package dispatched on 13th of dec, still not delivered and very poor customer service ! I have to deal every day with different customer service representative and we are getting no where as they do not have ways to contact individual couriers, hence I would not recommend sending anything which is urgent or valuable with parcel2go to be honest. You need to assume sending items that they may not arrive on time, they may get lost etc and after customer service ... it Is not there I am afraid.

Parcel sent on 4 Dec not delivered, despite umpteen enquiries I kept getting told that it was out on the van for delivery that day. This was repeated 4 times and still not delivered. I was then asked for photographic proof of the parcel which fortunately I had as I always photo parcels after 2 previous missing parcels. COUPLE of days later I was told the parcel had been found !! And was out for delivery, finally delivered on 24DEC - 20 days after posting!! But too late for the recipient. I always photo parcels now since I was informed that a parcel I had previously sent had a surcharge of over £5 inc Admin costs, they said the parcel was over 1 mtr long- the parcel contained a pair of ladies trousers - would have had to have been parcelled without folding them !! I had no proof so had to cough up before parcel would be delivered. Another surcharge was that my parcel was over the weight I logged, but I had photo proof of the parcel so the charge was dropped. AFTER ONE OF MY PARCELS HAD BEEN MISSING FOR A MONTH, AND I HAD SENT PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF, I WAS INFORMED THAT IT HAD BEEN DAMAGED, SO I ASKED FOR IT TO BE RETURNED, THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T DO THAT AS IT HAD BEEN ‘DESTROYED’ - SURELY THEY DONT HAVE THE RIGHT TO DESTROY A PERSON’S GOODS WITHOUT FIRSTLY ASKING FOR PERMISSION. I HAD ASKED THEM TO PROVIDE ME WITH PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF RE DAMAGE AND SURCHARGES BUT WAS TOLD THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO THE VOLUME OF PARCELS DEALT WITH - NOT ASKING FOR PROOF OF ‘ ALL’ PARCELS, ONLY THE ONES DAMAGED OR WITH SURCHARGES!! THE PARCEL CONTAINED BIRTHDAY CARD AND LOTS OF BITS AND PIECES FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER WHO WAS SO VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WAS ASKED FOR RECEIPTS OF GOODS BUT AS I HAD BOUGHT SMALL ITEMS IN VARIOUS SHOPS, THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE - THE PARCEL IS AUTOMATICALLY INSURED FIR £20 UNLESS THE SENDER NOTIFIES OTHERWISE, SO WHY DO THEY NOT AUTOMATICALLY GORK OUT THE £20?! THINK ITS SO THAT UOU WILL JUST GIVE UP AND LET THEM OFF THE HOOK!! I would have rated MINUS if possible for this ‘SERVICE’ IF IT WAS POSSIBLE..

First they give you a list of places where you can go to leave your parcel than after they will come and pick up. After paying for a taxi and carry 3 big parcels, the shop told me that they did not pick up the parcels. I checked all the other places of the list and they said the same. Unbelievable! After an hour of trying to find how to sort this out and called Parcel2Go, the lady from the shop pity me and did an exception and take my parcels (Thank God!) I informed Parcel2Go about this so this will not happened again to other people. Did they change the list? No, this places are still there... After this (which was bad enough), technically Parcel2Go was suppose to collect it and deliver it right? Well they didn't. They left it half way and other company had to take the parcels and bring them to the house. And this, of course, cost me another £90 on top of what I already paid. Finally it arrived 1 month late from the original date that they gave me. At the end is better to pay normal post or other companies that will not steal your money. You will pay the same... Just a scam! Never again!

What a nightmare trying to get any compensation with missing parcels. Not even a refund on postage charges. Appalling service.

Worse service ever. in 8 years in UK I never had any issue with a service until I used the Parcel2Go... I booked a collection they failed to collect my parcel on the day agreed. and then I spoke with them and they decided to rebook the collection. The assistant end up booking 2 with different couriers. I had no clue, I wasn't informed of this. I had no clue who was coming to my house and I had no further information about this process and what I should expect. On the day of the collection, someone came to my house claiming they are from Herms with the details of the collection and a jacket they told me there is no need for a label and took the tv. and 1h later another driver come to pick up the same parcel, but this time from Parcelforce. This was the moment I realized the mess. and from this day I spent 2 months with parcel2go assistance trying to sort this out. The parcel never arrived at my customer's house, and then after the order was canceled. I told them to return my parcel. this return took 1 month and no one could tell me where was the parcel. after so many hours talking to them until the end. They refused to provide me with a refund because they claimed it was my fault because I did not have insurance? I ask myself what we are paying for then? with or without insurance, their service is to deliver a parcel? if is not being delivered why they existed? during this process I spoke with many friends and colleagues and then I realised how many issues people had with their service. A friend of mine even suspected they do deviate parcel or provoke damage just to convince people to get insurance. because if they were doing their job properly no one would get insurance. I do not know if this is true... But one thing I know. I will never use their services again and I will advise people to deal with Couriers directly. Avoid all and any only services, because I guarantee you if something goes wrong you will lose twice. They just add another layer of possible problems and complexity. I learned an expensive lesson that cost me around £700. Do not make the same mistake, contact directly the couries.

Avoid at all costs as they use Hermes who are the worst courier service FULL STOP. I am now on 5th unsuccessful attempt for a parcel to be picked up There is no communication once the pick up is unsuccessful!Difficult to speak with anyone and chat service state they cannot help and only offer a refund DO NOT USE AT ANY COST

Paid for every extra when paying for collection and delivery. Let down first time then re-booked to be let down again. Informed by Parcels2go that collection isn't guaranteed even though they advertise it and you pay for it. Don't use them if you need a reliable service, how they have the gaul to advertise on TV is a joke. Totally unreliable and waste of time with nothing but a computer to make a complaint to.

Used for the first time,they didn’t collect the parcel, waited in all day .tried to cancel the following day and wouldn’t let me cancel as says they had collected it ,they hadn’t.tried to speak to someone ,you can’t only web chat .eventually got a refund after an hours waisted on the internet so what a waste of time for nothing . I would never use this company ever again .

I shipped a used mobile phone to the Philippines. Parcel2Go lost tracking of it around 1 month later, it was supposed to be there in 4 days! I insured it for £130.00 with P2G. The courier in the Philippines, I suspect the Post Office rather than a courier, never replied to P2G enquiries as to where the package was, after being put on hold for over 1 more month, they demanded I provided, "proof of non-delivery and a receipt showing the value of the insured item", they first rejected an email from the addresses saying they did not receive the item, and then they refused to accept the order for the phone, I needed the invoice, the company I got the phone from has gone, it is a couple of years old, so no original receipt. So claim rejected. I have sent many parcels to the Philippines in the past couple of years, none of which I could show all the receipts for every item in the shipment. So P2G will use poor couriers for your shipments, ones that they have no communications with, and will then do their utmost to refuse to honour any insurance you take out on your shipment. I will never use P2G again under any circumstances.

parcel collection cancelled five times by them having waited in , customer service non existent, very hard contacting them and all they do is rebook. left negative feedback on trustpilot and they reply saying they have been in touch direct giving the impression they are doing something. this is a smokescreen , they do nothing.

Needed to cancel collection and signing into site forgot password. I used the same email address on my confirmation email so know its the right one but I'm not getting a response. There is no number to call and no email address!!!! The cancel parcel route isn't working until they send my password. Maybe it suits them to wait then too late to refund

Parcel2go - Wrote 'Thank you for your email and my apologies for the delay to this delivery. Having looked into your case I can see this was dropped off on 22/11 but was not collected by DPD until 25/11. I am very sorry the parcel was so delayed in being collected from the drop shop, I appreciate this both disappointing and inconvenient. Three parcels in succession within the last 2 weeks all lost! First one they could not find the address (even though it was correct) Then, when they agreed the property was there, they had lost the parcel. Second one, tracking indicated the parcel was 'delivered to recipient' as soon as it had been dropped of at the post office, this they said was only a data issue, the parcel is still lost. My third parcel is still marked 'awaiting drop off' although I have a receipt from the post office for it. It remains 'lost' Something has gone wrong at Parcel2go. These parcels were all sent via premium services, all 24 hour! I doubt they will admit what has happened to their system but my advise is avoid parcel2go.

Update I had a few problems with failed collections, they said they would upgrade my parcels collections to another courier due to the problems, the difference in cost was around 28 pounds which i did not want to pay because it was not my fault, after a lot of back and forth they finally kindly agreed to pay the cost themselves, parcels were promptly collected and delivered safely, wonderful so decided to give them another go, Then went to the Parcel2go site to book and lo and behold they reneged on the deal and added the charges to my account have tried to contact but has been very difficult as they now want parcel photos which i do not have and more importantly has nothing to do with it, so Failed to act on agreement and i have been landed with a bill i should not have had

PLACED 2 DELIVERIES ON 02.11.21 WITH PARCEL2GO AND THE 2 PARCELS WERE NOT DELIVERED BY 11.11.21 ALTHOUGH SHOWED IN TRACKING THAT 1 WAS IN TRANSIT FOR DELIVERY & 1 WAS STILL AT DEPOT. TODAY 24 DAYS AFTER ORDERS PLACED & 15 DAYS AFTER CASE OPENED & BEING TOLD TO WAIT LONGER..WAIT LONGER I WAS TOLD THE PARCELS ARE LOST, GONE, NOT BEING DELIVERED & TOUGH LUCK BECAUSE I NEVER PAID FOR INSURANCE FROM THEM. WE PAY FOR A PARCEL TO BE DELIVERED WHY SHOULD WE PAY EXTRA TO GUARANTEE THE PARCEL WE'VE ALREADY PAID FOR TO BE DELIVERED GETS DELIVERED. ITS A DISGRACE. TRUST ME PARCEL2GO WILL LOSE YOUR PARCEL, THEY WILL BE IN NO HURRY TO FIND YOUR PARCEL & THEN THEY WILL TELL YOU TOUGH LUCK, YOUR PARCEL IS GONE. WHO'S FAULT IS THAT. CERTAINLY NOT THE CUSTOMER WHO'S PAID FOR A SIMPLE DELIVERY SERVICE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY & BELONGINGS. SEND YOUR XMAS PARCELS WITH A RELIABLE, REPUTABLE COMPANY. worst experience ever, waiting for a parcel picked up , it never happened the first day ,so rebooked through live chat for a second day ,still never happened , i promised the client express delivery and its been two days waiting to be picked , how can they run a company like this ? very unhappy ,had to ask for a refund , i would recommend the company to my worst enemy

Rejected claim not delivered! I posted a parcel from the UK to Germany via a DPD express 1 to 3 day service. 2 weeks later the item has still not been delivered and I started a claim via Parcels2Go because it had not been delivered between the 1 to 3 days, which cost me almost £50. THEY REJECTED MY CLAIM I kept in contact with the person who the parcel was for and they confirmed that no parcel had been delivered and no attempt was made. 2 weeks on and im being told that customs in Germany is holding the parcel to ransom even though it was sent as a gift with a value of less the £30. Despite all this, because the parcel was NOT delivered within 1 to 3 days I should get a refund for the postage, but of cause im getting ripped off by Parcels2go and DPD Never using them again

It is amazing how such an established company can treat their customers with such disdain. They've lost two packages for me in the last three months and though the second one containing books was insured, they have refused to settle the £20 claim. Now they are asking me to prove non-delivery. Imagine that! It is clear from the tracking in their system that the parcel was never delivered. They investigated and confirmed it was lost. Now instead of paying the measly claim they are asking me to prove value an prove non-delivery.

Sent a parcel with Parcel2go using parcelforce service. After 4 days I was contacted by parcel2go that the courier isn’t able to find a legit address, they’ve asked me to send a map for where the house is located and a photo of the premises. After supplying all the information, sadly they still weren’t able to locate the premises. I’ve asked my client to give me a different address, and the same thing happened wit the the second address, while I was easily able to find both addresses on my phone, Parcel2go failed to do. One thing I wasn’t asked to do, was to travel to London from Scotland to show the courier where to deliver my parcel. Worst company I have ever dealt it.

Parcel2Go.com make up extra fees on delivered parcels saying that it weighed 20kg instead of 3kg also lost parcels don't get ever mentioned when a claim is made. Please people stay away from these thieves.
