. Email support you get an automated response. I will be canceling my order and never ever buying from them again. I will also tell everyone i know never to buy from them. This is completely unacceptable.”
