We shipped 17 parcels with them on the 23rd of May. After saying delivery in 5 working days, only 4 parcels were delivered 4 weeks later. From the rest, 7 arrived back fully damaged and 6 were lost. After opening three claims, all of them were rejected. The reason is that they add all possible items to their forbidden item list, in order to avoid any responsibility. Please stay away from this pirates

Total scumbags. Left a jacket at my cousin's wedding just outside Dublin. They sent it back to me in London with the wrong form which meant the delegated courier UPS tried to charge me £200 for import duty. They then sent it back to Enniskerry where they lost it and have faffed around with my claim. Should have read the reviews about how totally incompetent they were before assuming any bunch of morons could together transport items from A to B.

Very poor service! Firstly I'm posting this here as well as they managed to get the review removed from elsewhere as they pay for that review service. Says it all really! Had been using them for a few months and they were okay with the odd issue. However the service levels have got progressively worse. Failed collections and lost packages. Now they are becoming more and more argumentative when contacted and we suspect they are using a bot of some sort for their chat service as big chunks of the conversation are identical each time we contact them until you drill further down with your complaint. There is no phone number either which makes it very difficult to resolve the issue when the chat service just isn't cutting it! They've tried to lay the blame with us for some of the issues. Responses like 'you didn't book it correctly' are not acceptable. We gave them their booking reference at which point they said we'd still done something wrong. We asked how we would get a booking confirmation if we'd done it incorrectly at which point they backtracked and managed to find the booking. They are far to quick to blame the customer. Paying for the next day and timed delivery services are a complete waste of time. Save your money. They seem to take no notice of the service requested and if it does go wrong you have to spend a lot of time chasing a refund. Best off sticking to the cheapest option and hoping for the best. Paying for the additional cover also seems to be of no advantage as well, another way of adding a pound or two to the service with no benefit whatsoever. They'll still argue it's not their fault. So far we've had 8 recent delivery issues with them, timed deliveries not met, collections not made and packages missing. Our customers are, quite rightly, becoming more and more annoyed with us as a supplier. Of those 8 delivery issues, 3 are still unresolved with a significant amount of time being taken trying to get things rectified. Based their service levels, customer care and the fact that they get reviews deleted that don't suit them, we definitely wouldn't recommend them, particularly for business users.

Parcel posted to me on Saturday in this country, Wednesday evening still not received, if nothing tomorrow, I will contact Paypal to get a refund from the person I bought from. 5 days in this country, unbelievable,

It's near impossible to contact anyone at P2GO if something goes wrong. I am the one who has to take the flak from eBay buyers when their goods don't turn up. I also then get negative feedback. P2G just not interested. Won't use again.

I sent a parcel with Evri using Parcel2Go, they have emailed me to say the parcel is overweight, they haven't provided any evidence for this but apparently I have to provide evidence that it's not overweight! Not sure how I can do this as they have the parcel! I send over 100 parcels a week, sorry, sent, with them and cannot use my account now as they add this charge every time I try to pay for another parcel! I will just purchase my 100+ labels a week elsewhere from now on! Just to add, the parcel was not overweight!

Zero customer service, no response via email or live chat. Do Not purchase insurance as you won’t get paid in the event of a loss.

Do not EVER trust this company. Lost all my belongings last year. They never cared about my package nor refunded my money or paid me for all the loss. They lost my laptop, lost my new speaker, microphones, and all my home belongings (I was moving out from the UK). I truly tried to get my belongings back for 6 months but none of them cared. Please if you appreciate your belongings do not ever trust Parcel2go...

Hi if anyone in future using parcel2go never pay for delivery guarantee.Never because they will tell you this is estimate date and even priority parcel even if is late they can find many excuses to not give you full refund this is absolutely scam.Don't fall in this trap.

A Masterclass in Miscommunication and Mismanagement Ever wondered what it's like to communicate with a black hole? Try Parcel2Go. Their customer service seems to be in a different universe altogether. Let me paint a picture for you: I sent a parcel with three copies of the invoice (yes, three, because apparently, one is never enough). The parcel was returned to me a month ago. Since then, I’ve been caught in an email ping-pong match with their support team, who clearly have no idea what's going on. Their latest gem? An email stating they’ll request an update on my parcel's status. Seriously? The parcel is sitting right here next to me! It's been back for over a month. Maybe they're hoping it will magically teleport back to their depot? Their responses are so disconnected from reality, I'm starting to think they might be using an automated system powered by a random response generator. Show them the tracking info, show them the returned parcel, and you still get emails asking for updates. It's like a surreal comedy show, but without the laughs. If you enjoy frustration, go ahead and use Parcel2Go. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Trust me, you’ll thank me later.

Total scam. Purposely lost my parcel after finding out what the expensive contents inside the parcel was! Dont offer any explanation as to why they lost it or any answers to why they refuse to give you your money back!

I would have given -1 star when it comes to service. if your parcel reaches destination you are lucky. if not you loose ,even if you have taken insurance. Insurance is a joke for Parcel2go. I have 4 times bad experience with P2G . The support staff will take ages to reply and drop off from ongoing chat and you need to fresh start . It seems they are doing this willingly.

I paid for return of a machine from UK since January and I was told it'll be delivered within 2-8weeks. I kept following up after 2 weeks and the agents kept reassuring me that my package is on the way and would be delivered to me, only for them to tell me after 8 weeks that my package is lost and that's it. They said because I didn't pay for insurance that there's nothing that can be done. I've been following up since then because I find it ridiculous that you'll misplace an equipment placed in your care and tell me it's lost and it's my fault for not paying insurance. I believe the company shouldn't be in business if they can't guarantee the security of any package placed in their care. It's been 5 months now and I've still not received my package. I really regret using this company.

Do not use this company. I sent some flooring back to tile mountain, they were unae to accept the package as it had been damaged. I paid parcel2go for insurance to refund any damage before posting. They have closed my claim stating the issue is resolved as item will be returned to sender. I am obviously the sender and have no use for damaged goods. I have tried endlessly to talk to someone for support the online help centre is no use, there are no numbers to contact and they do not respond to emails I am now at a loss of £350 for the items and the money I had paid for them to deliver. Avoid!

Please do not use this company if you value your items ,if anything goes wrong with you're delivery (late/lost/broken) there is one to talk too, just some AI nonsense on the other end. I paid parcel2go for 24 hrs delivery and now has been estimate at 6 days It was dropped off at just after 1pm on Thursday,estimated delivery Tuesday Parcelforce want nothing to do with it as it was purchased through a third party ! and the AI says it's Parcelforce fault ! And your stuck in the middle Either way you loose. By the way for your information, I went straight to the PF website as I need to send another item They were as cheap if not cheaper than P2G,and the HUGE bonus is you can speak to a person. I have used P2G maybe 10 times in the passed with varying degrees of service. But I will never use them again,that's for sure Go straight to the company you want to deal with,the deals are every bit as good,and humans on the other end of the line. Absolutely trash service,avoid at all cost !

WOW what went right = GO DIRECT TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER WOW what went right. very little. after an earlier example of terrible customer service and thinking id give them another chance i booked another parcel to the USA. nearly £40 worth. was told royal mail would bring forms. NO THEY DIDN'T... to cut to the chase Parcel2go advised to re book and they would send customs form to the royal mail. royal mail collected. the parcel and a week later it was returned to me and i even had to pay for that to be done!!! so i would sugest DO NOT USE THEE PEOPLE' GO DIRECTLY TO THE POST SERVICE. the customer service is appaling and they seem more obsessed with removal of poor reviews than improving their service ian
