It's little wonder Pandora don't show reviews on their page, they are totally dependent on you believing their shop front set up suggests they offer quality, nicely packaged products you can trust - don't be fooled. I should have learned my lesson after returning a delivery earlier this year, but I went on thinking it may be a fluke. Nope, postage took around 10 days and the charm arrived in a flat envelope despite having paid for gift wrap, no box. This was a special birthday gift sent from the Pandora.au website for a relative in Aus. My first order was sent in cheap tiny plastic zip bags. The bracelet barely fitted in. Looked like I had won it out of a seaside machine. I think I have really seen the true quality of Pandora products, without the glitzy shop front - cheap rubbish.

Place my order online July 28, expecting that item will be arriving before August 6 (birthday gift). Call them and follow up Thursday Morning August 4 and the agent told me that the order was not process as of yet!!! And now they send me another email saying that item will be arriving on the 11th. Really!!!!!

I WILL NEVER BUY PANDORA AGAIN . I WANTED TO BUY FULL SET AND THIS BOX . The first colony mall say they have the full set but don’t have the box and they say Baybrook mall have the box and full set and they will hold it for me . I HAD to drive 45 minutes and wait outside the store for 30 minutes .When it was my turn in line , ALL THEY HAD TO OFFER ME WAS AN EMPTY BOX WITHOUT ANY OF THE CHARMS. WTF would i drive all thr way for an empty box. They tried to look for the charms but was one short and supposedly they had 2 piglett charms on hold and one in the store but couldn’t find it. The frustrating part is I was told the full set of charms and the gift box would be held for me but all that was there was a box I couldnt even purchase because there were not enough charms.I ‘m very disappointed about ur customers service and I never buy ur products again and I will tell my friends that

I am very disappointed bought the glittery heart clasp bracelet yesterday it must of came undone , the bracelet was lost and i had so many sentimental charms on it. Im disappointed because the salesperson said this clasp was very secure have only had it 2 months. What a disappointment.

Pandora jewellery has always been seen as elegant and the adverts on television have always been elegant. I feel that Pandora has now become a chavs accessory and having a black chavy scouser on the advert has confirmed this and cheapened it even more. Thomas Sabo and links of London are more elegant now.

I have purchased two different bracelets. One the black leather and the other a silver open bangle. Both had issues. The black leather one kept falling apart from the silver clasp. The silver bangle lost the end cap that closes the bracelet. When I went to Pandora to see if I could get a new end cap or something, I was told no. Sorry you would need to purchase a new one. Not that I spent a lot, but not spending more for the jewelry to keep falling apart. Don't waste your money.

This is by far the worst website I've ever used! Nothing is ever clear you can't remove items that you don't want from the cart it's horrible!! I guess I'll be shopping at the store not that that's much better! I get better service from satellite stores that carry Pandora!! ridiculous

Pandora jewelry tarnishes very quickly and cleaning it does not restore it to a wearable condition. Poor customer service levels when raising complaints and no resolution given. Throwaway fashion at inflated prices. Spend your money at a quality Jewelers rather than on Pandora's overpriced tat!

I bought some earrings at a Pandora shop in central Brussels. I was in a hurry as I’d lost an earring on my way to a meeting. The earrings are nice but en-route to the till the shop assistant handed me a tiny pink cloth in a little envelope saying this can help keep your jewelry looking good. I said OK thanks but didn’t realise until I looked at the receipt later that she charged me 5 euros for it! It is similar to the little cloth you get free every time you buy a pair of glasses or sunglasses. My attitude changed from satisfied customer to feeling I’ve been ripped off.

Do not use Pandora unless you just do the free account. NEVER pay for the ad free service and DO NOT USE it for business. The two are completely different entities and the features are different. For the individual paid account it's extremely cumbersome and difficult to cancel - which I'm sure is intentional and of course you can't call them. The business side of things so far seems to be just as disorganized. Can't get the explicit lyrics option turned off and I am now on hold for the third time after being transferred becasue the previous person couldn't help me so I figured I would write a review as I wait... oh surprise they just hung up on me. I'm surprised these clowns are still in business. A lot of times reviews are written by people that are not familiar with how things work and they make simple mistakes but I'm thellng you, this is a mess. I actully hope some of you ignore this and try it becasue I don't want to be the only one going thru this. :)

Ordered a ring for my wife for Mother’s Day. Selected “pick up in store” Canton store had it in stock so I thought this is perfect, since my schedule is filled with kids soccer games all weekend. To be able to run in, grab and go is a perfect scenario. I went in to pick it up after being emailed it was ready, but to my surprise the “free” bracket that they were giving away was the only thing I could walk away with today. The ring that was in stock and a associate showed it to me, was there but for some reason Pandora decided that they wanted to ship it instead, which I will not get until Wednesday. I called Pandora to ask about this and see if there is something they can do to stop the shipment and just let me pick up in store since it’s there (right size and all) The rep told me she cannot stop the order or cancel, and I would have to wait until I receive it to return it. I ask to speak to a decision maker and she was kind enough to tell me she was going to put me through to someone who could help me 75 minutes on the phone and I never heard from anyone else. This isn’t a first time purchase with them, I was literally in the store 2 days ago and spent over $200 for my daughter birthday gift. But after this and the poor customer service, I may never buy from Pandora again!

After 3 weeks it was broken when I woke up in my bed . They said nothing to do because not suppose to wear in bed . I paid $132.00 for three weeks . I was so upset I shred my receipt in their faces . No more for me , Really cheap , Do not buy !

Cheaply made jewelry. Bought a charm bracelet two months of having it it broke they exchanged it and couple months later like about 3-4 months my charm fell off and went back to buy another one. She told me to get a smaller charm bracelet because the one I had was a little big which I agreeded but the last lady I had when it broke the first time says I should have a size up so it can stretch out when I get all my charms on it. So I sized down and fits good but a month later it broke the heart piece that you click together broke in half. I think the lady who put it on me broke it because after that later that day it fell off and kept falling off until that day it broke in half. Ridiculous because the charm bracelets and my charms were expensive. Also I bought the heart right about a year or two ago and a bunch of the little stone whatever you call them have came off. Pandora has cute stuff, but they’re so cheaply made. Especially the prices should be getting decent quality stuff for the prices. I rather spend more money on some expensive real jewelry store instead of wasting it here.

Pandora Me collection; DO NOT PURCHASE. The charms fall off and Pandora do not care. They are more than aware of this design fault yet continue to sell them. My daughter and I are selling all our Pandora. There are businesses out there who value honestly and their customers. Not Pandora.

Dreadful awful packaging nowadays I spent over £2k on Pandora a few years back. Thought I’d start buying more as they’ve brought new items out . Started with a lovely silver personal heart. Nice Then the salesperson put it in the ‘box’ and the bag….. oh dear Shocking cheap fraud like looking packaging in a registered outlet. Won’t be going back. Apparently, I’m definitely not the only one either !!! Sort it Pandora or your gonna lose out 😐
