Worst company ever! I don't have my order and no one will communicate with me ..

I bought a ring in store and not even two weeks later, the item had already gotten bent despite the fact that I had done nothing out of the ordinary. I called the warranty number and was told that they would send a new one and that I would receive it in seven to fourteen business days. I was also given a return label so I could send my damaged item back which is exactly what I did. It’s been way past fourteen days and in addition to this, since received a confirmation email that the package containing my damaged item was received. Yet, still have not received the replacement so I suppose that’s a hundred dollars lost. Tried calling costumer service but they were unable to give me much information so I guess all I can do now is hope my replacement shows up and I wasn’t just scammed by this joke of a company. Do not buy from Pandora. Their poor quality products are rivalled only by their even poorer costumer service.

The lady from the Plymouth store couldn't of been more helpful. It was one of the best times I've been in there. I don't know her name but she had long pink stripy nails.

I ordered items from the Pandora store online on 12th Nov. The items were supposed to be delivered within 3 working days. That was ideal as one of the items was for my nieces 16th birthday. I had a confirmation email. Then I received an email on 14th Nov to say the items would arrive within 10-20 working days ....!!! After 20 days and no items I contacted the customer support to be told there were problems due to ... Covid. It is now 38 days and I have still not received my order or a response to my email asking if the items have been dispatched - there was still time to make Christmas.... Nothing. I also requested to know that if I asked for a refund how long the funds would take to clear into my account. No response. If I could give this zero stars I would. I will now raise this as a dispute with my bank.

Bit disappointed, ordered 2 sets of earrings online for 2 different friends birthdays, delivered today in 1 box. Spoke to online chat said I should have paid for gift options at £1. Something to be wary of, hidden charges. Next time I'll go into shop where you get them for FREE

If I could give 0 stars i would have! I ordered 3 identical charmes as gifts for my 3 daughters. I paid for express delivery as I wanted to give them to my girls on a particular special occasion..... I received them 9 days later ..which was 4 days after I need them. To add to my utter disgust they arrived in plastic bags...not gift boxes as shown on tv!.... These people seem keen to get your order and then forget about you. Desp ou te several attempts to contact them I've been completely unable to do so. Adding insult to injury, after receiving my order which was almost 140£ i then received emails saying there was free bangle for orders over 100£ . I would have expected this kind of service from from a " fake' Pandora company...but this was utterly disgusting. I will NOT be ordering from Pandora ever again....and strongly advise you to take your custom elsewhere

Would never order from pandora again I put order in yesterday to get a free gift all suddenly the offer just vanished and got took from my basket unbelievable I will never order again or recommend to order from main pandora. Rip offs

Pandora introduced a new collection of rings. Supposed to be sterling silver but turned my finger green. Pandora used to be quality. Now it’s just over priced junk.

I paid $16.00 express mail and over 100$ for a purchase of a Pandora ring . I NEVER RECEIVED ITEM! It was well over 2 weeks and still no ring ! Tracking said package was on its way and still nothing ! I was told ring was sent back from someone else ?!? Pandora refunded my money . Highly disappointed thinking this was the main Pandora site . Won’t ever order again from this company . Awful experience pretty much feel like it was a scam . No excuse unacceptable .

Ordered on line on Sunday evening. Their system had a London delivery address despite me putting in an Aberdeenshire address. Even though it was not dispatched Pandora said they couldn't change delivery address even though it was their error. S[poke to two people who said get Royal Mail to do it. That is pathetic and they just didn't care. Will never use their shoddy company again!

I made an online purchase for Christmas gifts of 3 mesh bangle bracelets as well as one charm. The online site indicated I would receive my items in a free gift box. When the items arrived, there were only two gift boxes for 4 items. After calling customer service and spending 21 minutes on the phone with them, was informed that they could not send me just a gift box and there was not a supervisor available to assist. Extremely disappointing.

I bought from Jewel Hut. I was misled about delivery and a birthday has been missed. If you sell quality products you should have quality service. Very disappointing.

All Australians should oppose a system of medical apartheid and segregation in Australia. It is morally and ethically wrong and the anthesis of our democratic way of life and everything we value. What you have done is exactly the opposite of what we have fought for our whole lives, freedom. You should be ashamed of yourselves for not allowing freedom of choice and segregating a community. Whether one is vaxxed or not, should have no bearing on whether they are allowed into your establishment. Absolute abhorrent behaviour, Australia will know who you are, and not in a good way. You have and will continue to lose clients. Shame on you Pandora

I ordered two lovely rings and a pair of beautiful earrings from Pandora, on the 3 for 2 offer. I forgot to say they were gifts when I ordered them. I went on Pandora’s online chat and explained this. The person I chatted with was extremely helpful and quickly amended my order for me, adding the three gift boxes and bags. Both the package with the gift boxes/bags and my beautiful jewellery arrived really quickly. I am very happy with my purchases and what’s not to love when one of them is free. Thank you so much Pandora I will definitely order from you again. One very happy customer 😊

I made a purchase last year in June or July. I don’t wear my bracelet everyday and I don’t shower/bath in my bracelet. I paid over $200 for it and it’s changing colors. The store say there is nothing they can do because my purchase was over a year ago and they actually had the nerve to tell me it’s normal wear and tear. I don’t recommend at all.

Not happy I ordered a bracelet online to collect in store at Crawley. When ordering it was in stock. A couple of days later I received an email to say it wasn't available. When I went to the store they said they don't have this in stock and I can only order online to be delivered. The special offer of a free charm expired the day before the email. Convenient. When rating the bracelet that I never received on their website, my review didn't meet their criteria. Convenient.

I visited your Bedford store last week looking for a ring for my partners birthday. The service I received from Amy was impeccable! I was really struggling with what to get as I don't have much of an eye for jewellery, the recommendation that Amy made paid off! My partner absolutely loves her ring! Amy is truly a credit to your company!
