“Failed my delivery and i was in the flat waiting for them. Delivery drivers super lazy and a customer service very useless which repeats the same sentence 500 times.”
“Absolute terrible company. If you purchase a product from a retailer that utilizes their services for delivery installation, walk away. Samsung store purchase of dishwasher delivery / installation. Personnel who showed up had no idea what they were doing or talking about. Made up some non-sense about piping not connecting - potentially just too lazy to do their job. Comments about needing to call a plumber. Red flags so did not want them doing anything or removing any items or trust they knew how to handle new item from Samsung so just told them to take everything back and cancelled my order. My twelve year old knows more than the people who showed up. I sorted the connection when purchased item from another retailer in about 10 minutes. Just had to screw it on and feed the drain pipe. Don't let them do anything anywhere near your property. Clueless is an understatement.”
“Second item delivered by them damaged. Husband said the back of the van had stuff lying around everywhere, not a good impression and our second com-paint about this firm.”

When I complained that their staff left dirty hand marks on my walls and furniture I was told that as I did not have photographic or CCTV evidence they would not investigate. So much for a professional company that does not believe customers.
What happened to the customer is always right. All I wanted was an apology.
As regards a subsequent delivery of a single bed, I was told by the driver that they do not unpack or assemble despite this being on the delivery note. Eventually they relented and unpacked the bed and assembled it. All in all not a happy experience.”
“When the driver called he said be there in half hour and put the phone down rude! When he pulled up he called me said I’m downstairs come down put the phone down rude! My husband had to go downstairs from out flat and bring the mattress up himself! I paid for a delivery service which was. Ridiculous price and they couldn’t even bring it up , 2 rude delivery men why are companies using this services!!”

The supplier gives you one date and Panther override the date with a later date.”
“Damaged my floor and continued to avoid repairing it, putting up ridiculous policies regarding who can quote and how many quotes I needed before I could have compensation.
Called multiple times and they were awful, actually stated ‘that’s the way the cookie crumbles’ regarding damaging my floor and not repairing it.”
“Hi I'm not complaining about a delivery slot I'm complaining about the third party drivers they use! The road I live on is being used as a van depot! They park at anytime 7-10 maximum size luton vans fully on pavements, on dangerous bends and blocking residents driveways and causing visibility issues. One person below has mentioned their mattress was dirty, well I can give you an answer on that one we can regularly see the vans drivers transferring mattresses from one van to another. They do this by completely blocking our residential road. Goods are stored overnight in these vans also. We are all totally fed-up with this.”
“Awful. TV from LG was meant to be delivered on Thursday, they then changed their minds and said it was arriving on Friday between 16:00 & 18:00. They then contacted me and said it was 2 hours later, so somewhere between 18:00 & 20:00. In the end it never arrived and somebody called me on the Saturday to organise a new delivery time. It's admirable they have any sort of hope that it'll be 3rd time lucky. Unfortunately I was on holiday for a week, given it was Easter, and so couldn't sit in for them on Monday when they wanted to deliver it. (I had sat in and waited Thursday / Friday already).
Ultimately Panther Logistics are a delivery company unable to deliver products.”
“2 liverpudlian men who were rude, aggressive, unhelpful, uninterested, unpleasant, argumentative and ill informed. Did not do the job silentnight paid them to do.
Mattress delivered with dirt on it.
Did not offer to install new item, did not want to take the item to be returned away did not have packing for returning mattress.
Generally a nasty experience that I hope I do not have to repeat.”

Panther Logistics have messed us around and not delivered a professional service.
They do not communicate with Samsung properly to deliver to the requirements of their customers. Instead they:
*change booked delivery dates,
*turn up hours late,
*refuse to take handles off of fridge freezers so they fit through a standard door - even though it was requested and confirmed over the phone,
*ignore complaints,
*dropped and broke the fridge freezer before a second attempt, but failed to inform me until it arrived,
*delayed returning the item to Samsung,
*ignored request for a cancellation and undermined us and requested a replacement a week after your original messed up delivery,
There is Logistics in this company what so ever.
It has meant a mistrust in a well known company Samsung as a result of this courier company Panther Logistics.”
“if i could give it minus rating i would. had a rattan set for delivery. not a heavy set, its faux rattan even. the delivery guy said it takes two people to take the items indoors so left it on the curb and left. so my wife had to do the job of two men?
this company is a joke, putting it out there for the rest of you, do not waste your time get a real company not a bunch of cowboys who cant do a simple 5kg lift job.”
