They lost my parcel and It took 2 months until it was officially declared lost. During those 2 months I had to chase them on regular basics in order to check for any update, they never contacted me, and the information I got was not accurate most of the times: It depended on who I talked to I got an advise or another. After 2 months, It was agreed I would receive certain amount of money as compensation and they did eventually refunded me less money... After contacting them, they said I was said a wrong amount and they were not give me the amount we initially agreed, even though it was confirmed in my profile.. I strongly recommend not to send your parcels with them. The service is not professional, the advice they provide is contradictory most of the times and they do not keep their word (even in writing).

I send loads of parcels a week but needed to use Parcel2go for a 'light and large parcel. The item initially got lost, which was only confirmed one month after I sent it. They then said they had found it but it was damaged. Upshot is they ended up,6 weeks after the parcel was sent, sending me a claim form. Filled in claim form, was then told it had been passed to a supervisor, and would be sorted in 48 hours. 2 weeks later and all I get is 'sorry please bear with us' it's now nearly 10 weeks since I sent the parcel and nothing. No customer service phone line so just frustrating chat page. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Worst company ever! It's a scum. They've lost my parcel. Customer service is a joke, the claim process is a nightmare and handled in a dishonest and disgusting way. They just try not to refund anything. To avoid at all cost...don't do my same mistake: Stay away!!

If i could leave less than 1 star i would these people have took over a week to deliver a parcel that i paid next day delivery for leading to the loss of a customer.

This is my first time to ever use PARCEL2GO tnt services, and probably the last. I have made an order ,which was fully payed for, over 4 week ago and yet no update or pick up was done! I tried to contact their help center which was useless, as all links led me to a live chat link which was not at all a live chat but a search engine to quick and recorded answers!! I checked the parcel label and its pdf file showed an error, and when I clicked on the error link it AGAIN led me to the useless fake live chat. I tried to request for a refund, and yet another link showed for the fake useless live chat. I even contacted TNT office by phone, they said they will reply to me within a day or two, while 14 days have passed since then with no update, yet another disappointment yet another dead end. I am entitled for a full refund, but even the refund request isn't processed yet!!!!

Scam web site for scamming people who buy through internet making them pay before they receive the goods that will never arrive....

Terrible time with these thiefs , they distroyed my parcels and even thou I had taken £600.00 insurance they only paid £200,00.........full of bs excuses , bottom line do use them !!!!!! They will Rob you if they can!!

Terrible service, scheduled twice, never collected the parcel and now they won't refund because "the parcel was never booked", well my account was charged and I have all the emails! what a fraudulent business.

2 parcels sent, both damaged. One as it was thrown over an 8 foot high wall onto concrete. The other left at a house 200 yards from delivery address, outside by a wall. Card said it was in a shed. Wrong address, no one home & they still leave it!

Booked a collection. Was given a slot of 8am-6pm. I waited in all day to receive an email at 7pm telling me that the 'collection had been unsuccessful'. I was onsite all day, having cancelled work to be there. no phone calls nothing. I re-booked for the next day. Another day booked off work. SAME THING HAPPENED. No call, no collection, nothing. Only an email to say collection unsuccessful. Tracking states collection now 'closed'. I have paid in advance for this. No refund. You cannot contact this company at all. No online chat, no online contact form, no phone number, address or email address. My only option now is to report to my bank as fraudulent as there is absolutely no way to contact this company. Tried to cancel and request a refund and website says no order number exists (but it worked last night to rebook). Probably because they took my money, never turned up and cancelled my order. Con artists, use at your peril and the waste of your time and income. Shame on you Parcel2Go! You should be making your lives simpler, instead you have made mine more complicated. Up your game. Ordered a UPS collection with next day delivery. UPS never came and Parcel2Go promised they had rebooked it due to a technical error on their behalf. Again no collection 3 days later, so they rebooked it with Yodel at my expense, Yodel collected it 2 days late and then delivered it over a week late, when I contacted Yodel and UPS they both claimed that Parcel2Go hadn't actually placed my order on time and had also asked for the deliveries to be held causing my delays. I still haven't had any refunds or compensation, they have taken my money and ran. Live support have laughed at me, other support agent staff members have even ignored my questions providing answers to irrelevant questions that I didn't even ask.

Stay Away! Absolute rubbish! If i could give no stars i would! They arranged collection of a new tumble dryer going back to the shop. Which never went back. Apparently it went "missing"...probably got stuffed down the sofa, because it's so small! Clear to me it was stolen! How does a 23kg, 90cm high tumble dryer go missing otherwise! They still took cover payment in case of loss or damage but now won't compensate me! Customer service is terrible and judging by the reviews, they do this a lot and seem to think it's acceptable. Don't use them! Find another company, seriously!

Awful service from Parcel2go as usual. Their courier DPD returned the parcel back to us without attempting to deliver and they refuse to refund the cost. They say the address is wrong which is not true. second parcel lost by their carrier and they refuse to make any refund to us. They are requesting to see our bank statement which we don't have to. We sent them the invoice for the product but they keep asking us the Bank statement.

Shocking service - late delivery even though you pay delivery guarantee (not worth it) pay £15 for rural delivery plus everything else and the parcel wont get there on time. Courier had the parcel for several days without doing anything with it, while tracking the parcel on live chat (also useless, apologise and share their frustration but cant help in anyway) they advise failed delivery even though they never tried (no card eg.) told there is no way to contact them only for TNT to then ask the person you're sending the parcel to collect it from their local post office as its "easier for them"! Request a refund asked to allow 2 days for them to investigate only to log on and see that its been rejected and they don't have the decency to contact you! Avoid at all costs!

I bought couple parcels with guaranteed delivery ( extra charge ) when parcels not delivered on time - I try make claim for not delivery on time - but p2go ignored me ( my claims ) trying say me that is estimate delivery time I will never used again very poor experience

I sent a parcel worth £32 through inpost. After 5 days of dropping the parcel at their locker it still showing that the package was failed collection. No Refund, nothing. WORST EVER COURIER COMPANY

AWFUL - don't touch this company!!!! They can't give you a time to collect, anytime only between 8m - 8pm. I was at home all day and they didn't come. I received an email to say the driver attempted to collect the parcel and I could rebook another delivery collection. I know damn well he didn't call as I was at home all day and I did check the CCTV and surprise surprise no driver called! They are liars!!! I am glad they didn't collect the parcel now reading the reviews because the chances are it would never have arrived at the destination anyway. Pay the extra and go with a decent and honest company. DON'T USE THEM!!!!

Absolutely rubb!sh . I was sure will be like this.. i sent a parcel via p2g ( amazing company ) i paid a lost of money.. 40 £ for delivery / insurance etc etc + guaranteed delivery . Of course , they could't deliver on time and i was able to claim my REFUND because i paid extra and they could't deliver my item on time. They delivered my item after 7 days,, and i was sure because i was reading on the website , happens to lots of pple , they said all the time : ATTEMPTED DELIVERY- the person wasn't home. And i said are you serious? the guy doesn t work.. he is home 24/24. you ve got his phone number on the parcel.. how you can proof he wasn't home? and they said : how you can proof the guy was home? absolutely rubb!sh NEVER USE again this company and i ll aware other pple, on my YouTube channel and my blog and everywhere about this little scams . shame mate
