Well, it plays music, and at first it seems nice to create your own channels based on a band or artist, or even on just one song. But a big problem seems to be with the tweaking for personal taste. As you rate more and more songs with a thumbs-up, its algorithm(s) seem to be so unsophisticated that it just keeps playing the songs you have already rated thumbs-up over and over again, so soon enough even on shuffle setting it becomes less and less like listing to a station than being trapped in you own old record collection, all your own CDs, LPs and 45s, with next to nothing new being played or surprising you. I might try removing all of my thumbs-ups and rather only rate songs I don't like thumbs-down, to see if maybe it can learn to play songs I have never heard before or hardly at all, that I will probably like. I just don't need to hear Smooth Operator and Gimmie Shelter over and over again every time I turn on Pandora, even though I've given both a thumbs-up for being good tunes.

"Do Mongolian distributors not follow official procedures?" Hello, I am reaching out from Mongolia. On January 28, 2025, I received one of your bracelets as a birthday gift from your official store. However, the bracelet was too big for me, so I was considering exchanging it. Today,on 20th of Feb, 2025 I visited one of your branch stores in mongolia, but I was informed that exchanges are not possible after a week. Unfortunately, I was unable to wear the bracelet even once because it was too large and kept slipping off my wrist. It is still in brand-new condition. According to your official policy, items can be exchanged within 30 days. However, the branch in Mongolia has refused to exchange my bracelet. Could you please clarify why this policy is not being honored at the Mongolian branch?

I paid for my subscription two days ago and I am still receiving commercials. Very frustrating since there's no one to call! I've been a member for many years and wanted to come back, but now I'm thinking against it there's no one to reach or to help for customer support.

Pandora jewelry is really beautiful but the tennis bracelets won't last you more than 3 months not worth the money. And no they will not care to fix it.

No web app and no fast forward or rewind through the. They only let you start it over from the beginning. How short-sighted of them or controlling of them. Spotify offers full control from any platform. The only reason they are better than others is because of their radio selections and you can get that for free from pandora. I'm a premium member and I should get full control from any platform. This is why they only get two stars. Pandora: don't just send us your lame apologies fix the app.

Bought 2 clip on charms for snake bracelet both fell off and I lost them. I reported it to Pandora but they took no responsibility for the poor manufacturing of the clip on charms - one cost £45 the other £35 What a waste

Sent a WhatsApp message from a friend, do the Quiz for a chance to find a gift in one of the boxes for International Women's Day. Yay!!, found a gift! So next step, send link to 20 friends..... fill the blue bar - Easy. Sent to 35 contacts/friends (no repeated contacts allowed) on Watsapp, in an attempt to fill the lagging blue bar..... reached 85% On the home run!, going for the final new contacts to complete the blue bar..... Threw me back down to 50%. Absolutely con, waste if time. Pandora prank to cleverly and Cheaply do the advertising for them. Thing is I never do anything like this, I did this because it wad Pandora. Unbelievable.

The necklace I ordered was made in Taiwan. Very cheaply made. The hype for this jewelry is not worth it. I pad $90 for a necklace that probably cost $10-$20 to make

Beware of the prices for charms in other countries. I visited Costa Maya in Jan2023 was told the Flamingo charm was only available in the Caribbean. Not true, I found out today as I thought I would look it up on the site. I paid $169 CDN and discovered it is only $75CDN to purchase from the website, not on sale. Know your charms and be prepared to roam on your cell if you are thinking of buying in another country before purchasing at your local store. Ditto the comment below about returns and exchanges. Can only be done where you bought it.

I bought the Pandora bracelet for my daughter in USA in January 2022, I live in Argentina. In June I start with the claims for quality of the piece. In Argentina they tell me that I have to solve it in the country of purchase. I do not understand how an international brand that has representation in the country does not take care of warranty issues regardless of where it has been purchased. This process takes months. They ask me to take the bracelet to the USA (impossible!!!). I just returned from MAdrid, where jewelry has a 3 year warranty!!!. How can it be that they do not take charge of the issues anywhere in the world where the brand is. So it is impossible to continue buying this type of jewelry where they promise guarantee but at the time of needing it can not be executed. It has been 1 year since the purchase and without resolving the issue. I believe that the issues are delayed so that the guarantee period expires. ref:_00D3ipFIR._5003iMPgkf

I have two Minnie Mouse bracelets woth charms they look TERRIBLE!! To the point I do t even wear them anymore, for the price paying customers should never have to worry about their jewelry tarnishing ESPECIALLY for the price!! They look like something bout from a cheap store

I do not recommend online ordering waiting in the line is worth it. I placed two different orders one for my wife and one for my mother in law. I called about 20 minutes after placing the order when I realized they were shipping my wife’s charm to the wrong address which automatically pasted from my Apple Pay. This was my oversight. However when I called to update the address they advised the cannot make any adjustments after 3 minutes have passed once the order is placed and that I would have to call the delivery carrier. I called UPS and they stated only the sender can update the address. I called pandora back and they stated they cannot cancel and order but that I can return it once it is received which is impossible du the order being shipped to the wrong address. As for my mother in laws order the bracelet I ordered did not show out of stock when the order was placed however 2 days after placing the order the bracelet was cancelled and now only the charms are being mailed. What is she going to do with just the charms? The representative stated the charms can be returned once they are received and I cannot cancel the order. I will never again order online from Pandora and do not recommend anyone else to. Once the order is placed they cannot cancel, exchange or refund.

I have been buying pandora for years and it seems like their quality has seriously declined. Charms are breaking, the bracelet clasps are opening on their own, I’ve lost so many charms now. I don’t know what they did but I’m done wasting the money now

I bought some earrings at a Pandora shop in central Brussels. I was in a hurry as I’d lost an earring on my way to a meeting. The earrings are nice but en-route to the till the shop assistant handed me a tiny pink cloth in a little envelope saying this can help keep your jewelry looking good. I said OK thanks but didn’t realise until I looked at the receipt later that she charged me 5 euros for it! It is similar to the little cloth you get free every time you buy a pair of glasses or sunglasses. My attitude changed from satisfied customer to feeling I’ve been ripped off.

Bit disappointed, ordered 2 sets of earrings online for 2 different friends birthdays, delivered today in 1 box. Spoke to online chat said I should have paid for gift options at £1. Something to be wary of, hidden charges. Next time I'll go into shop where you get them for FREE

I bought from Jewel Hut. I was misled about delivery and a birthday has been missed. If you sell quality products you should have quality service. Very disappointing.

I was so exited to receive the present for my friend and I’m glad I received it before she did because it took me about half an hour to get several knots out of the necklace I honestly thought it was going snap at one point being such a delicate necklace just blatantly carelessly shoved into a pack not packaged nicely and knotted I would’ve been embarrassed if she received this before me giving it to her.

Writing this review to let those know of Pandora's censorship. I submitted a Review on a pandora product and service and it was rejected for not "meeting there guidelines" Why you might ask. How about I had a problem with delivery. So sent them a email explaining the situation . Great you might think , response was a generic email. So sent another email explaining a little more clearly what the problem was. It was a very easy one to sort out. . Response the same generic email sent again. It seems like many other reviews. The chance of a human actually reading and responding to customers quires by email is low. Such a shame that your online customer service doesn't match the exceptional customer service I have received in stores on the many occasions in the past when buying jewellery.
