Sent a parcel and had to wait over 3 weeks after the delivery date for it to actually arrive. I spent hours contacting their rubbish helpline which may as well have been robots as they do bugger all.

It's cheap for a reason. They lose parcels and then they make you wait until the final delivery date and then 2 extra days to do anything. In the end the automated chat service does bugger all and you're stuck without a refund.

Absolute rubbish. The couriers they work with lose parcels and then they make you wait until the final delivery date + 2days to get their act together. In the end they do absolutely nothing.

REWARD PAID TO HERMES STAFF MEMBER WHO LOCATES MY MISSING ITEM!?? It seems through reviews and customer contact with Hermes delivery drivers that they are under paid, hence why collections and deliveries are not made on time, and why items are lost. They don’t care and who can blame them if all is true. ? Therefore I offer a reward of £50 to any Parcel2GO employee who locates my item and has it delivered to me. This reward extends to customer service representatives and managers as it seems due to their lack of concern that they also are underpaid!??Ref: P2G47362659 -8120372285029885

This is a scam, never ever use this company. I paid for globalexpress to USA, parcel took 35 days instead of 5, it arrived damaged yet according to their tracking system, it was lost. Can’t speak to anyone, have to claim through an inane online chat where they got all my details mixed up then surprise, surprise, guess what, my item isn’t covered for compensation. Their ineptitude is staggering, a complete waste of time!! Why allow you to pay insurance for something when they turn round and say it isn’t covered.

NEVER NEVER USE PARCEL2GO IF YOU WANT YOUR PARCEL DELIVERED. Uhm... seeing the reviews, I should have avoided Parcel2go. In my case, my parcel had not been collected for delivery after 8 days of being handed in at collection point. I paid a premium for a delivery within 2 days, not 11 days for a customer who has been waiting for it. When contacted, Parcel2go response has been vague and unapologetic about the failure in service. Despite repeated questioning, Parcel2go refused to give a specific date for delivery or to intervene with the courier to try and speed up the delivery in compensation for the significant delay. It just referred me to its tracking system, which said nothing about timescales. Later after insisting, I was told it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days, just as if nothing had happened. To add insult to injury, Parcel2go indicated (literally) "we never guarantee 100% the service" " it is up to the agent, how long it has been overdue", which really means "we charge you for a service but we do not care if it is delivered or how long it takes". I have asked for a refund but was told "it does not do refunds..." nor could you find anywhere in its website their complaints procedure. Parcel2go contact is incredibly difficult to find on its website, which after a long search, it turns out to be a messaging service(very slow to respond) AND offers NO phone number (I wonder why). Simply NEVER NEVER USE.

Booked a collection for next day and 3 working days later still no one had collected my parcel. No contact number to speak to anyone you can only use live chat. All the operators on the live chat say is your collection is booked for 8am-8pm, we cant track our drivers so we don't know when they will collect your item. Get back in touch at 8pm when no one has collected it and all they do is rebook for the next day. Absolutely useless company. AVOID and book Direct with courier.

Excellent. After a dire, and very expensive, experience with Parcel Monkey failing to send some stuff to Australia I tried Parcel2Go. They were by far one of the cheapest, picked the parcels up the next day and delivered them in Aus 5 days later. Tracked all the way

My company receives goods from all over the world and most from the UK and we have never had goods delivered to us from this useless company before. A new supplier sent his first consignment to us and we are still waiting delivery days after the date the goods should have arrived. Be warned, any company that uses the word 'Should be delivered' and not 'Will be delivered', avoid them like the plague. Needless to say we have cancelled our order with the supply company, but have told them once they get their act together with a dependable supplier, we will order again.

The worst currier company to deal with had to reschedule collection three times and the parcel was never collected. Please save yourself peace of mind DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Surcharging this type have thing has been done to me MANY Times with these guys and I am done with it ! For example I have one product that weighs 4.5 KG Send on UPS Access point , Which I send about 300-500 per year . For the past 9 years , All of a sudden their "system" starts saying it weighs 6.5KG (It does not) Surcharge me £10 For a £6 Shipment when the Max on Access Point is 20KG At the same Price (£6) . What would I can by Under-declaring the weight ? NOTHING ! So why Would I ? And How can they surcharge me £10 on 2KG ? When Up to 20KG is £6? And then they tell me its not them , its the Courier doing it and they cannot change it. But I have to pay THEM, Not the courier . So I will be contacting UPS Customer service to find out what this is all about.Bottom line is , If it smells like a scam and it looks like a scam and it sounds like a scam , then most likely its a scam. Not the first company to find ways to dig into the pockets of unsuspecting customers . Are you guys owned by Donald Trump ? SOunds like he has his sticky fingers in there . I am publishing this on all the Anti P2G Websites that I can , You guys have changed in recent years , I used to be a VIP Customer, Spending £30-40 K a year with them. Now I use parcelhero and postagesupermarket usually .

DO NOT! I'M TELLING YOU, DO NOT! First time and without any doubt at all the last time I’ll be using Parcel2Go as a service provider and Hermes as courier service. Astonishingly terrible service from beginning to end. No attempt made to collect on the initial booked date with no communication with me to inform me they will only attempt to collect the parcel once I rebook the collection again for a different day, meant sender had to take out another full day because collection window is from 8am-8pm.Took the initiative to rebook myself, had I not, not sure how long up until they would have contacted me telling me I need to. Eventually collected both the parcels and were now supposed to be delivered by the new ‘NO LATER THAN DATE’ of the 22nd from previous 17th. Tracking information useless, no updates. Failed to meet promised NO LATER THAN date. Eventually delivered only one of my parcels on 24th. Have no idea where my other item is, no update from PARCEL2GO or HERMES. Both just as bad as each other in keeping you updated. To this day no news. Expected much more than Hermes, but know for sure won’t be using them ever again. Stay far away use another service provider/courier service.

No way to complain via web site, Damaged my Ebay item, Paid for Insurance made claim, No response , Could not upload proof of value on there web site, Given the run around, Now 14 days have past case closed. Ebay should not use this company and Trading Standards should get involved.

Customer service is horrendous , you have no choice but to use the 'live chat ' you have to repeat the same information multiple times to multiple people everytime you log back in ( as they didn't get back to you) I have just been on live chat for 30 mins while they 'looked into it' the first person couldn't help so past me over to someone else who asked me for the same information as I had just entered on the live chat feed . My last package was totally destroyed after they kept sending it back to sender and recollecting with different service. I didn't even complain or ask for a refund as I couldn't be bothered to sit on live chat. I have spend thousands over the last few years with this company , but would never use them again based on the customer service received with my last 2 transactions were my parcels were lost in the system.

Parcel2go picked up a parcel with hundreds of pounds worth of goods. They failed to deliver it back to Amazon. When it went missing, they told me I had to prove it had not got there, even though they knew it had not and they had just fallen out with the courier, Panther, who stopped the delivery part way and 'lost' the parcel in a warehouse! However, in spite of my proof and claim, they still did not pay back the supposed minimal insurance and they even kept my fee of £50 to send the parcel that never got there! This is a corrupt company. Go directly to the courier as the courier they used said it was not their issue either as my order was with Parcel2Go.
